Habitaciones muy limpias, amplias, con un buen baño. El restaurante, hay que reservar, y está todo muy bueno. El personal amable y simpático.

- BON (1/5): En dessous tout et assurément pas un 4 étoiles - Rien... Sommes arrivés pour une nuitée 2 adultes et un enfant de 4 ans, deux chambres séparées avec un sas qui est directement sur l'étage et non familiale, l'accueil même pas un bonsoir, "donner vos passeports d'un ton sec" quand nous avons précisé que nous attendions une chambre unique on noud fait comprendre qu'ils navaient que ça...le parking proposé au moins deux, était totalement vide avec des jeunes qui fumaient et buvaient tout en faisant des dérapages dans le sous-sol du parking, les prises électriques de rechargement étaient toutes vandalisées, alors l'accueil nous a proposé de garer notre voiture en extérieur à 100 mètres de l'entrée avec avec une pseudo surveillance, sommes restés au bar plus d'un quart d'heure en attendant une solution pour avoir une chambre avec un clic-clac pour l'enfant...les deux personnels à l'accueil étaient sur leurs portables dans une pièce à côté...un marriage avait lieu et de la chambre familiale proposée on entendait la musique à fond...pour un 4 étoiles???? Sommes partis sur Pamplune 32 kilomètres via Booking Hotel Albert un vrai 4 étoiles ...Un séjour extraordinaire, une vraie chambre familiale + restaurante parking surveillé ++++ Si je ne suis pas remboursé de Sercotel Hola Tafalla, je ne ferai plus jamais de réservation via Booking...Jamais plus

- MARIXARMEN (10/5): Nos ha encantado La rioja y Aragon, menos la cama, ha sido breve intenso, volveremos - El desayuno era muy justo para tanta gente, el hotel estaba al completo, no estaba mal y se pasaban el tiempo reponiendo pero hemos estado en sitios mejores la cama, horrorosa, blanda si te ponias en el borde casi te caes, lo comente en recepción y me dijeron que estaban al completo y que el hotel lo estaban reformando todo y que irian cambiandolo poco a poco, las almohadas eran perfectas, la de mi marido estaba en perfecto estado, pero al no haber ninguna libre para cambiarme o cambiarmela, no podian hacer nada

El desayuno es hasta las 11 , llegamos a las 10:15 faltaban muchas cosas que iban reponiendo con cuentagotas y cuando le pregunté a la camarera si traerían más bollería me dijo que ya no horneaba más porque no daba tiempo .

- Philo (8/5): - Placé assez près du centre mais au calme. Moderne et agréable. Terrasse à côté du bar très appréciable Le site internet vante une carte fabuleuse qui n'existe pas. La restauration est bonne et élaborée mais sans aucun rapport avec ce que le site de l'hôtel raconte. Étonnant

- Celia (10/5): Muy buena estancia en Tafalla - El desayuno muy rico y variado, la localización es muy buena, cerca de muchos puntos de interés. Las habitaciones y las camas genial. En general un hotel súper recomendable y a buen precio. Lo único que diría que le falta a la habitación es un buen extractor en el baño para que el vapor tras las duchas no salga a la habitación. Zeer breed comfortabel bed op een grote kamer, perfect en uitgebreid ontbijt, parkeren onder het hotel en we konden ook s'avonds bij aankomst nog iets eten in het restaurant. Fijne plek voor doorreis op vakantie. deze slaan we op en we komen hier zeker terug! niets
