Kerrijean (5/5): Adequate - The breakfast was poor. The room was very noisy. Sounded like the people above were bouncing basketball, someone was honking over and over in the morning, the ac was rattling and the area raound the hotel was trashed esp in the back where we were.

Reid (2/5): Would not stay here again or in Gallup. Second bad experience in Gallup in 3 yrs. - Once we found the hotel location was close to I40. Staff was rude and not helpful concerning tv and remote which was broken. Kitchen was nonexistant. There appeared to be a toaster and dry cereal.
Roger (7/5): - Another tired looking establishment decaying around the edges externally, but that delivers a totally adequate room inside, with comfortable bed and decent shower and all mod cons. A faily minimul breakfast is included in a tiny space. They could spend some time cleaning up the outside to make it look a little more respectable.

Kimberly (6/5): You get what you pay for. - Stuff was pleasant, room was clean. Breakfast was subpar. Very minimal most items were out of stock and not replaced by 8am and the waffle maker needs to be replaced. It was sticking and then burning no matter how much spray was used.

Suzanne (1/5): Nasty! - Nothing, the place was a dive. Property was old and tired. Bedding did not smell clean. The smell of disinfectant in the room was overwhelming, have to wonder what was being covered up. Faucet in bathroom sink was broken. Breakfast was a joke, cereal, the Minute Maid orange juice was a fake, some orange colored liquid sputtered from the dispenser. It was noisy, could hear television through the walls. We have been staying at Red Roof Inns for probably 25-30 years, this was the worst. Thank you!!

JOHN (7/5): This is a cheap motel. I would call it a good value for the money. - The room was clean and spacious enough. Location is very good for sightseeing along old Route 66. The Love's fuel & travel stop nearby is among the best of its brand that I have seen. The breakfast area was tiny and there was nothing much besides cold cereal and muffins.

STAFF TELLING my friends they had to leave before they called cops!! They were actually staying in same room! Not ever going to stay there Again!! And will make sure to tell EVERYONE!

Reva (1/5): we will pay the extra few dollars to stay elsewhere - We had thought of the place and cleanliness of it and the last minute accommodations due to being stranded from driving in the snow, We went to bed exhausted after driving 7 hours and were woken to a fight right outside our door, it went on for about 30 minutes before a cop showed up and from there the shouting and the lady who was naked yelling incoherently and her husband or boyfriend yelling, four cops showed up and by the time we went to sleep was well after 1am. by 4am someone was running back and forth upstairs.
