- Liyakatali (6/5): Disappointing - Room service was very good and properly cleaned everyday Really disappointing no Breakfast Buffet we were given in a tray of fixed menu in room and to my surprise they refused to give me tea in place of black coffee and if I wanted Tea I was asked to place new order through room service which will be charged the female staff in the restaurant was very very rude.
- Alaa (7/5): Good for a night stay with a discount - The price was good and the room was relatively clean. The staff were really nice. The pool view room didn't actually have a view of the pool, the rooms are very old and need renovations especially the bathrooms.

- Dhake (7/5): - They provided Kahwa with dates at reception. Bathroom tap was leaking. It was repaired after 2 days. We stayed 3 days at the hotel. On the first day, they provided one body scrubber. When we asked for a new one, they did not provide it and just kept saying they would provide it.

- ANSIF HABIB (7/5): - Got upgraded to Suite. It was big and warm. The property is not that new but maintained as much as possible. The staff is wonderful and attentive to all details. Missed the breakfast but overall had a wonderful stay. Parking available onsite.

- Arshad (7/5): It was nice stay with relax environments and only hassle I faced on charges rest are absolutel fine. - Breakfast was not included, while advertisement says including breakfast price and amenities need to more clearly mentioned on third party advertisement also.
- Aleksei (10/5): Comfortable and friendly staff - The hotel was so clean and the staff are very friendly, hospitable and accommodating especially the breakfast was very delicious. Keep it up Nothing only the location are far away from the exhibition center
