Francesca (1/5): Più spendi meno avrai - Niente foto tutte false Sporcizia , prodotti usati nella camera, trappole per topi fuori dalla porta , parcheggio non fruibile servizio pet friendly inesistente, chiedono supplementi anche per l’aria che si respira però non tolgono nemmeno l’immondizia , parcheggiatori abusivi nel parcheggio inagibile perché pieno di buche che chiedono ancora soldi , il kit caffè quando siamo arrivati prevedeva macchina sporca due cialde ( eravamo in Tre)e due Tre bustine di zucchero vecchie . Mancavano gli asciugamani … cura e attenzione per il cliente pari a zero .

La strada in ingresso disastrata e piena di buche. Peccato perché ci vorrebbe poco per sistemarla. Chiarissime potenzialità inespresse della struttura.

Rosanna (9/5): Ottima accoglienza - L'hotel è immerso in un'oasi di pace, in mezzo al verde, nonostante sia all'interno della città. La colazione è stata buona, all'interno della stanza tuttavia c'era anche l'angolo cucina e, volendo, si poteva anche cucinare qualsiasi cosa. La stanza era abbastanza pulita e molto spaziosa e confortevole, come anche il bagno.

Miriam Karolina (6/5): Helt ok - Boendet var trevligt med ett stort och fint rum samt väldigt skön säng. Rummen har en rätt rustik känsla som vi uppskattade. Granne till hotellet finns en fantastisk pizzeria som definitivt är värd ett besök. Däremot fanns inte så mycket annat i närheten och man behövde åka en bra bit för att kunna uppleva något. Servicen på hotellet var rätt dålig, när vi bad om tips och råd i receptionen fick vi ett ointresserat bemötande och i princip ingen hjälp. Vi sökte rätt på den information vi behövde själva istället. Det är inte värt att ta frukost på hotellet, det fanns typ rostbröd och yoghurt.

La recepción cierra por la noche así que si llegas después de las 9 pm hay un cobro extra de 20 euros , tampoco se advierte en la página . Pero de todo lo demás es excelente . La habitación es hermosa y muy amplia igual que el baño y la tranquilidad reina en el lugar

Rachel (10/5): Spacious room and free parking - Very nice hotel with spacious rooms, nice staff, free parking and great restaurants right on the property!
Verified traveler (8/5): an oasis of tranquility in a busy bustling city - the first night we made res. for a jr. suite only to find out the next morning we were supposedly upgraded to a luxury suite.We had made res. for another 2 night only to find out we couldn't stay in the same room. So they moved us to another room after hagglng about the disclosures on their advertisement. which they admitted was their error and then they re wrote their advert to more honestly represent the rooms. The on site restaurant was very nice.
Tanya (6/5): nice rooms in a midle of a dilapidated estate - It could be a very nice place but the grounds and old villa are ruins. And a tiny plastic cap of coffee from a machine for breakfast wasn't good enough.
