- Guido (7/5): Prijs-kwaliteit top en je zou er alleen al gaan voor de hotelbaas. - Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame hotelbaas. Het ontbijt en de netheid in het algemeen.
- Filip_Te (7/5): éénvoudig verblijf maar prijs/kwaliteit in orde. - Ontbijt was OK. Er was omelet en spek en de mogelijkheid om zelf eitje te koken. Er was zelfs fruit aanwezig. De kamers zijn zeer basic, de douche ruimte is een ingebouwd model wat dan natuurlijk maar een kleine opervlakte heeft om te staan om te douchen.

La salle de bain trop petite, vieillotte, pas pratique, chasse d'eau qui fuit... : A rénover impérativement. Le petit déjeuner : café en thermos... beurk... le jus d'orange, c'est du style TANG... : On sent bien que l'objectif de la Direction est surtout économique !

De uitbaters doen het fantastisch en zijn heel vriendelijk en efficient. De locatie is super. Prijs kwaliteit onklopbaar. Tja. De inrichting vd kamers is oud he. Maar wel heel proper.

- Frank (7/5): - Een goede uitvalsbasis voor het champagne proeven. We komen er al vele jaren doch het heeft iets meer dan een jaar leeg gestaan. De mensen die het hebben overgenomen hebben het al opgefrist en zijn volop aan het renoveren maar er is nog veel werk. Het ontbijt kon beter maar was prijs/kwaliteit goed doch door de kleine bezetting is dit goed te begrijpen. Is er iets te kort gewoon vragen en ze brengen het met een vriendelijke lach. Ik vermoed dat in de toekomst een oude glorie zal terugkomen. in principe niets . prijs kwaliteit goed.

- Barry (4/5): Good location, but property needs some work - Good location The properties looking a bit tired now with paint flaking from the ceilings in the corridors and a general appearance of needing some renovation
- Joanne (6/5): Suitable for a one night stopover, friendly staff but need’s updating - It had suitable parking facilities for a couple of motorcycles. It felt like the property could do with some modernisation especially the en suite facilities.
- Phil (7/5): Good location in the heart of the Champagne growing area. - The hotel has recently reopened, under new ownership after closing during Covid. The new owners have clearly but a lot of effort into smartening up the rooms. We were given a complimentary galss of champagne when we arrived. Previously, the hotel had an exceptional restaurant. This has not yet reopened. There is a simple and well priced bar menu available. Although we were happy with what we ate, we had been looking forward to returning to the hotel's restaurant. Hopefully, once the new owners have finished their renovations, this will once again become an exceptional place to both stay and eat.

- Birte (1/5): left the hotel without staying there - We chose to leave the hotel because several alive bugs and two worms in the room . We killed them and brought one bug to the staff to let them know the problem. The staff offered us an other room, but we were afraid we would bring bugs with us home. They sendt an e-mail offering the money back and asked for the iban etc. which I do not have as I used my credit card. I asked them to give the refund to the card I used upon paying for city tax and breakfast the next morning. (have not got the refund yet, though ). cleanliness

- Geoff (7/5): Good - Location The bedroom was cold. It was noted that a lot of renovations were being undertaken and I suspect that the improvements hadn’t yet reached the bedrooms. A kettle and some instant coffee would be much appreciated. Best of luck with the improvements
