- Günter (7/5): Nettes Hotel! - Der Aufenthalt war eigentlich gut. Am ersten Tag sind wir erst nach 19:00 Uhr angekommen und konnten dann im Hotel nicht mehr zu Abend essen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das gesamte Hotel war sehr sauber! Wir erwarten allerdings bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel wenigstens eine Kühlmöglichkeit auf dem Zimmer (Kühlschrank oder Box). Ein Restaurant in einem 4 Sterne Hotel sollte wenigstens eine Essmöglichkeit bis mindestens 21:00 Uhr bieten!

- Kai (8/5): Es war ein sehr erholsamer und toller Aufenthalt - Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, sauber und man hat direkt im Hotel ein Restaurant, was hervorragende Leistungen bietet. Die Sauna ist von der Größe her überschaubar, aber okay. Es ist alles sehr sauber und es ist sehr freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen. Es hat kein eigenes Schwimmbad, aber arbeitet mit einem Schwimmbad auf der anderen Straßenseite zusammen. Zu unserer Zeit während der Ferien waren etwas wenig Parkplätze für die Gäste vorhanden.

- Torsten (9/5): Es war erholsam, angenehm und schön! - Sehr nette Begrüßung von der Rezeption, wir plauderten über unsere Reiseziele in der Nähe von Neustadt. Mein Mann mit seinem Rollstuhl kam im Hotel gut zurecht, das Frühstücksbuffet sowie der Service waren äußerst zuvorkommend, das Abendrestaurant „ Seinerzeit“ war sehr serviceorientiert und hatte eine ausgezeichnete Karte, es schmeckte riesig lecker und war sehr gut verträglich. Das Hotel inkl. der Zimmer wirkte frisch renoviert und es passte alles! Alles bestens!

Das Zimmer war Recht warm und es gab kein Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Durch den nahegelegenen Park mit Teich kamen einige Mücken ins Zimmer.
