Staff were just wonderful. - I got a nice discounted price which elevated this really nice hotel to a really great stay for me. The hotel is just super and breakfast buffet was of my liking and enjoyment daily. I stayed for weeks i enjoyed the hotel so much. Location is not near the beach but I was not there to use the beach so did not care. I ordered room service and food was fresh, fast and delicious. I swam once on roof pool and visited the gym space to lift some weights. Not hotel's fault, I wish there were more restaurants within 6 blocks but food delivery was very easy in DaNang. I had no problem getting food, just wish more in that area.

- Vichill1 (2/5): Not recommended hotel - We had suite with bedroom bathroom laundry and kitchen dining room. The kitchen had no cutlery apart from plastic chopsticks. No knives or spoons. It had a frypan and pot but no cookware. No glassware except 2 tooth glasses in the bathroom. A function downstairs provided enough noise to prevent sleep. Safety issues - plug in laundry not good, there is a step leading to bedroom which is dangerous if going to the bathroom in the night. The entrance to the hotel has a steps which are steep, slippery when wet and have no handrails. Very dangerous for those of us over 60. This hotel is definitely not four star.

- Joseph (7/5): Pretty good choice for a few nights in DaNang - The breakfast is understandably oriented towards the predominantly Asian clientele but I always found some things to eat. However, the breakfast entrees were often cold. Beds and pillows are comfortable. The hotel is in a quieter part of DaNang. You'll need Grab to make quick trips to the center of the city as well as the beach areas, night market. Free shuttle to the airport, though I tipped the driver as he was courteous about handling my luggage. There were occurrences of people smoking in the hotel while I was there, both in the corridors close to the gym and some people staying in the room next to mine. One day I returned to my room at about 5 p.m. after being out since early morning. I found the room door was not securely closed. Anyone could have walked into the room. My theory is the housekeeping staff didn't pull the door shut after cleaning.
- 401phin (10/5): VTV8 Pickleball Tournament - My daughter and I stayed here for a Pickleball Tournament. The hotel is conveniently located near the Tuyen Son Tennis and Pickleball Center. The room is well maintained and view of the river and dragon bridge is spectacular. The daily breakfast is acceptable with local cuisines.

The beds are comfortable and very clean..beautiful swimming pool which we didn't use because we out exploring da nang and Hoi an. The breakfast was amazing. Lots to choose from. The staff were amazing. So helpful and professional.i felt like royals. Rhe staff organised our next trip booking our coach and taxi and making sure the taxi took us to the right destination. However, I would like to point out one thing: Especially for older people like me, a handrail to help them manage the steep steps in front of the entrance would be a great help.

- travelholidays1 (4/5): Very disappointing - Unfortunately this hotel promised a lot but was very disappointing from the time we arrived. Eleven very steep steps at the front with no handrail. Fortunately I could enter through the basement, but this really is not good enough. Staff were mostly very poor and none seemed to speak any English. They seemed to focus on Vietnamese guests only. The hotel facilities are great but there was no restaurant or bar open during our stay. Breakfast was good but mostly catering for Asian. Room was very good with lovely view. Probably just needs some new staff and definitely a handrail added to the very steep entry steps.

Manger and staff really looked after us very well. We would definitely come and stay here again. Breakfast was very limited for western food, mostly Asian food on offer. It isn’t tourist season at the moment but I suspect when hotel is full that there are lots more variety of cuisine.

- Alex (8/5): Huge room, good location - Room was huge. Breakfast was OK. The connecting door between our room and the adjacent one was unlocked... at first I thought it was another room of our suite, until I saw luggage belonging to someone else. The safety latch of our room can be easily removed from the outside, because the door opens wide enough to put your hand in, even with the latch in place. WiFi was spotty. Sometimes it drops entirely, not very reliable.
