- João (8/5): - Localização excelente. Prédio e apartamento com bom aspeto. Chegámos antes da hora prevista do check-in, falei com a agência e apressaram-se a entregar-nos o apartamento. A água quente é através de uma caldeira e essa caldeira, para um uso normal de 4 pessoas, é pequena. Obriga a uma gestão da água quente, para que chegue para todos.

Había un vaso y una taza por persona, no tenía lavaplatos, y el primer día, hasta que lo pedí no tenía ni donde poner los platos a secar ni con que secarlos, ni un trapo. en cuanto pedí el trapo me lo trajeron eso si. Las paredes con pintadas.

We had to live with water damage in the apartment, and despite clear promises, they still haven’t refunded a single euro. Zero accountability, zero professionalism, and absolutely no respect for guests. A 1/5 is generous — avoid at all costs.

We will stay again in that apartment block. - The property needs updating, sofa bad condition, bunk beds very noisy, single mattresses very uncomfortable, flakey paint in many places, broken tiles on the terrace, extractor fan dirty and shower screen broken to name a few issues

- Tarek (5/5): Great location but the room needs maintenance and better cleanliness - location is great . was reasonably easy to get instructions on how to get in to the apartment block. Paid €174 for one night for two people. For this price i expect better as the property needs maintenance and better cleaning. The shower area in particular is really dirty and needs a small brush to get in to the grooves and the silicon beading and part of the shower door glass is mouldy. The main curtain is hanging off the ceiling, half of the bed rocks back and forth as you get in and out because a wheel at the front underneath is broken, the sofa bed has rips and tears in it. The heating needed to be a degree or so higher as it was bitterly cold outside but customers cant adjust the temp of the radiators. In the reservation email it would be useful to state that the door to the apartments is labelled "reception" everywhere because its a block thats part hotel and part apartments.

- Oleksiy (1/5): Bad - location the only good point check in at 17:00!!! come on! 5.5h to clean small room and leave dirty? got instruction and location of the appartements at 16:59 over the phone, at the end one of the employee had to come and show us where is the entrance. paper walls between apartments, old used furniture for over 250 euros per night
- Min (1/5): Disappointed! - Location and bathroom The access was not clear! As it's a private company, you have to arrange to meet someone at the building to get access. So we had to wait nearly twenty minutes before someone arrived to let us in. It also took me a long time to figure out who to contact. Finally we got in our room but it was not the one I booked. I reserved a two-room Apartment but they gave us a studio apartment with no Wifi without any explanation. There were very old furnitures and old blankets. My spouse experienced dust allergies from the blankets. So we left after one night even though we booked two nights.

- Shelina (5/5): A pleasant one night stay in the Sierra Nevada - The location of the apartment was excellent. The bedrooms were fine and comfortable enough for a short stay. The facitilies in the apartment were good. The hosts did not answer the message i sent on the booking.com App nor did they answer the telephone number that was indicated when we booked. The upstairs bathroom was absolutely filthy. It had not been cleaned and the toilet had not even been flushed from whomever had last used it. The bathroom and shower cubicle are extremely small. The sofa downstairs was also filthy. It was full of dust and hairs.

- Dawn (7/5): Value for money accommodation in a central location. - Excellent central location 2 minutes walk from ski lifts, car park, ski hire & numerous bars and restaurants. Locker for ski gear. Complimentary bottle of wine and coffee pods! Great view. Attention to detail missing in the room. Broken chair, mouldy smell from dishwasher (when we opened it) No toilet roll, no tea towel and missing a duvet. Contacted reception and they were only to happy to sort out missing items. So all good in the end
- Linda (1/5): as you can see the photo the mattress is literally on the floor it was awful - location Lack of communication when we encountered issues. No one to contact even when we has problems accessing the property. The two bottom steps of the duplex were broken and extremely dangerous and access to the top floor was not the easiest. The bedding for the sofa bed was disgusting and pillows were yellow and stained. They expect you to clean things and leave them as you find them, but they didn’t provide a cloth to dry the stuff with. Contacted the staff via the whatsapp provided and they didn’t reply until the next day. Wouldn’t recommended using them.

- Samantha (10/5): Best location in Sierra Nevada - The apartment was perfect for us. The location couldn't have been better as it's right in the main square just a couple of minutes from the underground car park. Access was really easy with key cards located in a secure box so we didn't have to queue to check in and the building has secure access 24/7. The apartment was really well-equipped, comfortable and warm. It had everything we needed, would definitely stay here again.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Go for inside plaza instead - Not a hotel, does not have a reception, had to call three times and wait an hour for the key. The other company in the same complex have more or less the same prices, but have a reception there, choose them instead(inside plaza).

Lasketteluvälineille ei ole paikkaa ja vaatteiden kuivatus mahdotonta. Äänieristys puuttuu ja heräät kun naapurit kolistelevat rinteeseen. Keittiö on pieni koppi, joka työntää luotaan. Hyvä paikka keskellä kylää ja autotalli alla - jos on tilaa.
