Loved loved the bed and shower... Just w what's needed after long days. Staff friendly and obliging with our requests. Nothing in particular. Noted that the building is looking tired in places. Fundamentally it has all that we needed.

The ramp at the back door at Paddington St could do with a rail to hold onto. I found myself stepping onto the garden instead as I felt unsteady & unsafe.

Not enough plates couldn't find cutlery, the noise was shocking!! Doors rattling/banging, people shouting out side doors need to lock at a set time and signs about keeping noise level down may help. We woke at 2am, 4 till 5 am and 6am due to noise levels. Bed parts left in hall way. I won't be returning here felt like a student dorm not a Motel

- Alicia (1/5): Not worth the savings. - Very bad customer service and very dirty. Not worth the savings- better off getting a slightly more expensive room. Waited at reception for checkin for over half an hour, called the number listed numerous times with no answer. Receptionist was rude and barely explained where our room was- we had to walk around the building to find it then came back in and she then pointed which way to go. Very dirty room, Couldn't get access to the power plug for cpap machine so moved bed (on caster wheels) to gain access...floor under bed was putrid and covered in peanuts and shells, shower was full of mould, hot water and cold water tap were mixed up (labelled wrong). Only positive was the bed was comfortable.

- Enid (6/5): The position was convenient for where we needed to be. - Reception very welcoming and helpful. The mattress on the queen bed was very very comfortable. Limited kitchen items. No glass to drink from. No tea towel. Plastic spoons to stir coffee. Luckily we brought our items so that we could have a light breakfast.

On enquiry was told dining facilities have not been available since 2002. Room cleanliness ok excepts for dust and cob webs on all skirting boards. Could only access 1 channel on TV. Requested assistance, from staff, 1 person who had trouble understanding problem due to not understanding of English. Contact was made with Manager via phone (had the same problem. Eventually solved in time for bed.

I believe he didn't use the breakfast. He wasn't expecting much after staying at another motel on a previous occasion not too far away from here. He also definitely didn't want to return to that other motel so I thought I would give Chadstone Executive Motel a try for him. He has confirmed that he would like to come back next time again. Room & Linen was clean & the service was pretty friendly, It can do with a little upgrade overall from the furniture to bedspread & linen. Making the outside liven up a little would be a positive.

Functional toaster, jug and microwave. Good TV. Attempts to improve 1950s decor are being made. Shower pressure feels like it's been limited. Beds could be a little softer. Could be a little cleaner. Surrounding gardens very unloved.

Bfast times started at 8.30am which for us was late.The building was old, Access was via a service lane only one way in and one way out.
