Our daughter was with us at the check in time waiting for her elder sister to accompany her to the dorms, even though he receptionist was not have the authority to allow her and went to get an exceptional approval from his supervisor!!! This is weird! 2- at breakfast one waitress insisted to pay for the Turkish coffee as it was not part of the buffet which we did, although I think this was her own decision not the hotel policy. I don’t recall that I paid an extra charge in other hotels for a cup of Turkish coffee. 3- tv remote control was not working properly 4- no bags stand

Cdougans (10/5): Friendly, Comfortable Stay at Tasigo Eskişehir - Had a very pleasant stay at Tasigo Eskişehir. The hotel feels modern and welcoming, with comfortable rooms that were spotless and well-equipped for a relaxing night’s rest. The team were warm and helpful throughout, making check-in and any requests seamless. Located in a convenient part of town, it made exploring Eskişehir easy and enjoyable. Solid value with attentive service — a great choice for both business trips and city breaks.

Der Wellnessbereich ist grundsätzlich schön gestaltet Aufenthalt: 2 Nächte | Reisegruppe: 6 Personen Wir haben zwei Nächte im Tasigo Hotel Eskişehir verbracht. Leider entsprach der Aufenthalt nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen an ein 5-Sterne-Hotel. Die Sauberkeit war teilweise verbesserungswürdig und entsprach für uns nicht dem Standard dieser Hotelkategorie. Das Personal war gemischt: Einige Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, andere wirkten leider unfreundlich und wenig serviceorientiert. Das Hotel wirbt stark mit seinem Wellnessbereich. Allerdings ist das Angebot für Gruppen nicht gut organisiert. Da wir zu sechst gereist sind, konnten wir Anwendungen wie Massagen nicht gleichzeitig buchen, was schade war. Für ein Wellnesshotel dieser Kategorie hätten wir hier mehr Flexibilität erwartet. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung, jedoch stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unserer Meinung nach nicht ganz mit einem 5-Sterne-Standard überein
CRAZYHORSE694 (2/5): Dissapointment - This was our probably the 20th visit to this hotel. We know this hotel inside out and always look forward to our visit. Our sanctuary. Unfortunately, the standards that we were used to are slowly disappearing. Our visit in September and in January were kind of disappointments. The heating in our room was not working. Hotel was full and we could not be moved to another room. TV was out of order. The main jacuzzi in the spa was out of order. The shower was out of order. But the worst part was so many young children being allowed entrance to the spa. It is clearly written on the door due to hot water temperature, children should not enter. The water was so dirty, we left at the end. We heard one couple telling their children not to pee. Totally out of order. During the summer children can use outside and indoor pools and this is ok, but during the winter the spa is to small to carry so many adults and children. Awful experience. Adults talk loudly, children screaming....You just can't rest in the spa any more. As I mentioned we have been coming to this hotel for years, since it was Rixos. The breakfast is exactly the same. Not a single change all these years. Isn't the main chef bored?!?! The hotel lacks Customer Retention Managements. For all our visit, we never received one phone call nor email, not to mention something else. To compere, we went to Voyage Belek three times in the last 10 years, every year their team calls us to offer us special discount for the summer vocation. and to thank us for our visit. Tasigo management needs to shake up and move forward. Make changes. We were in the hotel for the Republic Day. İmportant day for Türkiye. The hotel was full. They could not organise life music, since there is a piano in the hotel. There war nothing apart from red balloons.

Het heeft wat liefde en aandacht nodig helaas. de kamers hebben een touch up nodig en de prachtige Spa heeft echter helaas een paar reparaties nodig omdat niet alles meer functioneert Booking bod helaas een optie aan wat niet bekend was bij het Tasigo. Het afhandelen hiervan geeft toch een nare bijsmaak

Svetlana (10/5): Отличный спа отель - Очень атмосферный, комфортный отель. Большие номера, хороший завтрак, персонал заботится о гостях. Свое приложение у отеля- это правда удобно, от заказа еды в номер, до заказа зубных щеток и прочего. Единственное - хочется улучшить Английский у персонала, они говорят, но «замирают» и не немного теряются.

466selint (4/5): Never ever again - We came here on vacation as a group of 13 women and 10 children. All our reservations were confirmed. However, just because our friend asked about early check-out conditions on WhatsApp purely for information purposes — without giving any approval and without receiving any new confirmation email — she was told that she must check out a day early and was pressured to do so. This was clearly their own mistake. Trying to leave someone stranded with two children is absolutely unacceptable. The attitude of Ms. Müge at reception and especially the man named Onur, who introduced himself as a “manager,” was a complete fiasco. His manner was arrogant, rude, disrespectful, and condescending — his “do whatever you want” attitude was utterly unacceptable. He didn’t even seem aware that he was speaking to a woman. On top of that, offering us a suite room listed online as 26,000 TL per night by saying “it’s normally 30,000 TL, but we can give you a discount if you want to move there” was blatant opportunism and a disgrace. The room cleanliness was also very poor; cleaning was done almost in the late afternoon, trash wasn’t emptied, and towels weren’t replaced. Before calling himself a manager, this person named Onur should first learn how to treat customers and use proper communication, and then fix the room cleaning and service quality. Having someone like this in such a position is, in itself, a sign of poor quality and a major liability for the hotel. I have never seen such people in managerial roles at any reputable hotel chain. In a beautiful city like Eskişehir, to see a hotel with such great architecture and potential being operated so poorly is a real disappointment. We have traveled to many places and have never experienced such treatment. A Turkish company should be proud of a hotel like this, yet due to the disrespect we encountered, it has now been added to the list of hotels we will never return to.

Lobide girişteki zayıf renkli gözlü arkadaş kafasına göre bekletip, kafasına göre sizden sonra geleni odasına alıyor. Siz bunu görünce direkt sizin odanız da hazır diyor. Girişte yüzünüze bakmıyor, çıkışta yüzünüze bakmıyor. Çok mu aradınız o elemanı. Size kalitesizliğinizle mutluluklar, asla o paraların oteli değil.

Annemin doğum günü için gelmiştik notlara yazmıştım ufak ikram da yolladılar odamıza teşekkür ederiz. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve kibardı. Hamam ve sauna çok güzeldi ve temizdi. Tuvalet maalesef kokuyordu havalandırmadan gelensürekli devam eden bir koku vardı.

Le centre de Spa était super propre et le personnel Mlle Yasemin était très serviable. L'hotel se situe loin du centre ville. Déplacement sur place obligatoirement par taxi ou voiture personel.

Yüksel (7/5): bis auf das Personal am Empfang...die fraglich sind...ok...aber schon sehr teuer.... - Lage kann man echt nichts sagen....die Aussicht ist nicht zu Topen...dieses Hotel hat 168 Zimmer...Frühstück ist toll, das Personal ist ein bisschen träge....eine Art Lustlosigkeit...ist sichtbar...vermutlich werden sie nicht gut bezahlt, wie so oft in diesem Land...leider Wir waren 3 Tage mit der Familie dort, haben direkt gebucht...alles gut, Donnerstag Check Out, beim bezahlen habe ich die Dame höfflich gefragt ob Sie uns für den für Samstag zwei Zimmer reservieren kann, da ich ein Treffen mit Geschäftpartner habe die drei Nächte bleiben würden. Antwort"Am Samstag sind alle Zimmer belegt da großes Meeting ist...hm...168 Zimmer belegt. Habe darauf hin am nächsten Tag über Booking die Zimmer gebucht....Samstag eingecheckt...Hotel leer...hmmmm.....

Büşra (10/5): Güzeldi genel anlamda memnun kaldım - Otel temiz, odalar güzel ve nezih. 2 yetişkin 1 çocuk olarak oteldeydik. Odada diş fırçası 2 taneydi, resepsiyondan 1 tane daha istediğimde ekstra ücretli temin edebilirsiniz dediler. İyi ama 3 kişiyiz odada 2 tane bırakmışsınız diyince de verelim o zaman dendi. Böyle bir otelde 1 tane diş fırçasına bile para isteyecek kadar tenezzül etmeleri beni irrite etti açıkçası.

Muammer (10/5): Mükemmelden daha fazlası - Eskisehirde baska bir otelde kalmadim ama otelin konumu temizligi ve özellikle çalışanların size gösterdiği sıcaklık hizmet ve ihtimam şahane...kapali ve açık havuzun ayni zamanda türk hamamindaki sıcak termal suyun keyfi ve temiz havluların daima bulunabilir olmasi mükemmel ötesi. Sabah kahvaltısı takdire şayan. 10 numara dan dahası varsa kahvaltı için söyleyebilirim. Kapalı veya açık otoparkınin olması bir başka güzellik. Şehir içinde kalip kalmamakta kararsizdim. Ama o kalabalık o trafik ve otopark sıkıntısından sebep özellikle konum olarak burda kaldigimada ayrica memnunum. Şehri gezmek için özellikle odunpazari bölgesine 5 dakika yani 1.5 km gibi bir vakitte inebiliyorsunuz. Otelde foto çekmedim. O yüzden ekleyemiyorum

nihat yigit (10/5): Restaurant çalışanları - Akşam yemeği ve kahvaltı için oteldeydik. Genel olarak çalışanlar iyi hizmet ettiler ama her iki vardiyadaki yemeklerde de isteklerimizi birkaç defa tekrar etmemiz gerekti. Kısa süreli hafıza kayıpları var. ;)

Soufiane (8/5): Très bel hotel mais service exécrable - Très bel hôtel bien situé en flanc de colline avec une superbe vue sur la ville. Le spa est super et assez abordable et le personnel du spa est très gentil. Le personnel du restaurant (petit déjeuner) et de la piscine sont vraiment une catastrophe !! Pas digne du tout d’un 5 étoiles Aucune politesse, aucun sourire, beaucoup d’erreurs de commandes, commandes oubliées et j’en passe Je suis resté 9 jours dans cet hôtel et tous les jours il y avait des soucis avec les serveurs. Beaucoup sont juste de jeunes étudiants saisonniers et n’ont aucune envie de travailler.
