• Althea (4/5): Disappointed. - The location. Easy access to public transportation. Walkable to restaurants and shopping. The room is not properly cleaned, especially the bathroom. There’s mold and the towels had seen better days and needs to be replace. They offer free water but the on our floor does not dispense water.The gym has a smell and equipments are rusted and old.

We were a bit hassled because the first room assigned to us, 904 had very bad airconditioning. The towels are rough. Minor inconveniences but generally, we loved our stay.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel is pleasant and relaxing. Our room was clean and well-maintained, with a properly set bed that was very comfortable. The restroom was spotless, and the air conditioning worked perfectly—it was super cold, which we really appreciated. In terms of value for money, it’s definitely worth it. You get a comfortable stay without overspending. The service was also excellent—we would like to thank Jan, Ivan, and the rest of the FO team for assisting us, as well as RDM Camille for accommodating our booking and requests. We also enjoyed the amenities, especially the swimming pool area, which was a great place to unwind. Overall, a solid experience. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Privato has the best rooms! Their airconditioning is perfect, beds are so comfortable. Weighted blanket always give us the best sleep. ☺️ All of the staff here are very nice and accommodating! Accessible to groceries and food options nearby. The staff, from the doorman to the front desk and housekeeping, are very accommodating. It honestly feels like home. Kudos to Kean for consistently checking our room, taking out the garbage, if changing the linens is needed and making sure essentials like toothbrushes/slippers are available and maintained cleanliness. I’ve never felt more comfortable requesting anything, as they never dismiss you outright and always check first if it’s something they can accommodate. As someone who has worked in customer service for years, I must say they are doing a great job! Being in the middle of the city, some noise is expected but it didn’t bother us. It feels like staying at a 5-star hotel but at a very friendly price! Great value for money. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience and excellent service. Oh, before I forget, the lobby smells so good that when you get back from a tiring day, you instantly feel relaxed. That’s really a plus.

• rogielyne (10/5): I Love PRIVATO HOTEL ORTIGAS - I love this hotel, i've been here since february 24 2026 ..and until now we are still here.i love every staff that i've meet especially the House keeping staff KEAN ... he always clean our room the way we want it... he is friendly and always check us if we still need anything...he make us feel comfortable whenever we need him.The staffs/ people of Privato Hotel are one of a kind...we dont need to transfer to another hotel anymore because all we need is already here.. a total package hotel... i will recommend this place,and promise to myself that everytime we are here in manila,i will still choose Privato Ortigas.

• Oliver Janet (2/5): - Nothing really The only way you could get hot water was by turning a shower flow rate right down to minimal, towels were not delivered to our room even though asked for three times.. eventually 5 hours later after demanding a fourth time towels turned up. The window did not close properly and therefore the noise down in the street could be heard, and in our first room the air conditioning did not work.. breakfast was very basic but at least the coffee was better there than supplied in the rooms.

Foods were delicious. Facilities are clean and smells nice. A bit noisy during the day coz of the construction in the neighborhood, but at night its peaceful and quite. Has good parking space to those who bring car. I love the services, and will coming back..as all staff especially the front desk and guards were superb!

Props to sir Paul (sorry, im bad with names but to sir who was on duty on Jan 26 around 1am) for helping us have a smooth check in and providing us nice room Room-wise, it was decent and temp was good too as the ac is working making it cozy. The view was great too. We also called for extra towels and raised about the water dispenser being empty. Within just a few minutes, it was already refilled. We came from an event as coords and wanted to just have a temporary place to rest and we got lucky to have find a comfy room in privato.

The room is inclusive of basic necessities like bath towel, disposable slippers, toiletries (tissue, toothpaste, disposable toothbrush, bath and hair liquid soap/ hand soap) with complimentary coffee. Electric kettle is available as well as unlimited purified water in the hallway. The mattresses are clean, no unpleasant scent. The only for improvement part of our stay is the minimal television channels. The restaurant is clean as well and inviting, the food is ok. FYI, an additional pay is required if you request that your ordered foods be delivered in your room. The staff are accommodating and respectful. Fast check-in and check-out.

• JaaaaaaaaPB (6/5): Overnight stay - We were able to check in 30 mins before check in time, however upon check in the bath towels are old and worned out, called the front desk and gave another set of towels but still the same and did not mind to call again, the housekeeping on duty that night was very fast and attended all our request. At the pool area they do not provide pool towels. My kids enjoyed the pool all to themselves as there is no other guest swimming. The next day requested for a late check out however there is an additional charge of Php500.00 per hour for room extension, it is the first time I have heard that a hotel that charges late check out per hour, usually they have a grace period of atleast 1pm free of charge. Overall our stay was pleasant.

• reinnaclairec (10/5): nice! - it was great here! i was referred by a friend of mine. surprisingly cheap and good stay! next time though i would recommend having towels already and fix the ref and toilet flush in room 1012. those were the only things dysfunctional. we were assisted by front desk justin, he was the best! good - looking too! ⭐️
