• David (8/5): A typical small & friendly Best Western ideal for a short stay to explore the city.visit - The room was excellent although the toilet was a bit cramped. There was a reasonable variety of choices for breakfast but there was not a lot of room. The location was ideal, less than 5 minutes from the bus & train station, 5 minutes from the main square and ten minutes from both the Cathedral and the river Loire. The trip on the "Petit Train" was well worth the 8 Euros! No complaints!

Le cadre (architecture) de l'hôtel avec une mention spéciale pour l'ascenseur ! Le petit déjeuner est varié mais le prix reste un peu élevé comparativement à celui proposé dans d'autres hôtels (plus de diversité et de qualité supérieure)

Nous avons bien aimé le style art déco du bâtiment. Le buffet de petit déjeuner était copieux et bon. Une petite odeur de canalisation au rez-de-chaussée.

Pas du tout à la hauteur d'un hotel quatre étoiles. café fait à la machine et pas assez fort. et lors de la réservation via le site Booking.com cela laisse à penser que le petit déjeuner est inclus dans le prix de la chambre. Même si celui-ci devait être facturé en plus, Le prix est prohibitif ! quasiment vingt pour cent du prix de la chambre.

• Tatiana (10/5): It’s a great value, exceptional comfort, great staff, convenient location. - Conveniently located, exceptionally clean, very pleasant and helpful reception staff. It was my second stay and again it didn’t disappoint. I think breakfast is too pricey for the very basic buffet offerings. I think 10-12 euros would be fair. But 17 euros, in my mind is too steep. But it wasn’t a deal breaker to me. The room had electric kettle and selections of tea and coffee. Croissants down the street were 2euros each.

• Brigitta (6/5): Netter Empfang. Schlechter Geruch beim eintretten. Zimmer sehr sauber, aber leider nach Rauch und Toilette nach Urin ger - Die junge Frau am Empfang war sehr nett. Leider hat mein „Nichtraucherzimmer“ nach rauch gerochen und die Toilette hat nach Urin gerochen, war aber sehr sauber. Leider konnte ich beim duschen die warm Wasser Armatur nicht auf kühl stellen. Und beim Spiegel hat das Licht nicht funktioniert Und noch etwas zum Empfang: auch dort hat es nicht gut gerochen.

• amy (3/5): Pick another place - Location was 3 minutes from train station and 15 mins from the Loire I cannot figure out how this hotel is rated 4 stars. There is basically no reception area, it's a desk, the carpeting is run down, the room is basic blah. There's nothing warm about this hotel, nothing pretty, nothing at all special.

La chambre plutôt spacieuse avec une literie parfaite Le personnel très aimable Il faut apprécier le charme de l'ancien avec ascenseur en bois a l'ancienne . La salle de bain est très petite et la porte ne reste pas ouverte et se referme en grinçant un peu .c'est d'autant plus surprenant que la chambre est plutôt grande .

• Catherine (3/5): I was disappointed. The hotel did not meet our expectations. - It was clean. It was cold. It was very old fashioned and run down hotel. Breakfast poor. We skipped first day, and I went on the second day. I picked up two croissants to eat in our room as I didn’t like the machine coffee. The breakfast room was dismal.

It's located in an old home so there are so many old charming details ( squeaky floors , and peeling plaster as well- if that matters. I found it very romantic and felt very classically French. We loved how comfortable the bed was. The location was also perfect. Located on a bustling shopping street with a tram, but was perfectly quiet at night. The elevator was very very small so our stroller did not fit. We carried ours up the stairs, but some people may be unable to do that and should know that they need to choose another hotel.

• René-henry (9/5): beau, ne changez rien à la déco bois s'il vous plait ! petit-dej de qualité - le décor tout en bois de l'hôtel, sa cage d'escalier en bois façonné, comme autrefois, tout est beau. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le fait qu'il aie une pâte humaine et non standardisé comme tout hôtel. Par exemple la porte de la douche est étroite mais elle a son charme car elle tient compte de la pièce elle-même. Les plafonds hauts magnifiques et le lit très très confortable dans une pièce bien spacieuse. nous avions le souci du petit-déjeuner en prenant cet hôtel : il est formidable et vraiment diversifié, excellent. Le personnel très aimable. Pour nous c'était parfait rien
