- Volodymyr (8/5): Good option for those who specifically go to swim in the pool. - Breakfast at a high level, which is basically traditional for Austria. Friendly staff. Good hotel for those who specifically go to swim in the pool (don't forget to take slippers). Close to the historic city center. The view from the window of the city actually means the view of the wall of the neighboring building.

Das Frühstück hat sehr gutes Backwerk. Leider fand ich den Bereich Rührei, Speck, Würstchen, die ich gerne im Hotel habe, nicht sehr lecker. Habe darauf verzichtet.

- Annie (10/5): It was relaxing, great beds, wonderful therms, great food in town! - The location, the baths, the breakfast! The massage and treatments like foot reflexology were not worth the price at all. The person didn’t seemed to have technical knowledge. It was more oil wrap for the massage and the foot reflexology were not following the specific pressure points. So, enjoy the baths, the romerthem facility which are great, but forget about the treatments or have very low expectations if you are used to have treatment with real trained professionals!

Had one small issue (will mention below), but overall stay was great, can't rate it below 10. Checked other reviews, some other guests also mentioned that - the bed mattress was too soft. Maybe some other guests need soft mattresses, I would prefer something more orthopedic. Would be nice if the hotel could equip some rooms with different mattresses and make them available on request (subject of availability).

Everything is made for the guests to enjoy their time. The only thing I could think of is the music that plays in the lobby for the hole night. I think it needs to be turned off when the staff leaves the hotel.

- Mike (10/5): Perfect for a birthday or spa break - Great atmosphere. Lovely staff. Spotlessly clean. Wonderful access to the spa and the town. A superb Imperial mansion where Beethoven and the Emperor slept but furnished over the century to give an eclectic style. Great breakfast. nothing. This met and exceeded expectations. I cannot recommend this highly enough. There were no issues or problems. All good.
- Dennis (9/5): Reise in eine andere Zeit - Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, nostalgisch altes Haus, weitestgehend gut in Schuss gehalten. Frühstück o.k., Übergang in die angeschlossene Römertherme praktisch durch Bademantelgang. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Eine gründlichere Reinigung wäre vorteilhaft, alle nicht sofort einsehbaren Flächen (unter dem Bett etc) wären mal dran. Ehe man den Vorhang zu hat, ist viel Zeit vergangen.

- Cornelia (8/5): Überraschendes Upgrade :) - Danke für das Upgrade zu einer Junior Suite, dass hat mein Urlaubserlebnis sehr positiv beeinflusst! Ich konnte mich richtig ausbreiten und wohlfühlen. Vor allem die Matratze hat mich beeindruckt. Der Liegekomfort ist wirklich 1A. Am Abend hätte ich gerne etwas zu essen gehabt, leider war die Auswahl im Selbstbedienungsbereich sehr gering und ich konnte nichts finden.

- Nol (9/5): Prima en mooi hotel, WELLNESS NIET DOEN!! - Een ontzettend leuk hotel met veel historie. De juniorsuite was ruim van opzet. Het ontvangst door de dame van de receptie was geweldig gastvrij en lief. De aangrenzende thermale baden en sauna verschrikkelijk… Douchen in een badkuip heeft niet onze voorkeur. De thermale wellness; we kwamen via een hotelgang in een gezondheidscentrum, daarna door een sportschool en daarna in een openbaar zwembad terecht. Maar de scanbandjes werkten nergens. (we moesten door 2 poortjes) Wij weer terug naar de balie van het openbaar zwembad. Kregen we andere bandjes. Daarna moest ze door weer een poortje in het zwembad. Moesten we helemaal achterin weeer door een poortje. Deed maar 1 bandje het. Weer onder het poortje gekropen. Uiteindelijk kwamen we uit in het “saunagedeelte” waar het stonk en leek op een vooroorlogs Russisch ziekenhuis. We zijn er geen minuut gebleven. Dit is niet onze interpretatie van luxe!
