- Galyna (10/5): - Great location, amazing breakfast, clean and spacious room. I did kinda felt a pressure and a bit of judgement from the restaurant staff during the breakfast though. As the restaurant is quite small and the staff members were gathered right by the buffet, all three staff members were watching closely what food and how much I was placing on my plate . I guess they were concerned about the food cost . That made me feel quite uncomfortable so that after two days I even skipped the breakfast buffet and opted to eat outside of the hotel.

- Tyson (10/5): - This place was simply amazing, after contemplating visiting Ukraine, last year, before the pandemic kicked off, and managing to make the stars align, on a FlixBus trip, from Warsaw, and booking insurance. Extremely friendly, helpful staff, immaculate room, and gorgeous food (the fish, and desserts are divine, and I really wanted to try the hot stone meats, but didn't get time!). I only wished that I could have stayed longer, in the wonderful city of Lviv, and hope to follow up with the suggestion of checking out the mountains, if I get to return to this country, in the future. Thanks, for making this long-awaited trip memorable.
- Katarzyna (4/5): Disappointing two nights stay - We were put in an attic room on the 5th floor facing the street. I had to bend in the shower and parts of the room not to hit my head. It was hot and air conditioning didn't work so we had to keep a window open. At night that caused the light from the roof to make our room very bright so it was hard to sleep. These type of rooms should not be sold for the prices we paid.

Felt very safe walking day or night. Staff was very helpful with information to points of interest, even with places to run because I like to exercise, and available 24 hours for assistance. Very clean hotel and just an overall pleasant experience!

Room was lovely and spacious with nice decor. Bathroom was good size with nice bath and plenty of towels. Breakfast was cooked to order and although a limited choice was excellent every time. Location was fantastic, maybe a 10 minute walk into the Old City. Overall I’d high highly recommend the hotel.

All three nights were some of the rudest and most unreasonable service I’ve had in my life. As a pilot who travels for a living I can say without question that if you value service in any way, find a different property to stay at.

Every thing was lovely from the room to the spa and the georgous breakfast. We were well looked after and the staff are polite and pleasant. Absolutely no negatives and worth paying for.

- Oleg (6/5): Expensive, No sound proof walls, limited parking.. - This place, is having a issues with no sound proof walls. If you speak normally in the room, your neighbors in the next room, can hear you clearly. Be careful, especially at the evening hours... Restaurant in the hotel is with good food, but be aware of the service, especially when you pay for your meal or liquors...they often forgot about discount you have, as the hotel customer. If you don't remind it, they will charge you full price, and it is impossible to get later - promised discount!!! This hotel has limited parking place, very limited! If you order taxi service in hotel lobby, ask about price for the services ahead. Otherwise, you can have the most expensive ride in - none taxi vehicles. Regular taxi services are half cheaper, use it! These are common issues, all customers experiencing, in this hotel. Otherwise, location is very convenient, clean, with people who are smile and trying there the best, they can. Advice: ask price and confirmation, for everything you going to use or planning to do. Do not forget to ask them and provide explanation, how it works, as well! Good luck, maybe you can avoid all described issues!

- Kate (10/5): Great Location - This hotel is located in a slightly quieter part of town, but we easily walked to all the touristy places. There are also shops and restaurants close by. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, the staff very helpful and they spoke English. The room was small but very comfortable for us, had air conditioning (important for our August visit) and was clean. The bathroom had a heated towel bar which helped dry our laundry while we played tourist. We enjoyed our stay!

Also, I booked this hotel over three months ago for three rooms and for some reason they put all our rooms on different floors even though we found an entire floor with empty rooms. The rooms are beautiful and the price isn't bad but we decided to end our booking early here and move to the ramada which was cheaper and way friendlier.

The only minus is the twin bed had a child sized mattress. It was extremely. Narrow for an average adult. Otherwise the room was perfect, nice balcony and bathroom . I would stay here again to get these beautiful meal but book a double or king bed.

- Konstantin (10/5): One of the best hotel experiences ever! - 3-day stay at Atlas Deluxe hotel in Lviv became a highlight of our Polish/Ukrainian vacation. The hotel is located in a recently renovated art nouveau historical building. The area is nice and quite, only short walk from major tourist attractions. We have arrived early in the morning totally exhausted after sleepless night in a horrible train. To our delight in about an hour we were offered an early check-in. Thank you, Natalya, and other girls at front desk, you are amazing! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with everything you can expect from a modern hotel including A/C, free Wi-Fi etc. The buffet breakfast had an impressive selection of very delicious local foods, arguably the best we have ever had. The quality of service was outstanding! Add to this a very competitive price, and you will understand why we would gladly stay at Atlas Deluxe again and recommend it to others. Great job, Atlas Deluxe team, dyakuemo!

- Peter (10/5): Centrally located and nice breakfast options - I definitely enjoyed my stay at the Atlas Deluxe. My room was comfortable (with quite a large bed), and the breakfast buffet was fairly extensive with lots of different choices. I particularly enjoyed the fact that my room had a large balcony looking down onto the street below - having a balcony was a nice (and unexpected) surprise. Not all rooms have them, so it might be worth requesting one while you're making your reservation. The hotel is based very close to the city center, meaning that it's quite convenient to reach all of the main tourist destinations. Lviv is an attractive city, and so strolling to and from the historical sights each day was an enjoyable experience. Finally, the hotel is only a five-minute walk away from the nearest grocery store - there are many good amenities in the area.

It was a first class experience in terms of the room, staff and very convenient location. The restaurant was so good we ate dinner there both nights. The only negatives were the noise from the street and the somewhat warm room. We did not complain to the staff about the room temperature- maybe they would have activated the cooling system for us. Otherwise, it was ideal. Would definitely stay there agin.

Really good breakfast each morning, great place to relax, talk, meet locals, or sit outside to enjoy people watching with bar/restaurant service available. All the tourist type events and places were within walking distance-about 10 minutes-as was quite a bit of shopping. The staff was fantastic and so friendly as well as helpful. Again, the staff was great, room service was quick-the burger was soooooo good! and breakfast in the morning was super. This hotel is attractive inside and out, easily accessible, and within walking distance of museums and the opera house. I enjoyed a 3 hour stroll around the neighborhoods and squares taking in the beauty and charm that is the city of Lviv.

My room was lovely, quiet and bathroom with marble counter and tub tops was large, with lots of hot water! I will come here again for an extended stay...loved every bit of this hotel! And the staff!

The hotel is centrally located, rooms are nice and modern, clean and comfortable beds and bathrooms, small, but amazingly romantic sauna with jacuzzi. Good breakfasts. The restaurant is wonderful for dinners, too: fish, steaks and tartar met totally our expectations. The staff is very friendly and is ready to help you in the most difficult situations. We will keep returning here for our visits to Lviv.

- H (10/5): Great place to stay minutes from the old town - The property is a very charm piece of art-nouveau architecture, something that Lviv is very famous for. From the outside to all the interiors the hotel is very well taken care, very clean and cosy, with friendly and helpful staff at all times. The room spacious and very well maintained, with also a very beautiful top of the class wallpapers! They cached our attention since we like interiors and design a lot. The bed was extremely comfortable, not the biggest though. Breakfast was very nice. Not only you have a buffet, they do also offer a-la-carte staff like omelets and other style of eggs, included. Very elegant waiters, spotless clean and great service. Will definitely recommend to anyone visiting Lviv! You are less than 5 minutes away from the old town, and walking distance to everywhere you need to go as a tourist. The tram number 1 also passes nearby and takes you directly to the main train station.
