- Joel (5/5): - Front desk staff incompetent, and unprofessional, didnt know how to operate the debit machine when i showed up, forcing me to make a bunch of transfers just to find out that he didnt imput my card as a visa debit. He Was complaining about other guests to me as soon as i arrived, and behaved very flippant, displaying to me how other guests were behaving by tossing my card back at me. Facilities and room were clean and adequate for the price.

Not a fan of deep frying. Change room by the pool, nothing to hang your clothes on so you have to use the floor. Not sanitary.

- Jill (2/5): I wouldn't ever stay here again. - The beds were awful. My bed was so hard and I could feel the coils when I laid down. After my stay I had to schedule an emergency visit with my chiropractor. The hotel was loud, I could hear the upstairs toilet flush, I could hear everything in the hallway, entire conversations. There are no smart TV's so if you don't come prepared your stuck with cable television. I expected more from a Beat Western, especially for the rates charged.

The kitchenette was nice to have with all the dishes we needed but no real dish soap. There was a tiny bottle of soap, im not sure was intended to be dishsoap. The beds were not comfortable at all. We had 2 queen beds in the room, which both had dips in the mattress, so they slanted. The pillows were very flat. Both of my kids woke up with sore necks and backs. Had to wash a load of clothes, which cost $9 to wash and dry. We purchased a small packet of tide soap and a single use bounce sheet packet from the front desk.. it is a nice option to be able to clean your clothes, but at a big expense.

- Johannes (8/5): Een hotel waar je zeker nog een keer terug kan komen. - Het was een schoon hotel op een goede locatie naast een national park. Er was een sportschool en zwembad. Er werd elke dag schoongemaakt en lagen nieuwe handdoeken klaar. Het was wel gehorig. Er was op hetzelfde moment naast ons een vrijgezellenfeest waardoor tot diep in de nacht gefeest werd. We kregen wel daarna 25 dollar als vergoeding voor ongemak die we konden gebruiken bij het ontbijt.

- Sarah (9/5): A very comfortable stay in a stunning location, hosted by incredibly friendly staff. We look forward to visiting again! - Location was stunning, and our suite was big and super comfortable for a family of 3 with a very active and excited toddler on his first overseas holiday. The staff in the attached restaurant were super, so friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious at both breakfast and dinner and my husband and I enjoyed the atmosphere in the bar (karaoke was an unexpected twist!). We had a wonderful stay and would certainly stay again next time we pass through Radium. The only negative I can think of is that the air con units in the rooms were noisy, purely due to some loose panels. We bring tape with us for babyproofing and once we taped the panels the noise was fine so problem was easily solved.

- Ried (10/5): - Overall nice place, two down sides we experienced were 1) the room want restocked for body wash but the front desk staff fixed that right away 2) AC unit was randomly very loud during the night. Other than that it was a great stay!

- Steven (10/5): Another fantastic stay! Thank you!!! - This is the second time we have stayed at the Prestige in Radium, we absolutely love it there. The front desk is always so welcoming and ready to help you with any questions or problems you may need. Cleaning staff are always on top of everything and always have a smile on their face. Rooms are always comfortable and clean, the in house restaurant serves a mean breakfast check it out. We love Radium and are very thankful for the Prestige for always giving us a wonderful stay.
