• Verified traveler (4/5): Décevant ++ - Énormément déçue... la salle de bain n'est pas du tout la même que celle en photo (en + sale et vieillot), aucune isolation sonore, literie à revoir... Le seul point positif : le personnel agréable

• Vanessa (8/5): - Nous avons logé deux nuits dans cet hôtel, nous avons été très bien accueilli à notre arrivée. Le personnel est agréable. Les chambres sont suffisamment équipées, le seul bémol est le manque de climatisation. Nous avons du dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes et forcément il y avait des nuisances sonores avec le passage de l'avenue. Nous avons prit le petit-déjeuner qui était copieux avec du choix, viennoiseries, pains frais, beurre, confiture, yaourt,fromage. Nous recommendons cet hôtel niveau qualité prix tout à fait resonnable sans chichi et superflue.

• katiedL2242DW (2/5): APPALLING HOTEL DO NOT STAY HERE - Absolutely awful hotel. Don’t be fooled by the website they don’t speak a word of English, they don’t even bother trying just speak to you in fluent French and laugh at you when you don’t understand. Arrived and where given a room key on arrival to the 4th floor a cleaner forced us to stay in the lift speaking to us in French we did not understand, we told her we needed to get out and she shouted at us then forced us to go downstairs. At reception her and the worker spoke in French and did not address us or tell us what was going on once. We were then given another key, went up to the 4th floor again and the room was occupied. Back down to reception the two workers argued then gave us the same key we were given in the first place. The room was tiny and boiling, our window opened wide into the corridor of the hotel. Anyone could get through it into our room so we had to keep it shut and stay boiling, no fresh air possible at all,, even with the window open. The shower was like a public one at a swimming pool - turned off every 30 seconds you had to keep pressing the button to turn it back on. Not only that the bathroom was so small you couldn’t mive without the shower curtain sticking to you, and the shower flooded the whole bathroom, leaking into the bedroom even with the shower curtain shut, bath mat down and bathroom door shut. The bed squeaked with the slightest touch could not move all night without it making a racket. I did not get a single bit of sleep because the walls were ridiculously thin I could hear the person next to us showering and drying their hair at 2 am and every door opening and closing. The next day we changed rooms and the new room was fine. However on our last day we had an early start, breakfast supposedly starts at 6 we went down at 6:15 and got turned away, the man just kept saying check out? Sortie? To us so we took that as a cue to leave. Staff are incredibly rude. Also would not recommend booking with lastminute.com as customer service is non existent, no help at all. Worst hotel stay I have ever had.
• Markus (6/5): - Bad viel zu klein, war eine Nasszelle. Bett und Bettwäsche super. Toll war der Service in der Gastronomie, die Leute waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine Metro war ca. 150 mm vom hotel entfernt. Sehr gut auch die Parkgarage, ca. 50 mm auf der anderen Seite. Das Auto war sicher untergebracht. Das Hotel würde ich für einen Kurztrip wieder buchen.

• Federico (4/5): - Terrible condition! Mattress was literally unusable. They place plastic cover and sheet so thin you will sweat and feel wet and sticky all night on top of no AC. Elevator was never available. We check out at 5am and the guy at front desk was clearly sleeping and got annoyed that we wake him up. Bathroom shower with no place to hold anything and the ceiling was all moldy. We ask him for help calling a taxi and he just point outside and pretty much kicked us out.

• Zhongxia (10/5): - It's not a high class hotel, but the basics are there and everything was reasonably clean. The staff was nice and let us check in at 12:30am without any problem. It was convenient to get to by bus from our departure point, and it's also not too far from the RER C station. Great value overall and we enjoyed our stay

The elevator didn't work at night, when I was leaving very early in the morning, I had to take my suitcase down on the stairs from 3rd floor. Clean and everything was working. Bottle of water and candy in the room was nice.

• SOUMAGNAS (8/5): Propre, fonctionnel, simple et sympa - Très bon accueil. Bien situé et très pratique avec le parking couvert, sécurisé et gratuit en face de l'hôtel. Je suis restée 6 jours. Ce n'est pas le grand luxe mais l'hôtel est propre et la chambre est fonctionnelle. Les sanitaires et la douche sont neufs. Le personnel est à l'écoute des clients. J'avais besoin de changer 2 pneus de toute urgence, on m'a donné une adresse au top. Merci pour ce service. Le seul bémol est de ne pas pouvoir rentrer après minuit ou sortir avant 6h. Or, mon travail nécessite de pouvoir rentrer vers 1 ou 2h ou de sortir vers 3-4h. C'est dommage. Il y a un gardien de nuit mais bon. Ce serait bien de trouver une solution.

C'est vieux de l'ameublement hors d'âge. le lit grince et le sommier est avachit. Le décors de la salle de bain n'est pas mieux WC avec chasse d'eau de nom, lavabo avec système de retenue d'eau cassé. Douche datant de la dernière guerre ou il avoir la taille allumette pour pouvoir l'utiliser. Le buffet de petit déjeuné est copieux mais le pain et les viennoiseries sortent d'on je ne sais où?? l'établissement est situé dans un quartier bruyant mais prche transport et centre ville

La dimension de la chambre est certes fort limitée mais on est au calme et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer une nuit reposante.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - I cancelled the stay, via Expedia, because of the French transportation strikes, which affected the Eurostar and metro lines. However, Expedia has still not been able to contact the hotel to get a cancellation notice from the establishment, so I can claim travel insurance! I would have rescheduled my visit and stayed here but now I'm not so sure about the place.

• Jenifer (6/5): Preis-Leistung ist OK, Verbessung möglich - Es war dem Preis entsprechend kein Sternehotel und definitiv in die Jahre gekommen sowie leider auch nicht gut gereinigt. Die einzige Steckdose im Zimmer funktionierte nicht und wer läutstärkeempfindlich ist, sollte hier nicht buchen. Selbst Oropax halfen nicht. Aber, und das ist nicht nur selten sondern für mich eines der wichtigsten Kriterien: Der Service im Hotel war gut (auf Nachfrage). Gastgeber/Hotelmanager waren äußerst freundlich, zuvorkommend und das dazugehörige Restaurant hat die besten Croissants und ein sehr gutes Couscous.

Os funcionários não falam outros idiomas,mas se esforçam para lhe atender, usamos o Google tradutor e tudo era resolvido. Perto do metrô. Se voltar a Paris com certeza ficarei lá, ótimo custo benefício.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Pro's: good transport (well, the Metro line 12 is five minute walk away) Supermarket just opposte the station and a market outside the station a couple of days a week. Local restaurants, but most were closed on Saturday evening for some reason. Con's: bed was very squeaky Bathroom needs renovation, badly. It's one of those showers that you have to press the button every 30 seconds, and the entrance is about a foot wide, so you may not be able to squeeze in. Traffic from main road outside room a bit annoying. Breakfast was very basic for €8.50, rolls, croissants, cheese in packets, fruit and juice. Coffee and tea from the bar and I don't know if you could have more than one cup. The cupboard in my room was full with a foldaway bed, which interfered with hanging my shirts. In short, it's cheap and convenient, and will do OK if you're not planning on staying inside the hotel for more than sleeping.

• JEAN LUC (8/5): BIEN - Le rapport qualité/prix est très bon. L'accueil est sympathique et arrangeant, PDJ très bien, wifi efficace. Le restaurant accolé à l'hôtel est très bien, avec des tarifs raisonnables. Seuls bémols : salle de bain vieillotte le lit mériterait d'être un peu plus confortable.

• Craig (6/5): Cheap, good location - don't expect sparkles - This hotel is tired and not in the best condition. Bed is clean and comfortable. This will provide you with a basic place to stay so don't expect anymore than that. The bathroom could have been cleaner. Be aware no English speaking front desk so make sure you are prepared with a few words in French. Short walk to the metro Overall, would have expected a cleaner hotel - but the price waa good for the area. Leave it with you to decide!

Akim and Mohamed and the rest of the staff go out of their way to make you comfortable. The room is clean and simple in an amazing location. Everything you need for Paris.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - The guys working the hotel were lovely and the room was functional and fine but the location didn't work for me (10min from metro didn't feel great for a single woman late at night) but it would have been great if you hired a car to to day tours out of Paris (it is next to ring road so many places are accessible).
