• Stephen (10/5): Memorable , would definitely recommend to our friends and family if they were to visit Rome - The location was perfect for our stay as we were able to walk to all the main attractions that we wanted to visit. There were plenty of restaurants nearby . The owner was exceptionally quick in responding to our messages so top marks to him. Audrey was absolutely fantastic, friendly , informative, helpful such a lovely person, she couldn’t do enough for us to make our stay memorable . All in all 5 stars from us Everything , very clean and the breakfast was just right for us . Nice touch of being able to have a have a coffee and cookie when returning after a tiring days sightseeing .
• Josipa (10/5): - Room was very clean and had everything you need (there is enough space to put your things, mini fridge, towels in the bathroom). Location is really great, we didn't use metro, we were just walking every day and could see vatican and all attractions, but if you want, metro station is close and also station for shuttle bus to the airport is close. Lady that is working on the breakfast and cleaning the room is super nice and helpful for all tourist information. Overall, if I ever come back to Rome, I will check if this accommodation is available!

• Claudia (10/5): Nur zu empfehlen - Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und Picco Bello. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Die Angestellte, die einen rundum versorgt hat, war sehr, sehr nett und fleissig. Die Lage war für uns hervorragend, vor allem, wenn man mit dem Sit Bus vom Flughafen kommt, und dorthin zurückfährt. Man ist auch zu Fuß überall recht schnell ( bis mitten in die Altstadt, zum Beispiel Piazza Navona) ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Unsere Zimmer, 5 und 6 waren sehr ruhig, da sie zum Innenhof liegen. Aldo, der Chef war sehr hilfsbereit, als wir Probleme aufgrund eines Flugstreiks hatten. Sollten wir nochmal nach Rom reisen, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten. Danke für alles! • Erika (8/5): Túristaszállásnak tökéletesen megfelel. - A szállás gyakorlatilag egy emeletes lakóház egy átalakított lakása néhány szobával, saját fürdőszobával, viszont közös étkezővel. A szállás biztonságos - az ajtaja belülről egy alcatrazi cellaajtó benyomását kelti. A szállás egy forgalmas kereszteződés közelében, motorparkoló, esti terasz és hulladékgyűjtő konténerállomás fölött található, mindezek ellenére meglepően csendes hely. Ha jól emlékszem, a harmadik emeleten található, de van lift is, ami kulcsra működik. A házigazda (...a mi esetünkben hölgy) nagyon kedves és előzékeny volt. Kaptunk túristatérképet a városról, bejelölve a legfontosabb látványosságokat javaslattal, hogy milyen sorrendben látogassuk meg azokat. Sok hasznos tanáccsal látott el minket. A reggeli elfogadható volt, ...aki szereti ez édes reggeliket, annak ez egy szuper választás. A közelben van egy "mindenes bolt" és a metró sincs messze. Nagy pozitívumnak számított, hogy a kijelentkezés napján még estig ott hagyhattuk a poggyászainkat, azután ott átöltözhettünk és használhattuk a mosdót. A liftet csak a nem túlsúlyosoknak és a nem klausztrofóbiásoknak ajánlom, ugyanis a mérete kb 0,5 x 1 m! Egy, max két fő (csomagok nélkül) fér el benne. Az el nem túlzott méretezés a zuhanyozósarokra is érvényes - túlsúlyosaknak és 2 m körüli magasaknak már elég komoly problémákat okozhat. A reggelinél felvágottakból, sajtokból szerény volt a kínálat, de éhen nem lehetett halni.
• Bruno (10/5): Alles perfekt, würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen - Sehr saubere und geräumige Zimmer, bequeme Betten und mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Tolle Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß in 15- 20 Minuten erreichbar und die nächste Metro Station war 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, Käse, Salami, Schinken, Müsli, Joghurt, frisches Obst, Eier, selbst gemachter Kuchen, leckere Croissants und Kaffee in allen Variationen… Ganz besonders Lob an Audrey die uns herzlich empfangen hat und immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war, auch an Christian den zweiten Mitarbeiter der uns am letzten Tag betreut hat. Aldo der Besitzer war immer erreichbar und hat, wie das ganze Team dafür gesorgt das wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

Aldo the manager is constantly in touch via what’s app to make sure everything is good. He is very responsive to all your needs. The room is simple but everything is high end. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. The TV is a smart TV and you can log into all your accounts. The Internet is excellent. The room is HUGE! It is the biggest room available in Rome/Europe. The bathroom is also big! Everything updated, very clean and has the necessary toiletries. The water pressure is excellent. The air conditioning works perfectly. The area is safe and close to many points of interest. The room is also very safe. There is a key to enter the main building, a code to enter the lobby/check in area and then a key for your room. The breakfast manager is Audrey. She is super sweet and kind and enjoyable to speak with. The breakfast has a wide variety of pastries and cheeses. They also leave jugs of drinking water for use when you come back in the evening which was a great detail. There is also water in your room. This was one of my favorite stays in all of Europe. You will not be disappointed!

Camere pulite e spaziose, ben arredate. Palazzo elegante nel cuore di Via Cola di Rienzo, da cui il centro storico è raggiungibile a piedi con belle passeggiate. Sistema di self check in preciso ed esaustivo. Un ringraziamento particolare alla dolcissima Audrey! Torneremo! Nulla! Tutto perfetto. Forse, se proprio devo suggerire una miglioria, aggiungerei un filone di pane fresco...

• Ksenia (7/5): OK aber Verbesserungen möglich - Tolle Lage, gut zu erreichen, Kommunikation mit dem Host über Whatsapp war problemlos. Das Zimmer war sehr groß. Der Host hat uns eine Liste mit seinen Restaurantempfehlungen geschickt - die Liste ist gold wert!! Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, wir hatten das Fenster straßenseitig, und nachdem das eine stark befahrene Straße ist und darunter einige Cafes sind, war es nachts wirklich sehr laut. Es war nicht sonderlich sauber, und im Badezimmer hat es nach Kanalisation gerochen (vermutlich aufgrund der Infrastruktur des sehr alten Gebäudes). Frühstück war auch sehr überschaubar, keine große Auswahl, Qualität war aber gut, Kaffee ebenfalls gut. Frühstückszeit erst ab 8h, recht spät.

• Ruth (9/5): Altamente recomendable - La ubicación es excelente, el barrio precioso y muy tranquilo. El edificio muy bonito. Hay una parada de autobús que conecta con el aeropuerto muy cerquita y eso se agradece. La habitación muy grande y espaciosa. Hay restaurantes cerca, parada de metro, el Vaticano relativamente al lado y todo lo demás de muy fácil acceso. La verdad que hemos estado muy a gusto! Seguro q siempre hay cosas que se pueden mejorar pero hemos estado tan a gusto, que ahora mismo, no las encuentro;)
• Dominika (9/5): - Wspaniałe miejsce. Byliśmy tam niestety tylko 3 noce, ale na pewno wrócimy. Przemiły personel, Pani robiąca świeżutką kawę do śniadania zawsze uśmiechnięta, bardzo pomocna. Każdego dnia podpowiadała nam jak najdogodniej dostać się do miejsc, które chcieliśmy zwiedzić. Cisza, spokój, czułam się bardzo bezpiecznie i komfortowo pomimo że za oknem samo centrum Rzymu. Z okna widać kopułę Bazyliki Św. Piotra, także wszędzie było blisko. Śniadania były świeże, może nie jakiś wielki wybór, ale jak na Włochy gdzie śniadania są raczej na słodko, tutaj można było zjeść też coś bardziej treściwego (jaja, szynki, warzywa, pieczywo itp.). Miejsce ma swój urok i fajny charakter - taki wyjątkowy klimacik. Polecam!

Apenas não utilizámos o elevador por ser muito pequeno, tendo optado pelas escadas para aceder ao terceiro andar.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any request. Communication was excellent before and during the stay. Great value for money — everything was exactly as expected. Highly recommended, would definitely stay here again! The mattress was a bit too soft for my personal preference, but this is subjective. The check-in process was slightly complex at first; however, it was solvable with the help of the clear video instructions sent by the host. The room itself is spacious, but the design is quite simple and does not fully reflect the overall value and charm of the B&B. Despite the building being historic, all electrical wiring and communication cables are visible on the walls rather than built in, which gives the room a somewhat unfinished appearance.

• Paola (8/5): Ottima posizione. Staff gentilissimo. - La posizione: a pochi minuti a piedi dalla fermata metro Lepanto (Linea A) e non distante da San Pietro, Musei Vaticani e Castel Sant'Angelo. E' una zona commerciale, con molti negozi e bar / ristoranti. La colazione, molto varia (soprattutto per la parte dolce, con torte squisite). Il tavolino per la colazione in camera (ma ce ne sono anche nelle zone comuni); la bottiglia d'acqua di cortesia, il bollitore. La gentilezza dello staff. Non c'è il riscaldamento in bagno. Il materasso un po' affossato. Per me non è stato un problema ma penso sia utile sapere che: - tra il portone e l'ascensore ci sono 3/4 gradini - tra l'ascensore e la porta del B&B c'è una rampa di scale - l'ascensore è davvero molto piccolo (ci entra una persona con una valigia o due persone ma senza valigie).

• Vincenzo (10/5): Bellissima scoperta - Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura durante il ponte dell'Immacolata e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Struttura centralissima (qualsiasi spostamento verso i maggiori monumenti può essere fatto tranquillamente a piedi) e struttura tenuta in condizioni eccellenti. Camere spettacolari e colazione top. Il proprietario Aldo è stato gentile e disponibile dal primo momento mentre Audry, sua collaboratrice, è stata carissima e dolcissima in ogni momento in cui ci avevi a che fare (P.S. fa anche degli ottimi cappuccini)

• Despota (10/5): Eccellente - Struttura con un ottima posizione per raggiungere sia la parte storica e centrale della città e anche vicinissima al Vaticano. Abbiamo visitato tutto rigorosamente a piedi. Struttura pulita, molto curata. Audrey è bravissima, gentilissima e sempre pronta ad esaudire le richieste dei suoi ospiti. Ottima anche la colazione con prodotti freschi ogni mattina

• An (7/5): Aan te raden - Ligging was top. Aldo heeft goed geholpen met het organiseren van een tour, reserveren van taxi, tips ivm bestellen tickets,... Heel vriendelijke mensen. Inrichting niet zo stijlvol. Veel trappen. Lawaai van de ontbijtruimte tot in de kamers.

• Simonetta (7/5): Posizione strategica, camere silenziose - B&B situato in una posizione strategica a due passi da Castel Sant’Angelo e 10 minuti da Piazza del Popolo, nelle vicinanze ci sono molti ristoranti e rosticcerie. La struttura è silenziosa e si dorme bene, non si sentono rumori esterni Il proprietario e il ragazzo che si occupa della colazione sono gentili e disponibili. Colazione essenziale ma adatta al tipo di struttura, le torte erano buonissime. Consigliato. Bagno un po' piccolo, il gradino tra la doccia e il pavimento potrebbe essere problematico per un anziano.

Audry fue amorosa, el camarero que estuvo cuando ella ni estaba igual, los padres de Aldo, un encanto y las exquisiteces caseras del desayuno, inolvidables! Fuimos muy felices en este lugar! Silencioso, limpio y la zona espectacular!! Muchas gracias por todo! No estaba claro que el ascensor es inutilizable, minúsculo, no se puede respirar, subimos y bajamos los 115 escalones (4 pisos) para gente joven es perfecto, para personas mayores deben tenerlo en cuenta.
