• brendabR5277CB (10/5): Well spent! - We were there only for a night to spend my husband's birthday also it's my first time again in Manado after 15 years away. We arrived there early in the morning and no rooms were ready as we asked for early check in and its okay to have extra fee. Kak Sergio, kak Kifly and kak Christian in FO team are THE BEST and they managed to get us the room by 10am which is great so while waiting we can visit my family. We came back and straight to the room with a very nice view of the city and partially ocean. The next morning after delightful breakfast, kak Rely and the training students also the FO team named above surprise my husband by sang birthday song with tasty cake which make our stay even memorable. Overall stay was perfect. Will come back and bring our kids to stay there soon. Thank you Aryaduta!

• Takx (8/5): Uitstekende locatie, prima personeel - Het personeel is bijzonder klantgericht en behulpzaam. De buffetten in de twee restaurants waren uitstekend. Ik had een mooie ruime kamer met een bijzonder fraai zeezicht - al ligt het niet aan zee, maar aan een drukke verkeersweg -en het hotel heeft een authentiek Indonesische stijl. Het hotel is nogal gedateerd, en helaas had ik geen warm, maar lauw water in bad en douche. Dat er om zes uur 's ochtends ineens harde liftmuziek op de gang werd afgespeeld en dan ook nog in een loop van een halve minuut, was irritant, maar het personeel loste dat snel op.

• Krishnan (4/5): This Hotel is Overdue for a Revamp - As we had an early morning flight into Manado, the reception was accommodating in allowing us the check in early. The room I had chosen due to the size and view met my expectations. Daily housekeeping diligently replenished new bottled water daily. The location was good as it was close to restaurants, cafes and a Mall. As soon as you entered the hotel, you could smell the musty air. It became worse along the corridor at level 8 heading to our room No.806. Had to make an effort to hold my breath heading to my room on a daily basis. The bathtub, shower curtain & basin were all stained. What I presume were once white towels, now had a greyish tinge. We encountered a few roaches in the room. The buffet breakfast had a wide spread but taste was lacking. The only saving grace was the live stations for eggs and pancakes. Even the local Tinutuan (Manado Porridge) was gooey and had a weird taste.

Situated directly on Manado Boulevard with a direct connection to a shopping mall, the convenience is fantastic, and the staff are uniformly friendly and professional, one of their staff ms Michelle very helpful when im check out. The highlight of the entire hotel is definitely the infinity pool on the 6th floor, which offers a breathtaking, must-see sunset view over Manado Bay. However, the hotel is noticeably older; while the rooms are clean and spacious, the bathroom fixtures are dated, and the overall maintenance is lacking, which is the only thing preventing a perfect score.

Die Zimmer waren nicht saubee, im Waschbecken hatte es Schimmelspuren, die Toilette und Dusche war nicht sauber, die Bettlaken hatten diverse Flecken von Blut bis zu sonstigen Körperflüssigkeiten. Die Handtücher haben nach Rauch gerochen & das Essen war nicht wirklich geniessbar.

• Anne (7/5): Fine for short stay - The room was spacious and aircondition working properly. Staff at the front desk was very friendly. The hotel is old and a bit run down but I think it would be much better if they could put a bit more effort to the room cleaning. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool which has great views too. We had a room at upper floors and we could still hear the traffic noise quite clearly - didn't bother us but may be anoying at lower floors.

In a span of 24 hrs, I killed 3 cockroaches. Room facilities are old and they don't really take care of it. Gym is also dirty and they don't maintain it very well.

One of the old hotel completed by many facilities, such as Italian Restaurant, swimming pool, fitness center, spa, and so on. The room is also spacious. I stayed 3 nights in 809, faces North, to the city, sea, Bunaken Island and also iconic Sukarno Hatta Bridge. The management also kind hearted. Despite peak season due to a national event (Munas Apkasi VI) in North Minahasa, they kept my booking for almost 2 months until my payment on arrival. One thing makes me considering not to stay here on my next visit to Manado is the television channel is still monologue. This millennial era, most starred hotels in many cities provide digital channel, like YouTube. I like instrumental music from YouTube for sleep, and they don't have it.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, and perfectly located with a beautiful view of the sea. The room was spacious and well-maintained, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. What really made my stay memorable was the exceptional service from the front office staff. Imanuel, in particular, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit. He went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and assisted me with all my needs. His professionalism and warm attitude truly stood out. I highly recommend Aryaduta Manado for anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely come back again!

Also the pool omg i really love the view from the pool thou and also the breakfast well i got nothing to say bcuse it was so good

• AGNES (8/5): Sécurité pour un vol matinal - Séjour pour une nuit en attendant notre avion à 6H le lendemain. nous avons fait une simple réservation et réglé à l'arrivée, la réception c'est très bien passé, nous avons réservé un transfert pour l'aéroport à 4H00 du matin et demandé un réveil, aucun problème le transfert est un peu cher mais à cette heure matinale nous voulions être tranquille, le chauffeur était à l'heure. Nous avons mis 35 minutes pour accéder à l'aéroport, aucune circulation à cette heure.

The location is very strategic right in the heart of city center and offered a breath-taking view of the coastline and the volcanic mountains. The staff is so attentive and have excellent customer service. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options.

The hotel is very clean, and the room I stayed in was spacious, which made it super comfortable. The service was excellent—staff were friendly and attentive. One thing that really stood out to me was how thoughtful they were. Since I'm not Indonesian, they offered me a few complimentary options, like a cappuccino in the morning and a special corn soup that I used to enjoy for breakfast during my visits to Indonesia. Another thing I really appreciated was the hotel manager’s friendliness. They personally took the time to talk with us, asking about our stay and making sure we were satisfied, which showed how much they care about their guests’ experience. These small touches made me feel really welcomed and at home. All in all, a fantastic stay with great service and a personal touch. I’d definitely come back!
