Las habitaciones muy grandes y muy bien equipadas. Muy cerca de bodegas y restaurantes muy interesantes. El acceso es por un camino de ripio, si alquilan auto puede ser un poco complicado de llegar porque no hay mucha señalización pero nada grave realmente.

- elpatula (8/5): lindo finde - el diseño de las habitaciones estaba bien creo que hay un gran error de arquitectura, está enclavado en uno de los lugares más lindos de Mendoza, en medio de un viñedo en la montaña. La vista de todo el hotel es hacia adentro, tanto de las habitaciones, restaurante, pileta y gimnasio. En definitiva, no se aprovechó el paisaje, da lo mismo donde este ubicado. otro detalle: ya es hora de cambiar los TV de las habitaciones por tecnologia smart, sólo directv quedo antiguo

Las instalaciones fueron buenísimas.La atención fue extraordinaria. Quiero destacar a Florencia que nos organizó y reservó los paseos y visitas para esos días. Sueño cumplido! Podrían mejorar el camino de ripio y los carteles para entrar al hotel.

- Jordago (7/5): Excelente para alejarse del mundo. - El lugar y la quietud del mismo, cabe aclarar que el Hotel estaba casi vacio en el momento que nos hospedamos. No sabíamos que el lugar estaba tan alejado, la atención muy buena, pero se notaba que el personal era nuevo, y desconocía algunas cosas del servicio. La comida excelente, pero el mozo tenía que averiguar al momento de servir cual era el plato del día. Un mismo trago fue distinto de un día para el otro. Muy buena voluntad, pero falta de entrenamiento.

La vista a los viñedos desde las habitaciones es realmente relajante. La comida del restaurante es sublime. Todo esto sumado a una atención excelente por parte de todo el personal. Se nota un ambiente cordial y de armonía, lo cual es realmente un plus en el disfrute de la estadía. Lo único que encuentro mejorable es el wifi. Es suficiente para el WhatsApp, pero necesitaba resolver una situación laboral y se quedó corto.

Basicamente só tem piscina e academia do próprio hotel. Poucos funcionários atendendo, na verdade apenas uma pessoa na recepção. Não é um hotel 5 estrelas como dizem.

- Daniela (9/5): Espléndida y especial para descansar. - La ubicación, los detalles, la habitación impecable, espaciosa, la cama re cómoda, todo tal cual en la imagen cuando reservé. El personal súper amable y atento. La comida en el restó y la panadería artesanal que es exquisita. Que no tenga pérgola para el auto ya que el sol es fuertísimo en la montaña y ni hablar el tema de si hay granizo. El personal de todos modos se ocupa de cubrir los autos con frazadas ante cualquier mínima amenaza pero… sería un golazo que tuviera pergolas.
- Johann (3/5): An underwhelming and disappointing experience. - From far the building looks nice. Walls are all freshly painted and it is located inside a vineyard. Staff are predominantly friendly. The hotel is extremely dated, the pool is under constant maintenance, the rooms have no mountain views, the vineyard facing rooms have a garden terrace, however all kinds of staff are walking through and acroos the terrace, no privacy. The staff is doing the best they can, but they are not trained properly, the breakfast is horribly basic (5 star???), the bar is as uninviting as can be, all furniture is outdated and worn out. The rooms are spacious but the tv sets are outdated, it is just a 2 star hotel. Extremely underhwelming, for this proce there are a zillion better options in Valle de Uco area.

- Arthur Fontes (8/5): Sossego entre os vinhedos - Adoramos a localização tranquila do hotel, que fica no meio dos vinhedos com uma vista incrível para a Cordilheira dos Andes. O atendimento, o café da manhã e as refeições servidas no hotel são muito boas! Não são pontos que não gostei, mas pontosque podem melhorar. Como a região tem muita poeira, o piso poderia ser anti-derrapante, as rampas ficam bem escorregadias. A piscina precisa de manutenção. Esperava que os quartos tivessem vista para as cordilheiras, mas são bem poucos.

También el restaurant, el desayuno y las comidas. No estaba renovados los muebles de la habitación, ni los colchones, ni las toallas, el televisor no era Smart. La relación calidad precio no es adecuada.

- Ricardo (9/5): Excelente hotel, complementa perfeitamente o roteiro da viagem - Para visitas às vinícolas da região de Tupungato, a localização é muito boa. Os quartos são espaçosos e a cama extremamente confortável. Os quartos com vista para a montanha e no térreo possuem uma varanda e uma vista simplesmente espetaculares, com direito à companhia de um cachorro super dócil e amigável que circula pelos vinhedos perto do hotel. Há lareira no quarto e piscina no hotel, e o café da manha é muito bom. Perto da região há alguns vilarejos onde é possível encontrar facilidades, mas não espere muita comodidade neste sentido. Não recordo de algo ter me incomodado. O café da manha começa tarde para padrões de hotel, mas não precisei utilizar horários diferentes. Para chegar no hotel é preciso passar por uma leve estrada de terra em boas condições, mas isso é comum nessa região - para visita às vinícolas as condições serão as mesmas.

Las instalaciones están algo deterioradas, las habitaciones no tenían Smart TV , y a pesar de que el hotel estaba casi vacío, no nos ofrecieron habitaciones con vista a la montaña.

The room was very comfortable and had good views to the wine yards. Very peaceful and quiet area. The access is not easy, as is not paved one. It’s aligned to what you see in the area but tough to transit it with a regular car.

- Rubio (10/5): Beautiful Vineyard hotel - My family and I went to Uco Valley and stayed at Auberge du Vin. The hotel was really cozy and we even had access to the vineyards right from our patio. The staff was great as was the food. a special shout out to Micaela for helping us coordinate the winery tours. It is also part of Marriott which was nice. Beds super comfy and overall a great experience. The views were incredible of The andes

- Tony (6/5): Disappointing. - Location. Great views of the Andes. And the dogs. Reception were helpful and efficient. Atmosphere was lax/end of season. Most staff seemed tired, bored and not very focussed on client satisfaction. Reception performed well but without much charm. Food was poor- nothing like good enough for such a place. Pool was not properly cleaned… surfaces a bit slimey. Seems like standards have slipped and someone needs to take grip.

Highly recommended. The road leading up to it needs to be resurfaced. We had a hire care, you would need a 4x4 to save the suspension.

The facilities and services didn't quite meet the standard I anticipated. Additionally, during the night, I was woken up by noise coming from the storage room at the end of the corridor near my room. It seemed that staff were organizing items—there was a lot of loud talking, walking, and general commotion, which disrupted my sleep.

- Anthony (8/5): - The property is nice and a good value for the money, with beautiful views. The main issue we had was finding the place, as we arrived at night and there were no lights and the property is tucked into a vineyard quite a ways (Google maps doesn't show the correct location, just the outer gate). The hotel should consider placing more signs pointing where to go, and light things up more. We completely missed some of the signs in the dark and were lost for an hour trying to find this place.

A única coisa que me incomodou foi uma parede de pedra que tem no espaço perto da cozinha onde serve as refeições, essa parede tem um cheiro de esgoto/vomito, depois que sentei do lado dela aquele cheiro não saia mais quando entrava no ambiente.

- Carter (10/5): - Excellent and helpful staff. Great food and service. Very insightful for helping plan some spur of the moment visits for lunch and wineries. I really enjoyed waking the vineyards with the areas with the cute dogs and taking in the peaceful surroundings. Great hiking in mountains just over an hours drive.

- Pierre (3/5): American hospitality at its worst - The hotel requires better management to implement basic hospitality features. The roof top, the pool area has no personality. The rooms are a bit like an american days inn - this has nothing to do with a Bonvoy. A huge capital injection is required to turn it around - overall a big zero. Everything - no style, no personality - a complete disgrace to Argentinian hospitality. Avoid by all means.
- Andrea Cristina (8/5): Good, but not special - It's really difficult to understand what Auberge du Vin means. There is absolutely nothing specific about the wine in this hotel. Ok, the place is around a vineyard, during grape season you can see lots of Malbecs on the balcony, but I wanted a little more wine culture. A complimentary bottle of wine in the room would be better than a bottle of water. Maybe pairing dinner or tasting local wines. So it's a good hotel, but as good as many in the world
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The hotel was clean and nice. The drive on dirt roads to get there was not. Signage was poor and gps was wrong. Got lost in the vineyard several times. Parking was on dirt and barely sufficient. In the middle of some of the most stunning views in the entire area the siting and architecture of the hotel managed to miss them all. The staff was great and the food was good too.

- John (8/5): Great Hotel in Wine Country - The Auberge is located in the middle of a vineyard, though it is not attached or affiliated with a working winery. In spite of some language problems, the service at the hotel was excellent, and the rooms and facility were very clean. The views of the Andes were spectacular. I would have given the hotel a 5-star rating; however, the facility is getting tired, with a lot of paint patches, chipped countertops, outdated power outlets, and some furniture that has seen better days. The office chair in our room (as an example) had no support for the seat, and I worried about falling through. The service was great, but language was an issue, with the front desk not always able to communicate, and issues with orders being understood in the restaurant. The food was excellent if you actually got it. Considering that this hotel is really located in the middle of a field, and that it is far from any cities in a very rural area, these are minor inconveniences. Also, it is important to note that the hotel is about 1.5 hours from Mendoza, and down a long series of unimproved roads. Allow a lot of time traveling to and from the hotel to pretty much anywhere.

- Robert (10/5): Relaxing in the country - We went to the Auberge for a quiet relaxing stay in the countryside and that is what the Auberge provided. The room was spacious and well appointed. Food at the restaurant Epic was excellent.

O ponto fraco é a internet, wi fi cai toda hora e a velocidade é horrível. A recepção é ágil, mas faltou maleabilidade. Em um dos dias, eu precisava de ajuda para enviar um documento online, e a recepção não me permitiu usar o desktop por 5 minutos.
