• Siegfried (4/5): Eine einzige Katastrophe!!! - Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Schimmel (schwarz!) in der Dusche. Sehr laute Nachbarschaft und hoher Lärmpegel im Hotel. Frühstück war eher bescheiden. Keine Eier, kaum nachgefüllt am Büfett. Kaum Brot, keine Brötchen und keine Croissants. Heillos überfüllt! Ein Tisch musste für uns erst aufgestellt werden und der Lärmpegel war unerträglich. Ob es nur an der chaotischen Reisegruppe lag, kann ich nicht beurteilen! Wir werden das Hotel in jedem Fall nicht noch einmal buchen!

• philippe (9/5): Très agréable - Hotel propre. Jardin bien entretenu. Agréable de prendre son petit-déjeuner et ses repas dans le jardin ou sur la terrasse. Petit-déjeuner et repas bons et copieux. Parking facile dans la rue. Dommage que l'environnement de l'hôtel ne soit pas mieux entretenu et qu'il y ait autant de détritus dans les rues et sur la plage, mais ceci est un autre sujet....

• Sigrid (8/5): - Wir haben eine Nacht im Hotel verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich, genau richtig für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Am Morgen gab es ein typisches italienisches Frühstück, das uns gut geschmeckt hat. Besonders angenehm war, dass wir unser Motorrad sicher abstellen konnten – das hat uns ein gutes Gefühl gegeben. Alles in allem völlig in Ordnung, wir können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Bardzo sympatyczny, przyjazny, przemiły i pomocny personel . Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu, polecamy to miejsce.

• RENNER (7/5): Séjour agréable avec des choses à ameliorer - Le personnel très sympatique et professionnel, la chambre était propre et grande. Nous avions une grande terrasse avec vue sur le jardin. Les plats étaient bons et la proximité de la plage au top Il est situé dans une ville que nous avons beaucoup appréciée. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas à notre goût (viennoiseries sèches, bacon froid et fruits un peu passés) La douche était assez vétuste et la piscine très petite. Les lits sont un peu durs et on sent la séparation au milieu (j'avais demandé un lit double mais nous avions deux lits collés)

• Guest (4/5): Lokációjából adódóan megfelelő ár érték arányban, de 3 csillagért nem lenne lehetetlen azt a pár apró hibát kijavítani. - Jól frekventált, közel a tengerhez és az udvar is meseszép. A medence nagyon korán zár, a szobában hiányoltam a szúnyogháló ajtót és penészes volt a tusoló. A reggeli mindennap ugyanaz volt, nincs gond a sok édességgel, de ha már van sajt, sonka, mindenképp jól esne egy kis zöldség pl paradicsom..

• Arina (7/5): Good - Second line, across the road opposite the path to the sea – very convenient. The courtyard is green and well-lit. Comfortable bed. Parking ok. The staff could have paid more attention to cleanliness in the room and bathroom. The coffee cups in the room had obvious signs of previous use, but after we pointed it out, they were replaced. The plumbing wasn’t so much worn out as poorly maintained. The shower cabin lacked cleaning supplies and a brush. It was not possible to sit on the balcony because the air conditioner ventilator blew hot air, and the chairs were covered in a layer of dust.
• X3682EIisabela (2/5): Terrible hotel - The WiFi did not work and the bedding was very uncomfortable. The food was terrible as the bread was often very hard. The rest of the meals were often undercooked and options were limited. The room was cramped and the plug sockets were in inconvenient places, such as behind the wardrobe.

Figura da albergatori incompetenti. Avrebbero potuto mettere wuesta norma nelle condizioni di acquisto e sicuramente noi o tanti altri come noi avrebbero scelto un' altra struttura. Vergogna!

Camera sufficientemente spaziosa, silenziosa, balcone esterno della camera ampio, bagno pulito ma con vano doccia un po' ristretto e con dispenser del bagnoschiuma poco funzionale. Colazione italiana con qualcosa anche di salato. Nei dintorni non c'è nulla, ma a un kilometro di distanza c'è il borgo, con alcuni bar e ristoranti. Nel complesso, se si ha la possibilità di spostarsi in automobile, direi tutto ok.

• Bajadera2904 (2/5): Not recommended - We've been staying in this hotel since 17.07. Everything except the daily room-clening is terrible. The manager is the rudest person ever. The breakfast is terrible, poor and most of the time table is empty. If we ask for re-fill, the manager gets nervous. Today the bread was like a stone, so one of the guests brought down his own. The manager started yelling and took the phone to call the police. The stuff is trying to be helpful and polite but they are totally out of order. They look that the plates with salami and cheese are getting empty, and they do not re-fill them, instead they are staring at looking how much each guest has eaten. There are no refrigiretors in the rooms, and firstly they asked 10eur per day per person for using their swimming pool which is quite small. There is only one receptionist that smiles often, the others are treating us like we have never been in a hotel before. Despite the rude manager, Fondachello is not clean place, there are a few restaurants and one store on 2 km from the hotel. The sea is clean and beautuful. We regret everytime we have to go back in the hotel, or having a breakfast because we fill pressure from their terrible manager.

• ShaunGriff (2/5): Cannot recommend - I stayed at the Oasi Park Hotel in May/June 2023, for 4 nights, as part of a group of 38 people on a pilgrimage around Sicily - it was not a pleasant experience. We stayed half board, and though the rooms were clean and refreshed each day, the meals were atrocious. At Breakfast, one slice of ham and one slice of cheese was laid out for each person. If someone took two, then someone else had to go without as the plates were never refilled. Only white toast-bread was available or cake/croissants which usually ran out without being refilled. Evening meals usually involved an extended delay, the final evening we waited for an hour to be served supper. The quality of food was very poor (oven-ready chips, oven-ready potato balls etc. for 2nd course) with bread so hard and dry it was difficult to eat. As the food quality was so low, some people brought their own food to the tables to eat which raised a complaint from the manager - she then made it a habit to "monitor" the dining room to check no food was brought in nor taken out (including bottled water), creating a very tense atmosphere in the room. The pasta served was okay. On departure, we were even charged for the Aqua Naturalne that we drank in the room. This was a case of excessive cost cutting going too far. I'm sure the Manager will leave a sarcastic reply below, justifying her actions, as she has done with other negative comments, however, these complaints listed above were felt by most members of our group, this is not just a personal opinion. This is not a hotel to recommend. And Yes, our guide did raise these issues with the manager as they happened, but nothing was done to correct the situation. On a positive note - the Reception staff were always very pleasant and helpful, and always smiling - the manager could learn a lot from them.

• Emily (9/5): Superb - The location was excellent, very short walk to a beautiful if pebbly Beach. Comfortable room, balcony. Good wifi, breakfast, fridge, parking on-site for €7. Clean, updated. Bright bright lights, no low light available. Sounds petty but was a challenge in the evening.
• Irina (8/5): Very good - The staff left the most pleasant impressions, exceptionally friendly. All employees are always in a good mood. High level of housekeeping and throughout, including the garden. Good quality bed linen and towels. Small moments in comfort: the shower did not drain well... The bedside light in room 108 is extremely bright, and is not set individually for everyone (in room 116 it is exceptionally convenient). The light runs in a single line above the bed.
