- Fiona (10/5): - Hotel was convenient location for our trip on TransCanada, good parking. They allowed dogs. Breakfast was excellent. There was nothing

- Jen (6/5): I won't be back. - The location is great. The hotel seems to be falling into disrepair. The fridge I. My room was dirty and gross. The carpet in my room was filthy. The carpets in the hallway were in complete disrepair.
- William (7/5): - Bed sucked worn out
- Kathy (9/5): -
- Fernanda (3/5): - There was no hot water and the bedroom had a very unpleasant smell. Plus a lot of kids running and yelling around at the time.
- Sharon (9/5): - Very clean, quiet, comfortable Front desk checkin staff said next to nothing. Didn’t point out where breakfast was served, location of elevators or anything. Check out asked for my email (with a smile) to send the receipt and ended with “That’s it”.
- Carmaceita (2/5): - It was quite It had no hot water, when we called downstairs that night, the next morning the man on duty said we didn’t call meanwhile myself and my brother called downstairs, the manager didn’t want to come out and talk to us
- Mark (9/5): - Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful. Had a noise issue the last day, that was taken care of immediately when I called.
- Wayne (4/5): I won’t return until the hotel has at least cosmetic renovations. Staff was so nice but making me stay on a team floor - Location was great Very worn and tired aesthetic. I was on a floor with some team of teens. Very loud, in the hallways, kids running and yelling to each other. Was supposed to be quiet after 10 and that didn’t happen. Could hear the tv and loud talking late into the evening.
- crystal (9/5): - breakfast area was a good size for multiple people, nice variety of food. parking was available as well. overall nice hotel to stay at for the night.
- nkmdl (2/5): Disappointing Hilton Stay - While exploring Regina, we stayed at this hotel, but the experience fell far below Hilton standards.
To begin with, the hotel feels outdated and not well maintained. Our room had no shower curtain, a loose toilet seat, uncomfortable bedding, and an unvacuumed carpet. Even the hallway carpets were uneven and posed a tripping hazard.
In addition, there was no Wi-Fi for three days, and we had to switch rooms due to loud noises, only to find the heater in the second room equally irritating.
Furthermore, we weren’t informed about ongoing roof work, front desk assistance was often unavailable, and one of the elevators was under maintenance. Early mornings were consistently noisy due to cleaning activities in the hallway and on the floor above, waking us earlier than expected and affecting our rest.
In conclusion, the stay fell short of the quality and comfort associated with the Hilton brand. The hotel feels run-down and in need of significant maintenance. We will not return.

- 466melainiem (2/5): Horrible - We arrived at midnight and we got a room ( 215) we walked in and my daughter stepped forward and said we are not staying here, there was multiple bed bugs on top of the white comforter scattering away, the front desk seemed like he knew and offered us a new room and we said no, then he told me he can not give back my points but to call the manager in the morning. Of course the manager was not there when I called, i reached out to my visa company on the hopes I will get reimbursed! I feel the hotel may be infested on the amount of bed bugs we seen on top of the bed!
- Duane (8/5): - We had a beautiful large room. It was very comfortable. We had a sofa and an armchair. We are readers so lighting is important. We found the lighting wasn't quite as good as it could be. Not bright enough. Also the towels were not up to Hampton standands (rather small and not absorbent). The carpet in the hallway on the third floor was uneven and wrinkly and a potential tripping hazard. Once again not up to Hamptons high standards.
- Elmar (10/5): - The location is very accesible to all the place we need to go.. The only thingbthat i can recommend is more choices for breakfast
- Daniel (6/5): - The kitchen girl was very good and friendly. Front staff were OK. However, not overly helpful. When we arrived, the hot water for tea was not hot and we arrived around 6 o’clock. Small things make a difference. However, the biggest flaw is the carpet has huge Loose pieces all down the hallway. Which is a huge hazard for safety and looks absolutely terrible. In addition to that, the chairs in the dining area the cushion yellow ones are filthy. The whole place needs a big update when we were there. The hot tub did not work. I would not stay or recommend this place And yet the area around. It is very good. They need to fix it up.
- Juvelin (10/5): - Clean Room, Nice Breakfast
- Chenelle (8/5): - Good
- Dennis (8/5): - I like the Hampton bed and breakfast quality The property is very rundown. I’m surprised it still is a Hampton franchise hotel
- Doug (10/5): All good - All good Nothing
- Cathrine J. (6/5): - The hotel is worn out. Carpet on the 3rd floor hall looks like a blanket was laid out. Heavy rug in front of elevator because carpet is worn out and a tripping hazard. Walls of hallway have a scratch moat of the way down the hall. Bathroom was worn and missing paint around the mirror and vanity. The soap dish in the shower looks like an 8 yr did did the caulking.
The lobby is clean and welcoming. Great check in.
- Katrinka (10/5): - Clean
- Dennis (4/5): - the building desperately needs a facelift. there is water damage throughout the rooms and halls. Carpets needed replacing 2 years ago and still not done. In our room the TV and fridge did not work.We will stay elsewhere next time.
- Sherri (2/5): - You need to replace your hallway carpets. That was absolutely horrible.
- Andrew (4/5): - The water pressure in the room was poor. There were yelling and running children (unsupervised). It took two visits to front desk to remedy. There was torn wallpaper in the room. The breakfast was the bare minimum to qualify for breakfast.
- Vic (4/5): Not up to standard - For a $200 a night room the cleaning in my opinion wasn’t up to standard. Hairs on the toilet and in the sink and in the tub. Wadded up hand cloth under the bathroom vanity. And overall just an un freshness to the room and hallway. I’m not usually one to complain, so for $200 this did not live up to my expectation.
- Katrinka (8/5): - Good location
- Bradley (4/5): - 1 of the beds was not made up.
- Tony (3/5): -
- Alexander (4/5): Hot tub not working, not maintained - On drive up, sign is missing all letters. Did not advertise that hot tub was not working on hotels.com, or on the company website; nor sent email to let customers know. Hallway carpet pulling away from wall. Overall throughs was that building is running, but not being maintained. The staff were all nice. Unfortunate, but unlikely to return in current state.
- Leonard (10/5): Weekend stay - Stay was good room was clean and in good condition. Breakfast had lots of choices hot and cold.
- AMANDA (6/5): Short and sweet - Great Location, free breakfast Needs someone to fix a lot of the visual appearance. Broken floor tiles, drywall in lobby that needs finishing, chairs needs to be cleaned and reupholstered. Fix the carpet in the hallways before someone trips. Our room had line running thru the tv. If I can see it so can all of your other guests
- Fitzgerald (8/5): - Stay was quite adaquate
- Conrad (6/5): - I did not find the hotel to be up to the Hilton standards. Breakfast was the same both mornings. Could have done scrambled eggs one morning rather than the rubber poached eggs twice. Maybe bacon or fried ham instead of the sausages twice. The carpet in hallways on our floor was patchwork at best with lots of stretches and clumps. Made the place look run down and like someone was doing a puzzle. Tv was just a bit bigger than a laptop. Otherwise i was impressed that they had body lotion in the bathroom. Other places in the area offer better for same or less price.
- Liz (4/5): - The room was clean and it was quiet. The carpet on our floor was coming up everywhere and was a trip hazard. Breakfast was not to the normal standards that I have come to expect with Hilton properties. I would not choose to stay there again.
- Dale (10/5): - Good location.
- Chattha (8/5): It was a good to stay at this property - Roooms were clean and breakfast was very good
- condar (6/5): Great front staff; rooms need some attention - 3.5 to 3.75 stars. The front desk staff was stellar. They were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The exterior of the building is clean and there was ample parking. The room was on the edge of worn and dated. There was water damage in the closet - one of the glass doors was missing, the wallpaper was discoloured and buckling and was taped in places. There was water damage in the kitchenette area, buckled and yellowed wallpaper there too. Gladly, the room had no ill odour. The room was cleanish. There could definitely be attention to the windows and corners of the room. The room had definitely been used. Again - the front desk folks were the real gem.
- Patricia (10/5): - I liked that it was very conveniently close to HWY 1 and easy to access, as well as, easy access to restaurants- also the breakfast that was included was excellent.
- Art (7/5): Might stay again, book month advance lower rate - Location good for our trip. Bathroom shower door/enclosure leaked
Pool HVAC outside was noisy
- Denis (8/5): - rugs in hallway on second floor in need of fixing.
there is a tripping danger.
- Doug (10/5): - Breakfast was usual hotel fare> Bed was a little soft for my liking but I slept fine.
- Michelle (7/5): - Friendly staff, easy location for driving through Regina, pool area and gym are clean Broken hot tub, really loud air conditioner made it hard to sleep, old carpet
- Robert (6/5): - Staff when we checked in was very good. We got to our room and at first glance we were like wow, nice room. Then as we started to look around as we'd never stayed here before there was a lot of water stains on the ceiling.(we were on top floor). In the closet the wall paper waa coming of because the walls had been very wet, there had definitely been a severe roof leak, there did seem to be mold or mildew in the closet, but it was late and we weren't gonna start complaining. So next day at check out, the lady at the desk said they new nothing about a leak that someone must have just spilt some water. Ya sure, we'll go with that. Needless to say that hotel needs to fix these rooms
- Verified traveler (8/5): A bit disappointed - It was all good except the Hot tub was not working and that wasn't shown in their Ad Plus the Wifi was not very good. Was clean, quiet & comfortable w' a good breakfast.
- Elaine (4/5): - At check-in the staff seemed very confused about who I was and whether I had a reservation. It took two people to sort things out.
The rugs in the hallways are a huge safety hazard. They were frayed on the edges of the center strip and had big ripples all the way down the halls, a huge tripping hazard. It gives the impression of things are not being cared for. It also made me wonder about the cleanliness of the rooms.
We were told at check-in that the room I had requested was not available as there was a leak. Another person at breakfast said their room had electrical problems with sparks shooting out when maintenance was looking at it. They were given another room.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
- Patricia (10/5): - Clean property, easily accessible, great staff.
- Phyllis (10/5): - Clean area and property located within good restaurants and shopping. Staff extremely friendly
- Mike (6/5): - Hire more staff, so client's dont need to go the front desk to get our own toiletries refills.
- Cornie (10/5): Excellent stay - Stay was excellent. Hotel needs a little update
- Arianne (8/5): Very decent stay! - Bedroom and washroom fancy looking, very spacious fridge can fit our baked goods to keep it fresh. Loved the complimentary breakfast very good selections especially their waffles and mango water they were my favorite! That our room connects to another guest room but thankfully we made sure with staff for our safety, it is a two doorway it can still give us privacy as long the other guest lock their door as well. Also wish we can connect to streaming shows like netflix or disney+, not really fan of cable channels.
- Phyllis (8/5): - The thing important was no wi-fi. It was down and still down when we left the next day. Other than that 5 star
- David (7/5): We enjoyed our stay and hotel was close to a part of the city we wanted to visit. - Room bed and breakfast were fine Hallway carpet due for replacement and could have been cleaner
- Bei (6/5): - The beding sheet is dirty
- Chao (10/5): -
- Kevin (4/5): - Carpets on the floors were all coming up - not very clean - hotel seems to be in decline
- DTrundle (2/5): Unhappy with this location - This location didn’t live up to the standards of the Hilton brand of hotels. Right from the start….the sign entering the parking lot is peeling and faded making it unreadable. The carpet in the lobby is dirty and wrinkled making it a tripping hazard. The second floor carpet is filthy and even more wrinkled. The leatherette on the breakfast dining chairs is peeling making the seat threadbare. In this condition they can’t be wiped if there is a spill making them unsanitary. We will not be back.
- larry (8/5): - Liked as starred above.
Disliked noise 5:30 am noise next room beside us.
- wayne (10/5): - Very clean and quiet
- Brenda (6/5): - The common areas were in disrepair (carpets, chairs in breakfast area). Breakfast was very poor (yogurt was expired by as much as a month), very limited offerings.
- MEILIAN (6/5): - The rug is old
- Akash (10/5): Exceptional -
- Glenna (2/5): Refund requested as hotel was badly represented. - Upkeep/maintenance lacking. Concerned with black mold in our room. Room wall paper falling off with undersurface showing black areas. Carpet worn and a trip hazard. Dining room chairs worn and need replaced.
I request a full refund.
- David (8/5): Needs rehab - Below par Hampton Inn...in need of new carpeting in hallways and new furniture in breakfast area.
On the plus side breakfast started at 5am and strongly enforced quiet at 10pm.
- Leonard (10/5): home away from home - the room was great the bathroom floor tiles had grout missing but clean. the room was quiet and a very nice room. Ice machine was an inconvenience as you had to go to the main floor laundry room to get it as the ice machine on the 3rd floor didn't work. The wall ac blows cold air right on the bed when you are sleeping and it is very noisy.
- Jeffrey (10/5): - Comfortable beds, clean facility and good hot breakfast.
- colleenj461 (6/5): Ok but not great. See below. - Staff is very friendly and efficient. The room was good. The hotel in general is becoming quite shabby. I expected much better for the price. Very dirty mat that needed replacing at the front entrance. It looked like someone had vomited on it:/ I took a big step over that substantial spot. Rugs in the hallways are rippled, stretched and frayed, full of tripping hazards. Really not ok. Mat at the elevator was askew. Over all one gets the impression of lack of care and attention to detail.
- Ashley (6/5): Pleasant -
- Susan (6/5): Pleasant - The size of the room and the cleanliness The carpets in the hallway are a trip hazard as they have stretched.
- Ella (10/5): Efficient, friendly staff and clean. - Cleanliness and quietness
- Irene (8/5): - While the room was very comfortable, and the lobby was inviting, the hallway on my floor was in bad shape. The carpet was very worn and wrinkled and in dire need of replacement.
- Joseph (8/5): Ok but not wow’d - The room was very nice. The bed was comfortable. The gym was nice to have and in decent condition with decent options. The common areas such as hallway carpets and walls were in need of some repair or upgrade
- Doreen (8/5): - The bed was creeky and so was the carpet. The carpet in the hallway was rolling and buckling. The curtain (blind) in the room was full of holes and broken couldn't close it all the way.
- Tiffany (1/5): Rip off property - Absolute trash, was charged $170 than $480 4 days later. I assumed it was a deposit hold, but 2 weeks later the charge is still there. After a phone call; they said, it wasn’t us, we don’t keep cc information on file. I can see the charge; it says; Hampton inn and suites Regina. I didn’t stay there again, I don’t live in your city. They later said we’ll confirm these charges weren’t necessary.
- Kevin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pat (7/5): Good - Breakfast was terrific
- Austin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dennis (8/5): - The time there was ok.
- Sarah (4/5): - The property is very tired looking. The carpets are old, dirty and lifting. The elevators were incredibly slow.
- Nerissa (8/5): - The hotel was well kept and for the most part the rooms were clean. Suggest deep clean on curtains, inside windows and bed skirts. Breakfast is wonderful !
- Bernadine (10/5): - Very good
- Robert (8/5): - Carpets in hallways frayed and buckled. Upholstery needs updating, worn and tired.
Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast average.
- elburntraveler (2/5): A disappointing stay in Regina - We frequently stay at Hampton Inns when we travel, so I ( mistakenly) did not read the reviews when I booked a one night stay in Regina. When we pulled into the parking lot, the Hampton Inn sign was unreadable. The desk clerk was surly , but he did offer me my complimentary water. We got out of the elevator on our floor and the rugs outside the elevator were frayed , dirty, and a black runner was placed on top of the carpet. While our room was okay, the overall appearance of this location was shabby and not at all what a Hampton Inn should represent.
- Shrigley-smith (8/5): Very good -
- Thomas (8/5): Comfortable stay - Staff and room Common areas need some tlc.
- Dwayne (4/5): - We were so disappointed by the state of disrepair. Even their sign was falling apart. We paid extra to stay here expecting that it would always be worth but this didn't come close to the standard that we grew accustomed to for Hampton.
- Dawn (6/5): - Never saw a property so over run with gophers !
The first room we checked into was not cleaned by housekeeping yet
Carpets and mats were loose and hazardous
- John (10/5): - All staff friendly and helpful cleaning good breakfast the location all good
- Trevor (9/5): Superb -
- Sheldon (6/5): - Very dated hotel. Needs some work.
- Andre (8/5): Very good -
- Trevor (9/5): Superb -
- Gloria (6/5): - The room felt dated and old
The hot tub was cold and were told they cant fix it till Monday...we there for the weekend for a ball tournament
The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms wete big
- Philip (6/5): - Property is clean but needs updating ( carpet, furniture)
