- A Karen (9/5): Bello San Miguel - La ubicación es inmejorable. El equipo fue sumamente amable y flexible con nuestras peticiones. El baño de nuestra habitación tenia un domo muy grande y no tiene ventilación suficiente por lo que se encerraba mucho el calor. Durante las horas más calurosas es realmente sofocante.

El año pasado visitamos el hotel y nos encanto, por lo que en esta visita, decidimos nuevamente hospedarnos acá. Para nuestra sorpresa, el personal dejó muchos que desear, hasta llegar al punto que para el pago no entendemos que le hicieron a la terminal y nos pedían cancelar en efectivo. No estuvimos de acuerdo con esto y nos indicaron que pagáramos a la mañana siguiente, para sorpresa ese día la terminal si trabajo. Antes contaban con más detalles para el huésped, como colocar cajitas con chocolates, pero ya eso se perdió también.

No place to have breakfast 3. No elevator 4. Rooms are on the roof, exposed to the sun and very hot 5. The air conditioner system was terrible. it provided only "fresh air" see above

- Sarah Woodruff Watkins (10/5): It was certainly a lovely stay. - The hotel is beautiful and two blocks from the main square. The rooms are very large and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. The restaurant is gorgeous and the food looks scrumptious although we dined elsewhere on a limited time schedule. The staff was extremely helpful. I wish they served breakfast. I would have liked an elevator as I am recovering from hip surgery. There was a step up to the bathroom which was a bit of trouble for me. But this is no impediment for someone who is not having trouble walking.

It is located in the center of town and easy to walk everywhere! Staff was fantastic although we are lucky to know a little Spanish. Communication a little tricky but totally doable. I highly recommend this property! I wish they served breakfast. The dining area is lovely and would have loved to enjoy mornings there.

- Sandra (5/5): Location and restaurant is great but the female manager at the desk is th most inhospitable person I’ve ever dealt with. - The restaurant staff and food was wonderful! The staff were professional, service at the restaurant was outstanding during the day. The location is perfect! I booked two junior suites and the door lock on one of them did not lock at all. The worst part was the female hotel desk manager who told us “it’s okay okay that the doors don’t lock”. I had to demonstrate to the staff how easy it is to hop over the balcony wall and walk into the unlocked doors! She finally offered us a room where the doors locked but it wasn’t a junior suite…yet she refused to adjust the price of the room to the regular room rate! Her photo with the display of room descriptions and rates are included in this review. Furthermore, we had to explain to to repeatedly that my female friend staying in the room is a single person so safety is more important the a balcony so we will take the regular safe room just please don’t charge us for a junior suite rate. We had fluent Spanish speakers with us there so there was no language barrier! She refused to adjust the charge. And my friend is still working with her credit card company to make the adjustment after 5 weeks! Also do not be fooled by the bed descriptions of the junior suites. They are not queen beds. They are between a twin and a full.

Las habitaciones son super amplias y muy bien mantenidas, lo que a mí no me gustó es que las almohadas son altísimas y duras (para mi gusto) y no tenían otras más suaves, aunque si me ofrecieron una almohada chiquita (tipo de cuna) que salvó mi cuello. Que no ofrezca desayuno creo que es un plus, porque te obliga a salir a recorrer y hacerlo en lugares divinos. En la habitación hay una cafetera y agua y está muy bien! sin dudas volveria Las almohadas son muy duras y altas para mi gusto.

They no longer offer breakfast, rooms are outdated and pool was dirty. Also the driver that took my car to park stole my sunglasses. I will not be staying here again!

- Lorne (5/5): Not good value. - Location close to the main square. Large room, comfortable bed, large bathroom. Not hot water for morning shower, we showered in cold water, the heater did not work, the mornings were very cold. After four days we could not figure out how to work the TV, no instructions. No coffee table.

- Eduardo (2/5): - Me robaron efectivo de la caja de seguridad y el personal administrativo no actuó con rapidez para ver las cámaras de seguridad,el personal debe de estar de acuerdo para cometer estos ilícitos y después de todo eso me sentí inseguro y con temor gracias a Dios ya pasó esa experiencia no lo recomiendo por ningún motivo jamás había recomendado un hotel en forma negativa siempre había sido positiva y Expedía lo puede constatar.

- Jesus (4/5): - I liked that it was close to main plaza, it's location was the best thing it, The things I did not like, the room door was barely lockable. the terrace door , you could not even lock, the toilet bowl moved and didn't feel secure, no surface space in bathroom , had to put toilet items on floor, back of toilet, no room service , only spa was a private contractor that would have to go to your room.

- JULIETA (6/5): Buen ubicado - El hotel está muy bien auditado, sin embargo la primera habitación olía mucho a cigarro y no servía el wc. Nos cambiaron y la segunda habitación no servía el lavabo. El valet es muy caro, y la persona extra la tienen con un precio también muy alto, ya que es un hotel que solo se utiliza para dormir, no tiene áreas de recreación que les pueda generar un costo mayor.
