• Putra (4/5): Book other hotel near by if you are with family Not recommended at all. - Staff was not train properly on hospitality and explanation was Totally out.. they don't precheck your hotel booking.. no initiative. They don't have customer point of view so wasting time talking... Hotel room electricity trip and the room was so squeeze.. although they have a few hotels around the area but this one in cihamplas was the worst hotel that I ever stay before.. try Promenade hotel nearby instead much better. This was my first and the last. Comforter its dirty too... no point to make up room every day.

• AG (8/5): - It is a simple, straightforward hotel. Located quite far from shopping mall (cihampelas walk). Overall it was a pleasant stay. Worth it with the amount you are paying.

Oh My GOD... :( Speechless the one who really helpful its only security, and for sure they are from outsourcing... Never comeback again. Congratulation because of the location.

• FirstlyNadila (4/5): Enough For Just One Night - Stayed here just few hours in Family Room. Located in famous Cihampelas area surrounded by place to eat and shop. Don't expect too much, the room has 1 double bed and 1 single bed, but the smell is suck. Booked a non smoking room but the whole room is fully smell of smoking. The bathroom also smell really bad like never been cleaning. Also the room a little bit dark. But, it's cheapest for a family room in such area, just enough for 1 night.

• Alfredo (6/5): Walking distance to nearby shopping mall - The pictures from the website looks good but the actual exterior of the hotel looks very different. The bathroom of the room I stayed always get flooded everytime I took a shower. There is no water container in the room to keep hot water.

• brianprasetia (8/5): Good budget hotel - The room is clean, close to mall, to find food, souvenirs, good bang for your bucks for a budget hotel. The staff is helpful. Standard room does not have any windows, the toilet is a bit broken but they fixed it.
• luthfip2017 (4/5): Don't expect anything - If you're staying just for a night or simply need a bed to sleep, there may be no problem to stay in this hotel. The room size was standard, the bathroom was small and ill-equipped. AC did not work well, made the room felt rather hot. The lighting was low, so the room looked dark. Considering the price, the quality was in par.
• Diandrakellen (6/5): Good Location - Near to City walk and easy to find the things that you need for oleh-oleh, but a bit expensive compare to other location. Room is small, but ok, i don't expect much as Vio only a budget Hotel. Staff is good and helpful. if available, Please request room with window, otherwise you feel like stay at cubical without window. Some staff arrange their laundry in front of my room, having chit chat and laugh. this bit annoying for sure, you have to move to back instead of using guest area.
• Wiartini (6/5): Good location but Noisy - The location of this hotel is perfect, the only bad experience that I had during my stay was there is no privacy because you can hear people talking, music and people laughing early in the morning. They don't offer Airport pick up nor give us option where to get this service, we have to search online to find transports.
• Djarkata (6/5): Value for money - This located is strategically located in Cihampelas area, where you can shop and dine at restaurant or shop of your choice. The room is not too spacious but comfortable enough for two. They have water dispenser on each floor in case you run out water in your room.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Terrible breakfast, room without a window. - Hotels.com should need to confirm the hotel statement before approving their detail in the website. This is twice I got the room without any window BUT the hotel statement stated the room come with a city view. In fact, it's none. No window at all. Breakfast also very terrible in this hotel and I have to skip breakfast few times because I found it no point to get the paid breakfast if the food and drink served is terrible. If I knew, I just book the room without breakfast which will be cheaper. Only location is great. Nothing else can be said, but I won't use this hotel anymore. Terrible.
• Daniel (4/5): Unpleasant stay. - The hotel looked good when I booked but it wasn't as published. The toilet was smelly and dirty. Room amenities were incomplete but they send us when we asked. Check in took very long time because one staff at the reception at check in time after 2pm. Should really improve the room cleanliness.
• DentyaS (8/5): Great Location - Room is unquestionably small, but it was enough for 2 adults and 1 kid as long as you don't spend the whole day in the room. The location is great, easy access to ciwalk, and cihampelas road shops. They don't seem to have a restaurant as they serve breakfast in the lobby, but not to worry coz you can find some restaurants nearby.
• Rahul11271 (2/5): Bad service, bad staff - I stayed at Vio Cihampelas Hotel on 14 May 2017 which was very horrible experience for me and my son. This is one of the worst hotel in my life i stayed. After check in on 13 May, i found that AC is not working for which i complaint to reception but nobody responded and subsequently whole night persuade with them for the same but to no avail. I tried to speak to Manager, but he did not receive call and was sleeping at his home. It is pertinent to mention that room is very compact, no space to keep luggage, no ventilation, no pedestal fan (in such a situation). They are only concerned for money but not concerned for guests' comfort. I strongly recommend that please stay in some other hotel as we can easily get other good hotel with same price. This hotel is good for nothing...
• ranmauri (8/5): Great for Budget... - i was here on 27/3/17..4 night..1st time at room was okay..my kids love it..but in bathroom sometimes clogged and toilet can not pump. i call the hotel management for help & they help the problem. overall i think is okay & they are very helpful. thanks to cleaner team & maintenance team for help me. breakfast was good.. :)
• Trek706883 (6/5): Hot aircon - The place is nice but unfortunately the aircon really hot.. nice place for looking food and shopping... Standard service for a 2 star hotel is quite convenient for a 1 night stay but not a recommendation for a longer time
• maxchv (8/5): Backpacking - If you're going for a hotel with small budget, this is the one for you. Cheap & affordable. Best of it, hotel is situated along the busy roads of Cihampelas, the whole stretch of local night markets! Walking distance to Ciwalk with plenty of food & beverage outlets. Just needs to be patient if you're planning to take the car ride as the roads are always jam packed with vehicles. Clean & well maintain rooms, but no place for you to hang your clothes.

• rosyanr (8/5): Small but cozzy - I came to Bandung, west java for bussines trip. Because I have some work around cihampelas, so i find hotel around that area, and Vio hotel I choose because the price is good, the location is right and the room is small but its coozy. Cihampelas area is good for work, shopping n eating. If you need hotel with budget price but good hotel at cihampelas area, Vio cihampelas hotel is one of the best.
• MFAlfath (4/5): Room type: Comfort Room with Breakfast - I stayed from Saturday, Oct 08 to Oct 09 2016. Ordered Comfort Room with Breakfast. Weekend rate applied. All you need to Know for your consideration. Pluses: - Great Location - Walking distance to various culinary and entertainment destinations Minuses: - The space in Room 320 sooo limited, makes you hard to move freely - There is a parking lot in the front of the hotel, but limited only to 5-6 cars, and the rest you have to park inside the building, through a narrow entrance that may cause harm to your car if you are not careful. - No amenities at all in the room (ex: toothbrush, toothpaste, etc) - The breakfast from my opinion is below average (from the taste, variations, locations). In the morning, they are adding and arranging some tables to the lobby, and adding the functions of the lobby as restaurant. Voila! Your breakfast is ready. - at 09:00 PM we called the Reception, asked for availability of hair dryer, they said they only have one hair dryer and already lend to other guest. But, cmon, only one hair dryer? Seriously?
• Philip (2/5): - We stayed in 2 rooms from Sep 10-15, 2016 (6D/5N) at this hotel. Location was good because it was right on the Cihampelas shopping street but that was the only good thing. Rooms were tiny & cramped but I wouldn't fault the hotel for this as I booked such rooms. However, the aircons were not fully functioning & was inadequate to cool down the small room (even with Bandung's cool weather, it felt warm in the room with aircon set to max). Aircon was leaking water & made rattling or gurgling noises throughout the night. When requested for a room change, the staff obilged & changed the room for us. The new room also had the same aircon problem. Adding to that, the sewerage pipe right outside & above our rooms was leaking & the stench of sewerage filled the walk ways. Daily housekeeping was decent but always had to request for fresh towels when the old ones where taken away during the cleaning process. To be fair, the staff were all very nice & helpful people. Whenever we complained to them, they rushed to attempt to correct the problem. They were just poorly equipped to fix such major technical issues (aircon & sewerage pipes). The hotel management needs to upgrade the hotel facilities & implement better service systems for the innocent staff. Will NEVER stay back at this hotel again.

• DesiFebriansyah (6/5): Nice rooms, affordable rates, very limited parking area - Last weekend, with a little sudden, we decided to have a weekend in Bandung. then we do not have a reservation at any hotel, and then we did the online hotel booking while on the trip. Then we decided to try to stay at the hotel vio cihampelas. It looks like this hotel is fairly recent. we heard from a friend that the network topotels pretty good. When we arrived there, we were a little disappointed because it was a small hotel. the parking area is very limited. on the front is only enough for about 5 cars, and its basement just enough 4 cars. Very cramped, dark, and dirty. But entering the lobby all look nice, neat and clean. similarly to the room, we select the type of classy so getting his existing room sofa. Queen-size bed, thick, soft, and very convenient. TV 32 "flat screen equipped with local and international channels, works well. the bathrooms are clean and comfortable, the hot water flows smoothly. by chance we did not book a room that included breakfast. if you want, the breakfast can be obtained at a price of 49,000 per person. standard menu. rice with side dishes, chicken porridge, bread with butter and jam, and fruit. If you are planning more traveled out than staying in the room, the hotel is suitable for you. you can still get quality rest with a very affordable rate.
• isabela-ela (8/5): Good enough for a budget hotel - Strategic location at Jalan Cihampelas, near to shopping and culinary area. We cam easily find taxi and other public transportations. The room is quite small, but it is comfy, clean and it has plenty facilities (AC, cable TV, hot shower, towel, mineral water). Unfortunately, the room smelt a bit weird (maybe because the weather and humidity). There were stains in the bed cover and there was no mirror inside the room (mirror is only in the bathroom). But overall, Vio Hotel is good enough for a budget hotel. The staffs were friendly and helpful, too.
• HanaPyon (8/5): Small but Comfy ! - Went here last year, again, visiting Bandung because, why not ? haha I was looking for cheap hotels with good location, and i found this hotel.. the price was really cheap around 250.000-350.000 rupiahs, i think.. I stayed there for one night, the room was clean, bathroom clean and restocked, my husband was able to smoke in the room, everything was good. The services i might say ok, but that doesnt matter~ ITS 4/5 STARS !

• Felipe (10/5): Great location, extremely friendly kind staff - You are near everything, the staff is very very kind and Armadhan (who works there) even took us around the neighborhood behind as we'd love to see the real life beyond the centres... Very clean, good shower, very spacious room, good bed and the TV with the biggest quantity of channel I ever had in my past 1 year world travel. Air condition works and very safety! Good complete breakfast as well! Overall the best value for money! Enjoy!

Excellent WiFi & Cable channel choices, too bad no fridge in room Located next to the coach station to Jakarta airport. 2 mins away from Cihampelas Walk.

• Teddy (6/5): Close to Shopping Area - We arrived at Bandung at the afternoon, so tired and want to have a rest as soon as possible, but the traffic at Jalan Cihampelas (location of this hotel) was so packed and busy. Need almost 1 hour from Jalan Setiabudi to this hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly, room already prepared when we (at last) reach this hotel. Parking lot is quite few, we must park at the basement corridor and leave the key to the front office, so they can move our car when another car in the basement want to go out. Breakfast served at the parking lot, under the tent. The food was not good and very few choice. At the end of our visit, the staff refuses to print an invoice for us. They said when we booked via online company (ag*da, expedia, etc), they can't make any invoice, what a weird policy. But this hotel is clean. Hot water & WiFi are also good.
• Aida (6/5): Not suitable for family with children. - Location wise is good as it is near to the Cihampelas Walk, however, in terms of room and other facilities, it is too small for couple with one kid. You have to get your hot water at the pantry (outside the room) and there's no mini fridge to keep your drinks and food when you stay quite number of days.
• nugie (8/5): great budget hotel in Cihampelas - I was skeptical at first because I never heard of Vio Hotel. But it was great to stay here. The reception is fine and very welcome. The room is comfortable and clean. The location is walking distance from Cihampelas Walk. We had a great time staying Vio Hotel. Recommended for who looking for budget hotel around Cihampelas. Great value for money.
