- Carla (6/5): - The room was nice but, The DANCE PARTY Music volume was WAY TOO LOUD!!! THE WHOLE ROOM WAS VIBRATING. NOT VERY RELAXING, OR QUIET IN OUR ROOM AT ALL. WE COULD NOT ENJOY OUR MOVIE. When I called the front desk, to ask someone to please lower the music, they should have offered us a new room, but, told us instead, that the Dance Party would be done at 9:00Pm. DON'T GET Room# 240 if you want peace and quiet. You will be blasted by LOUD DANCE PARTY 🎶

- Sofia (10/5): Never too old!!! - My daughter celebrated her 13th birthday with friends and had an amazing time! We were able to bring our own food and cake and used a table at one of the closed restaurants, the staff were super accommodating and let us borrow whatever we needed.
- Aicha (4/5): - My hotel room bathroom was dirty and there was this nasty red spot on the wall; it right above the sink. The bed sheets smelled like it wasn't clean, the mattress was bad as well. When we layed on the bed it sunk in the middle. The room was just a terrible experience for us.

- Maciej (10/5): - Property offers many attractions for kids of various ages: from 5 to 10 years ago. Between water and climbing, to arcade to shows and animations. Food options are very limited: mostly American cuisine. Breakfast is continental. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Overall, great place for an active indoor family outing. Don't expect exceptional / luxurious. It is cozy though!

- John (2/5): - The couch was ripped on both sides . we had a do not disturb sign on our door and each day the cleaners would try to barge in as i had the metal chair attached to the handle and also had to place two towels under the door as they had a big space. We had issues at the pool w staff as they were very rude but the manager on duty did assist in regards . I would just go to poconos great wolf lodge we went a few times and didn't have this many issues.

I will definitely be booking again. probably sooner than i need to but it’s well worth it!!!

- Angela (8/5): - The check in and check out process was easy and friendly! The hotel was clean, needs some updates but overall it was clean, and comfortable! Also during check in they didn’t give us some information such as meal plans and where to find food/place to eat, likely they assume we would find out in our own, we tried to ask about price info later by text but they partly responded to our inquiries, the ignored our text. However, we did not go hungry, we paid whatever we needed to pay and got the food we desired to eat. There is Dunkin’ Donuts express all over the property, easy to spot. Our kids enjoyed the water parks! We would return again!

Then we went for ice cream The next night after going off premises and we came back they had no soft serve and only a few flavors of hard ice cream. It’s a kids place of course they want ice cream!

Had pizza at hungry as a wolf in the arcade and grabbed a candy apple afterwards there in the candy/ ice cream store. Will recommend watershoes for the stay.

- Amber (4/5): Think Twice - Serious money pit! The staff that work there are great. They do a fantastic job, sweet, great personalities. The rooms are from 1970s, the most uncomfortable beds, and pillows....no lie, I literally could not sleep and I am a veteran...I can sleep anywhere. I paid for the most expensive room and we could not sleep for 2 nights. Every single thing you do, you have to put your wrist up and pay... I literally have p t s d because I literally just got charged for 140 for pool towels 2 days after check out and I was not told that was a possible charge when I checked in.

I had issues with the reservations because I booked through Expedia but the The Great Wolf lodge of Fitchburg were amazing. !!!! I will be staying again. Side note- it was just me ( mom) and four kiddos!!! Thank you so much I look forward to staying with you guys again!!!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Less than what I expected - The staff were wonderful. The water park was a lot of fun, if somewhat small. It was great for younger kids. The room we were in was clean, but really needs face lift. The carpets are past their prime and the ceiling in the bathroom is peeling quite a lot. It was also very loud in the room because it was right on the corner where the shows, dance parties, and story times are, which went late for those with kids who have a bed time before 9:30-10pm. The amount we spent for two nights given the room was far too much, but overall it was an okay stay.

- Aimee (10/5): - This was our first time to a Great Wolf Lodge and it was a wonderful experience. We enjoyed the Magic Quest experience, the wall climbing, ropes course and playground, the arcade and the mini golf. Everyone was so friendly and excited to interact with us. We loved the water parks and felt very safe with the quality life guards. The attractions were kid friendly and fun and staff were helpful during use. The food was decent and the basic room was comfortable. I look forward to visiting again soon.
