• Alexander (3/5): - We kregen 5% toeslag voor betalen met CC en we kregen een koerstoeslag/omrekening waardoor we totaal 50 euro extra bovenop het afgesproken bedrag op booking.com moesten betalen. Verder was het niet mogelijk een tweede sleutel te krijgen. Ten slotte was het personeel waar we afhankelijk van waren om laat in de avond/in de nacht binnen te komen duidelijk in "bedenkelijke" staat. De borg die we moesten betalen voor de sleutel heb ik (ondanks belofte dat hij binnen een dag terug zou worden gestort op de CC) 4 dagen later in ieder geval nog niet terug.

• Liboris (6/5): Turistické ubytování pro krátký pobyt a pro nenáročné. - Dostupnost metra a tramvaje, přijatelná snídaně, vše potřebné bylo , ale v nízkém standardu, pohodlná postel, docela velký pokoj a malinký balkón, malý výtah. Velký hluk z ulice - v noci se téměř nedalo spát, chyběly vnitřní křídla oken a venkovní netěsnily, velmi nestandardní sprcha uprostřed pokoje, společná kuchyňka bez nádobí a vybavení (jen dřez, konvice, lednice), zařízení velmi staré, různorodé a opotřebované. • Jakub (3/5): Recommended only for very short stays and only for those who don't care about safety or comfort. - Location: The location is very convenient for transport and accessibility (more details below in point 6). Service: The waitress at breakfast was a true professional and very kind. Honestly, the only professional person I encountered on the premises. (more details below in point 9). Sorry about low quality room picture, mobile had problem as lights in room are weak. A safety hazard in Prague center. This property is NOT a hotel; it is a residential building poorly converted into multiple "hostels". As an electrician, I was shocked by the complete lack of safety standards. 1. Electrical hazard: My room had metal ELECTICAL CABINET for the elevator (STROJOVNA VÝTAHU). A shower cabin was retrofitted directly next to it. As an electrician, this made me uneasy. 2. Fire safety: Stairwell and hallway: The are no sings, or labels on doors or where EXIT is in hallways. The lighting system in the hallways is ancient. The unmarked switch has to be held down for few seconds to start timer, if you press it quickly nothing happens. In case of a fire or power outage, you are effectively trapped on the stairs in darkness, not sure where to go as doors have no labels on them and are locked. 3. Exposed infrastructure: All main water/gas valves and piping are exposed in the corridors, fully accessible to anyone. It should be locked in a secured box. 4. Bathroom (lack of) standards: No shampoo/shower gel. 5. Shared toilet: Empty soap and paper towel dispenser. Instead loose bottle of soap and towel on nail in wall, toiler paper roll placed on trash bin. 6. Noise & Doors: The historical windows offer zero insulation against constant ambulance sirens (hospital nearby) or tram stop in front of hotel. Doors connecting rooms together are locked, but rattle, making noise too. 7. Reception & Wi-Fi Chaos: Staff didn't recognize me as a guest. The check in and check out is chaos. The Wi-Fi is a mess of outdated "SCAN ME" codes with wrong passwords. 8. Identity crisis: Hotel Praha Club, Praha Club Hotel, Hotel 007 all seems to refer to same building, adding to chaos at reception. 9. Staff: They lack any hotel etiquette and formal clothing. You can recognize them as being the worst-dressed people in the room. At breakfast, I was approached with a blunt "You leaving?" (Jdete už?

• ELENA (4/5): Не понравилось - Понравилось место расположение и нормальный завтрак Начнем сначала когда вы заходите в этот гостевой дом, повсюду надписи об огромной собаке, которая там все охраняет. С вас снимут деньги за ключ гарантийный, которые в конце не вернут как обещали изначально. В первый вечер я спустилась на рецепцию и там где якобы у них подается завтрак бегал огромный пес, который прыгнул на дверь, Слава Богу она была закрыта на ключ.Я страшно испугалась, пес ходит по всей кухни, где продукты лежат. Утром на кухне на диване спал их сотрудник и они из-за этого не включали нормально свет. В номере джакузи прямо в комнате без никаких дверей. В общем мой вам совет хорошое тут месторасположение, в остальном не стоит тут останавливаться с таким отношением к гостям страны.

• Esther (7/5): Aangenaam basic verblijf in het centrum. - Bad in de kamer De wc op de gang die je deelt met de 5 andere kamers en de keuken waar niets in staat enkel een koelkast.
• Lubomír (3/5): - Lokalita byla fajn, přímo u zastávky tramvaje. Snídaně formou švédského stolu byla dobrá, bohatá. K nápojům však bylo výstražné oznámení, že má každý nárok jen na jeden nápoj (?!). Pokoj hrozný, předělaný snad z nějakého skladu. Díky druhé posteli a uloženému věšáku a židli nebylo možné se volně dostat do skříně. Na záchodě se pro jeho malost nedalo za sebou zavřít dveře. Naštěstí jsem byl ubytovaný sám. Jinak by to byl trapas. Ráno hluk z průchodu. Při check-in je vybírána kauce, v mém případě 200,-Kč (na webu strašili dokonce snad třemi tisíci). Kauci mi připočetli k mé platbě kartou za ubytování. Při check-out mi kauci nebyli schopni vyplatit hotově s tím, že mi to vrátí do týdne zpět na kartu. Když se ani druhý týden nic nedělo, vyzval jsem je k vrácení peněz zprávou přes Booking. Ozvali se, že s tím mají nějaký problém, tak ať jim pošlu svůj IBAN (!). I přes můj údiv jsem jim IBAN poslal a stejně se nic nedělo. Nereagovali ani na moje urgence. Nakonec jsem zavolal na mob. číslo telefonu a nadiktoval jsem jim své číslo účtu. Teprve potom mi peníze přišly.

• Petra (8/5): - V centru,vzdušný byt Počáteční přístup personálu-připadali jsme si,že obtěžujeme,vstup do domu -tmavý, neuklizený,chaotický.nelíbila se mi snaha měnit platební podmínky oproti bookingu,přidání 5% "spropitného"za platbu kartou,doslova jsem je překvapila platbou cash a nenechala jsem se odbýt,nechala js m di podepsat potvrzení přijetí zálohy (a asi jsem tak byla první,kdo ji dostal na konci zpět,nemohli se vymlouvat na problémy s účtem),zrejme nabyli dojmu,ze bych mohla být z ČOI a poté obrat v přístupu..dokonce jsme dostali pokoj s koupelnou i WC v bytě.Snídaně dobrá.

Prywatna łazienka oznaczała np. wannę na środku pokoju i WC wspólne na 4 pokoje. Opłata za pokoje jakoś automagicznie wzrosła w stosunku do ceny z booking o 150pln. Coś nie pasuje? bierzesz albo szukaj innego lokum. Parking - drogi jak na weekend, bo w tej okolicy miejskie zony fioletowe w weekend są bezpłatne. Na parking nie wjedzie się większym autem. Śniadanie - porażka - obsługa gburowata, jedyne na plus to świeże pieczywo, reszta to dodatki w plastikach, o jajkach czy wędlinie można zapomnieć, totalna prowizorka. Pokój z aneksem kuchennym - przywieź ze sobą własne garnki,patelnie, sztućce, kubki i talerze bo nic tam nie ma.

Záloha za klíč která se měla údajně vrátit hned po odhlášení nepřišla do dnes i po dvou hovorech s dotazem že stále nic nepřišlo a kde je problém tak jen pouze výmluvy jak to hned začne někdo řešit …!!!!
• Stanislav (1/5): - NIC !!! Nic horšího jsem nezažil. Nechápu jak tohle zařízení může používat název HOTEL. Tohle není snad ani Hostel. Pán, který nás přijímal byl velmi arogantní a s domněním, že je mistr světa. Nebýt pozdě večer, okamžitě se otáčíme a jdeme jinam. Pokoj strašný. Špína měla snad 1cm. Cena nesouhlasila jako na bookingu. Naúčtují vám víc peněz. K ceně za pokoj vyžadují ještě zálohu 200Kč, kterou vám nevrátí. Tvrdí, že vám ji vrátí zpět na účet, ale to se nestane. Záloha je asi myšlena, aby jste jim neodnesli špínu domu. Opravdu jedna velká hrůza. Vyhněte se obloukem.

The manager is very wierd, it’s dirty, holes in the walls, in the sheets, no toilet paper rack, the toilet is disgusting, products from old guests in the shower, the curtain doesn’t cover the whole window. You can’t even lock your bedroom door!! We had to find a room in the middle of the night, we asked for a refund and the manager refused. We are going further with booking.com to get our money.

• Maciej (3/5): Nie jesteśmy wybredni, ale ten pseudo hotel pobił rekord wszystkich złych hoteli - Restauracja WC w pokoju, w którym nie dało się zamknąć , bo był taki mały . Woda co chwilę zmieniała się pod prysznicem z ciepłej na zimną. WiFi które nie działa , po wzięciu WiFi od z recepcji nadal nie działało . Dostaliśmy inny pokój niż był nam przypisany na booking.com Za każdym wejściem do hotelu trzeba dzwonić dzwonkiem i czekać na otwarcie drzwi przez recepcjonistę. Komunikacja w języku angielskim na bardzo słabym poziomie.
• Emina (1/5): SOM TAGET UR EN SKRÄCKFILM - INGET Fruktansvärt hotell, i verkligheten är hotellet smutsigt sängarna stank rök, och det var blod på madrasserna, väggarna var gula och det fanns sprickor överallt.. badrummet stank som att ett dött lik förvarats där, det fanns inget ljus i toaletten hade någon erbjudit mig en GRATIS natt där hade jag hellre sovit ute.. vi blev lurade och betalade 300 kr extra för nyckeln, hotellägaren blev hotfull och arg när vi sa att vi inte var nöjda med rummet. Då skrek han på deras språk och smällde igen dörren.. Innan det gav han mig ett papper och sa att jag ska få 2500kr tillbaka 26/12 inte sett ett rök utav mina pengar. Han som visar er till rummet är hög som ett hus (drogpåverkad) och kan inte engelska. Jag VARNAR ER boka hellre ett dyrare hotell och var på den säkra sidan!! Annars kommer er resa att bli en MARDRÖM

• Sarolta (2/5): Borzalmas szàllás. A vezető bunkó es ellenszenves. Koszosak a szobák. Hideg volt. Az étel reggel hideg. Szörnyű hotel. - Nem sokminden. Az apartman szoba tiszta volt és volt termosz. Ennyi. Azt írták a Booking-on, üzenetben, hogy lehet euróban fizetni, készpénzben. De a tulajdonos, aki egyébként nagyon goromba volt, nem fogadta el az eurót. Az első szoba amit kaptunk borzalmas volt. A lepedőn szőrszál volt, az ágy mögött szemét. A fürdő jéghideg volt. Nem volt rendesen szigetelve így mindent lehetett hallani, ami a másik szobában történt. A vezető rendkívül ellenszenves. Rendesen nem köszönt el tőlünk és a plusz pénzt amit a kulcsért fizettünk nem kaptunk vissza.

• Stanislav (3/5): - Leider sind die Parkplätze nur für kleine Autos. Das sollte vorher deutlicher kommuniziert werden. Für eine Übernachtung ist es in Ordnung, für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich es aber nicht empfehlen. Das Frühstück ist okay, allerdings ist nur ein Getränk kostenlos; alles Weitere kostet extra.

• Hämäläinen (2/5): - I am writing to formally complain about my recent stay at your hotel, which was extremely disappointing and did not meet reasonable standards of service or value. Firstly, I found the staff to be very rude and unprofessional. During breakfast, members of staff were openly speaking badly about other guests within hearing distance, which was inappropriate and made the atmosphere uncomfortable. In addition, the breakfast provided was cold and of poor quality, which is unacceptable for a hotel of your advertised standard. The room itself was also far below expectations. Most notably, the room did not have a toilet, which was neither clearly communicated at the time of booking nor acceptable given the price charged. Overall, the stay was significantly overpriced considering the poor service, inadequate facilities, and lack of professionalism. I am extremely dissatisfied and feel that the experience did not reflect the description or cost of the accommodation. I would appreciate a response to this complaint and an explanation of how you intend to address these issues. I also request that you consider appropriate compensation for this unsatisfactory stay.
• рр (9/5): - i liked very much the view from the balcony. It was very convenient that there was a tram stop right under the hotel. The bed was very clean and fresh, the room was warm but there was a slightly lingering smell, but after airing it out for 5 minutes it immediately went away. Everything was fine.

• Nevecny (3/5): - Je to v centru... Měli sme spodní pokoj. Nevím jak zbytek hotelu. Zachod bez dveří metr od postele. Celonoční hluk z vedlejšího klubu, Zarovnána šatní skříň, která nejde použít. WiFi bez sifnalu.

Beginnend damit das die ganze Bude gerochen hat wie ein voller Aschenbecher weil auf dem Flur geraucht wurde (Fenster Nachts öffnen geht nicht weil gefühlt im Minutentakt die Polizei mit Blaulicht und Sirene die Straße entlang jagt) und fortsetzend damit das die Zimmer abgerockt sind wie sonstwas. Der Fußboden wurde wohl mal vor vielen Jahren in Eigenregie mit Klicklaminat belegt das sich in Auflösung befindet. Dafür gibt's eine völlig überdimensionierte Dusche direkt im Zimmer. Zum Ausgleich befindet sich das Gemeinschaftsklo auf dem Flur, dessen Ausstattung sich auf eine halbwegs saubere Toilette und ein sehr unsauber aussehendes Miniwaschbecken mit losem Wasserhahn und einer auf dem Mülleimer abgelegten Klopapierrolle für Gaststätten beschränkt. Handwaschseife und Papierhandtücher -Fehlanzeige, dafür ein kleines Textilhandtuch zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung. Wenn man einen Parkplatz mit bucht und es tatsächlich schafft sein Kfz unbeschädigt durch die sehr enge Einfahrt zu manövrieren,was übrigens nur mit angeklappten Spiegeln und einem Lotsen gelingt, wird einem am nächsten Tag mitgeteilt das der Preis von umgerechnet 20 Euro für jeden weiteren Tag neu zu entrichten sei. Diese Geschäftstaktik setzt sich beim im Buchungspreis enthaltenen Frühstück fort, wo einem am Kaffeeautomaten mitgeteilt wird,das nur die erste Tasse Kaffee im Preis enthalten sei und jede weitere umgerechnet 2 Euro kostet. Wir waren schon in vielen Hotels und dabei waren auch schon einige denen man ihre Jahre angesehen hat, aber dies hier schlägt sie alle um Längen. Fazit - einmal und nie wieder. Und noch ein gut gemeinter Tipp, Lest bloß vorher alle Rezensionen gründlich.

• Paulina (4/5): Good location and price, but not for people travelling to sightsee during the day and rest at night - Location was very good - 10-20 min walk everywhere in Old Town. Really good breakfast buffet. Very noisy, heard people in other rooms, next building, outside, and the worst one - there is restaurant on the ground floor (it was directly under our bedroom) which had live music private events. Felts like trying to sleep next to the stage. Bathing facilities are in the room (no walls). We had a bath, a curtain would be nice, this was a room with few separate beds and we are family but we are not THAT close :D

• Andre (1/5): Das schlechte, was man in Prag und für sein Geld bekommen kann - Gar nichts! Abzocke, zusätzliche Gebühren, stark verschmutzte Zimmer, jede öffentliche Toilette in Prag ist sauberer! Betten unsauber, überall schmutzig, die Wände haben lange keine neue Farbe erhalten, alles heruntergekommen und überall Haare! Es wird eine Kaution erhoben, fraglich ob diese zurück erstattet wird??
