Guest Reviews
- rnrx2012 (2/5): Why stay??? - Check-in took longer than expected, outside AC unit had significant damage, long hair found on toilet & bathroom floor, bath towels stained, highway noise easily heard, & with low occupancy rate staff would not change room from 2nd floor to 1st floor to assist with convenience. When attempting to call front desk using room phone, it went unanswered & disconnected.
- 188charlesd (2/5): Never trust the Wyndham name - Will never trust a Wyndham branded property again!! Smell in the room was musty/old; carpet was soiled and possibly had never been replaced. Door facings had chipped paint like they had been sandblasted. No HOT water, ice maker was broken, pool was partially covered and looked like it had not been in use in years. No smoke alarm although wiring was hanging where it should be. Never, never again!!
- bry996 (2/5): Last resort - Take your own bath plug & hot water be prepared to do a bit of cleaning check for damage everywhere in room and take photos for proof . You should however be fairly safe as there are cameras all over the place and your next door to the state police headquarters
- Kcrouse06 (2/5): Do not stay here unless you have no other option - This was a last minute reservation as everything else was booked up. The first room 200 had been kicked in with a broken lock, second 201, also had a broken lock, broken TV and remote. Drug deals in the parking lot happening throughout the night and next morning. There is a police station right behind the lot, but it didn't make a difference. There was breakfast promised, but the manager had all the doors locked and no breakfast in sight. If we weren't so tired from driving all day, we would have tried to find somewhere else to stay.
- tywooten421 (2/5): Don't stay here if you can help it - Disgusting rooms horrible management and horrible staff they treat people like crap their rooms are gross and they do not want to do their job. The breakfast is non-existent and they get pissy about making coffee
- sarahbC8177OO (2/5): Stay Away! - We were lookin for something close to the Arkansas Children's Hospital. We are Windom members, so I searched the site and found this room available. The pics looked good so I booked. Boy was that a bad choice! Dirty room, loud AC, dirty bathroom, creepy people coming and going all night.
I will never go back there. Pay more and stay somewhere cleaner/safer.
- puchiipanda (2/5): Ick, Yikes, Ugh - The room was dirty... there were stains on the floor and burn holes on the sheets. The ice machine was not working and honestly looks disgusting. The staff was rude. The area is also very questionable.
- eisuss (10/5): Great Value For The Dollar - It is amazing how the little things can make all the difference in the experience of a customer. This Days Inn location was not terribly expensive, but our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the a/c worked very well, and the breakfast was good. Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. We stayed at some pretty lousy hotels on our trip that cost us a lot more, this hotel was just what we needed after a long day of driving . Keep up the good work.
- cohera33 (2/5): Just keep driving to the Best Western next door. - I have never left a motel after being in a room for 2 hours and gone across the street to another motel. When I checked in, the door to the lobby was locked and the proprietor greeted me through a bulletproof glass window and laughed when I said “is it really that bad to stay here”. The motel is literally next to the Arkansas state police headquarters so I thought I would be safe. I was around the back because I requested a ground floor room. When I opened the door to the room, it reeked of marijuana, stale beer and smoke. I was really tired and had a service dog so I accepted my room conditions. During the next few hours, eight cars came and went to the room next to me but did not appear to be friends and most definitely the person/people next door were not travelers spending the night. At one point a car that pulled up next to mine while I was cleaning it made me very uncomfortable so I went back inside with my service dog. I agree everyone has to make a living so decided to stay inside. I had turned on the air conditioner and two hours later, my dog is panting and I am sweating. At that point, I packed up my things, left to door card on the dresser and went to the Best Western and begged them for a room. I did not bother going to try for a refund or to let the office know I was leaving. It was the best $74 I ever wasted.
- wesleyshubert (8/5): Great stay - The hotel was clean and welcoming. We actually tried two other hotels before this one and were turned away because we have children. Days Inn was very accommodating and gave us 0 issues. We were disappointed that there was not a swimming pool.
- bobbyfraze (2/5): Wouldn’t stay again - Not a good location. Bugs and other issues with transients, we used points to book not having stayed here before. Will not return. From the outside in seemed like an okay location being near the state police, far from it. Save yourself the headache.
- santillanesma (2/5): Not only dirty but dangerous - The stair risers to the second floor room are different heights from about 4 inches to over 9 inches. As a disabled veteran with difficulty walking, it was a nightmare climbing these stairs. And as an add bonus a trip hazard.
- intekhabalam88 (2/5): Wrong information provided and now into insurance issue. - Before making reservations i called this property 2 times to ask if i can move around with 26’ uhual truck and auto transport and i was told yes there will be no issues and again before checking in i asked them, how i am going to go out and was miss guided to take turn under another hotel canopy i asked do you think if i can pass as i was not sure the clearance as there is not placed it was mentioned. Owner told me everyone takes that turn don’t worry and i followed his instructions and hit the canopy and now into insurance discussion. Already had so much stress with moving and now i have to deal with this new issue.
Corporate need to look into it and help me out.
- cgrewing58 (2/5): Keep driving - Don't stay here unless you love the odor of cigarette smoke, in a NON Smoking room. The bathroom was clean at least. The a/c unit needed to be replaced or thoroughly cleaned as it reeked of cigarette smoke as well.
- kennethfunderburk (2/5): Do NOT Stay Here - This place is ghetto and terrible. Unclean and I felt unsafe. The staff was seemingly nonexistent. The bathroom shower and toilet had mold, and there was a small blunt right at our door. The floors and just about everything else in the room was absolutely horrid.
- Ttobias517 (2/5): Don’t stay here - Don’t stay here. Rooms are very outdated/dirty, and smell strongly of cigarettes (it gave me a headache after we stayed there).
Bathtub and toilet both clogged- instead of a new room the desk clerk came and snaked both (gross)
Carpet peeling up. Fridge was uneven/dirty water inside. Couch-dirty and stained.
There are people coming in and out walking around the parking lot trying to get into vehicles.
- justinmarcusmack (2/5): Sorriest Days Inn - They tried to steal my deposit because I used points to book room, I waited 30 minutes while they looked for check paper work to refund my deposit. They tried to tell me they already paid deposit I said to who , not me lol
- lolonicole020 (2/5): Horrible! - My experience with this hotel was horrible to say the least. Very unprofessional and rude staff. The cleanliness is horrible. NOTHING is clean. The only thing that LOOKS okay about this place is the fact it is next to ASP.
- Havegunwilltravel12 (2/5): Don't stay here - Like someone else's review our room reeked of smoke. The bed sagged badly. Room was ok clean. Very old . We got here at 5pm and the place was locked up. Had to check in thru a glass partition like in a bank. Is this place not safe?
Rooms are very noisy to to traffic on I-30. I made the mistake of trusting the 4 star rating on this web site. Either the ratings are false or they were made by idiots.
- johnS5481QD (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE - The room reeked of smoke. It was so bad we could not sleep and had massive headaches. We asked for non-smoking but apparently got a dirty room. So sad when we just wanted to sleep for a few hours after traveling all day.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Shower didn’t drain. Wifi didn’t work. Breakfast toast & cereal, yoghurt. After a long day driving, standing in a puddle to shower not appreciated. Mentioned it on checkout to the disinterested response “oh sorry”. Wouldn’t stay here again.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Smoking was no worries or problems,no vending, busted hasp and lock ac blower motor weak room was hot, went to get something from vending machine that was none exsitant and found a sign that directed persons to the front desk? On trying to enter lobby to get to front desk found a locked door. So tried to call an order to be delivered but no one would deliver to stated addresss of room days inn little rock south 8219 interstate 30
- Song (6/5): - Don’t like this inn at all. The toilet is leaking have water sound all night long plus the air conditioner is loud make us can’t fall asleep.
- Douglas (8/5): Great for the price! - For the price, the room was very nice. The staff was very friendly and the location was easy to find since it was right off the Interstate.
- Juan (8/5): Just a night’s stay - Decent place to stay the night if you’re on a long haul & need to stop to rest/recharge. Right by the highway, so you can hit the road in the morning. Lots of eateries & a place to fuel up in proximity. Breakfast was good.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - It was just ok. The bed was comfortable. It was very outdated.
- Craig (2/5): - **Do not stay at this hotel** Woke up the next day and noticed bites. 90% sure theyre bed bug bites. Got home, two days later and noticed i was billed twice. Called and spoke to management and was told a hair dryer was missing (im bald) and for smoking in a non smoking room (i was told it was smoking). Front desk super rude, hung the phone up twice on me after i asked to speak to management. **Do not stay at this hotel**
- Howard/jorie (8/5): - Everything was good.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Room was clean with good amenities. Check in went smoothly. Only complaint was wad of gum found in the sink.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Breakfast experience - The only complaint I have is when I went to eat breakfast at 8 they had packed everything up.
Me: are you all still serving breakfast?
Manager/owner: no breakfast is over kitchen is closed
Me: it's only 8 o clock
Manager/owner: Blank Stare

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Location was a downer for me. On a one way street on a service road. One way into and to exit property.
