Noisy
- Verified traveler (2/5): Not for me - It felt like a prison cell with beds. The bench that was in the room was stained like someone died there. No shower curtains the towles were tiny. Just a really unsafe vibe with the hotel.
- Chandika (10/5): - Place os really good. Very good staff
- Brenda (8/5): - It was okay but none of the vending machines worked. Mini fridge didn't work. No ice maker
- Rockel (1/5): My worst stay experience during a hard time - Nothing it was not what i expected for a lovely nights rest Well for starters the microwave didn't work the toilet was coming up from the floor and sink was shaking and i seen bugs my worst experience ever the housekeeper just walking into my room without knocking it was a horrible experience never again. I would love my money back because i didn't get what i paid for and that was to be comfortable for a night. The staff stated to me that none of the rooms have working microwaves the toilet was shaking and i almost slipped off the toilet hitting my head on the side of the tub.
- Clark (5/5): Passable -
- Asalefew (2/5): - Any room in the building smells, and no room services at all, and very strong smoke smell especially if u don’t smoke u will get headache, generally unclean, door key not properly working you have to try long and there is no room for non smokers, my room never cleaned, while my few days stay! Not recommended
- Kirby (8/5): I’d come back - Rooms are spacious it’s quiet beds are spacious as well The vending machine need Apple Pay
- Benone (1/5): Bad - Nothing 100% Poor, dirty
The room 102 was smelling bad ( someone smoked cigarettes before we arrived)
I requested to change a room because of my two kids and wife, unfortunately there were no room available
Also ,so many people were talking lately in front of our room ( our neighbors)
- Dillard (3/5): Poor -

- Verified traveler (2/5): - Not the property,Expedia is worst
- Verified traveler (4/5): - They don't accept online registration, i had to pay when I got there. Told me i had to call Expedia to get my money back
- Bryan (2/5): HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY!!!! - This was one of the rudest, unprofessional encounters I have ever experienced. When the rude cashier stated they have no opening, I told her I had a reservation. She then stated they weren't a ccepting 3party reservations and I had paid for it she stated I'd have to take up with hotels.com and I'd have to pay a $100 deposit IN CASH. I don't walk around with that kind of money so I had to walk away from a room I paid for..
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The hotel Expedia booked me in, wasn’t taking no reservations, and I had to book another hotel, and it really messed up my daughter’s 21st birthday weekend, so I’ll not ever use Expedia again, to book none of my future trips, it was just a horrible experience, altogether....
- Hussein (2/5): - They refused to give me a room after I had already paid for it through Hotels.com
- Charles (6/5): - Not the best play to stay.
- Maria (2/5): - You all booked me a hotel that had no rooms available and kelp my money
- Verified traveler (2/5): - You can’t reserved room from online
- monique (2/5): take them off your site - they did not allow my purchase at all they said they no longer work with your company so I had to repay threw them i’m waiting for my money back from your company now that was very disappointing
- Jonathan (10/5): AmeriBest - All was pleasant..
- JONATHAN (10/5): My Stay - It was relaxing and very comfortable.
- Jamie (10/5): Cheapest in Stone Mountain - Closed to lots of restaurants. Affordable Stone Mountain Inn.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - I liked everything,
Good people (Hotel Staff),
They take care of their guest,
Enjoyable place to stay,
- Patricia (2/5): Do not stay here - If you have to sleep on the street it will he 10 times better than staying here. Will never patronize hotels.com again.
- christopher (8/5): smons - stay was ok the 25 dollar deposit was unexpected but the room was ok the are was ok and the place was clean
- Clarissa (2/5): - It was terrible the bed linen was worn out the shower curtains were nasty and wet towels where dirty patches in the walls
- Mzindakaya (10/5): - I wish to stay there all the time that i'll be in Atlanta for all my trips.
I liked very much that place.
- Rebecca (2/5): - Paint peaking on outside door. After door opened it was very hot and strong odor, not sure what.. Light fixture by bed had bare light bulb. No place to hang clothes. One water fixture missing from shower. Left did not stay there
- khadijah (4/5): You get what you pay for but it could be better - They are currently under construction the key card deactivated several times.the bathrooms very very very clean.breakfast is not available. Microwave is located down stairs weak weak weak Wifi connection location location location great place they need to work on there customers skills
- Sun (2/5): Noisy close to main street - worn out bed sheet, towel look offwhite, telephone not connected, no available iron to press clothes.
- Mohamed (10/5): Nice place to stay and good condition of stay - I liked the hotel with their hospitality and the way i found the hotel,
I enjoyed very much my trip to Atlanta and i wish to go back again very soon.
- yolanda (10/5): Will visit again - Excellent stay. The hosts on duty were cordial. Paid top much fot the room.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Unsafe place to stay - I was the only single white female in a 2 mile radius. There was no coffee maker or ironing board in the room. I had to go ask for a box of Kleenex. Two loitering African American men heckled me about the rental car I was driving when I went to get in it. The only attendant in the morning in the bullet-proof glass enclosure wasn't awake at 8:30 in the morning; I had to buzz the alarm to arouse him from sleep to come to the window. The Kleenex box was slid to me through a bank-deposit-like sliding door.
All in all a very unsafe place.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Time I spend writing about this place isn't worth it.
- Kendra (2/5): Horrible - Horrible, full of illegal activity and plenty of drugs and prostitution also.
- Zach (2/5): It's A Trap House - Prostitute outside awful hotel AC does not work drugs polluted . Hotel is not clean there is no standard. This establishment is not safe at all, they basically run drugs out of this hotel. One way in one way out project hotel. The owner should take this hotel out of Expedia. Worst experience I ever had in my life made my Atlanta trip pathetic. The nerve of this hotel I had to load my family back into the car passed midnight. 2 small children because there was no way my kids was going to get bed bugs in that disease bed . I so wish I took picture to everyone stay away from this place plz. To make it more horrible a Expedia representative selected us to stay here. I guess she didn't read the reviews on this place but hopefully someone will see this before going there.
- Paul (6/5): - I've stayed at Americas Best Value Inn hotel before but this time I was kind of shocked because number one the curtains that coverthe front window had four holes in it look like they were burned through my cigarettes number 2 the lamp wall you hanging lamp on the wall the cord was cut,3.the stand alone lamp with lamo shady had seen better days and finally 4. The shower curtain bar looked as if the hull was doing situps and as if it would come down on your if there was a little too much tug on the shower. Over all the staff friendliness, promptness was excellent. They just need hotels.Com to stop advertising that theirs breakfast served and it's not. Also too many colors clash and others would think they were in Lego land...
- Verified traveler (2/5): not to good - No iron or coffee machine, neighbor hood was noisey.the smell wasn't good.
- Verified traveler (2/5): WORST HOTEL IVE EVER BOOKED - Completely misrepresented, room smelled disgusting. I felt like I was in a prison. Didn't even last 10 minutes in that room !
- Dorothy (2/5): Stay away from this place. - Even though we had confirmation, there was no record of our reservation when we arrived at 3PM for check in. Nor was any attempt made to help us find a reservation elsewhere close by.
- Thomas (6/5): Disappointing - The room, while serviceable, was not at all what one would expect. Lighting was very poor. There was no bar for hanging clothes. There was no coffee pot in the room. That wasn't a big deal because they offered coffee and breakfast in the lobby. But then the lobby was still locked at 8:00 a.m.
- Terry P (4/5): Under updating - This motel is being updated but has a long way to go. Upon arrival, ro clothes rack ( upon request one was put in), sheets were soiled ( upon request clean ones were provided but we had to put them on). A no smoking facility but there was a strong nicotine odor in the hallway. Room did not have an odor until the A/C came on. No breakfast was available. Office was closed the next morning, no service available. Unit is being updated but not complete and will be better in the future but not for awhile. Would not stay again or recommend.
- Dee Wyrick (2/5): - I WILL NEVER STAY @ A BEST VALUE INN EVER AGAIN!!
NO COFFEE POT. PITIFUL TV SERVICE.
FILTHY SHEETS ON BED.
NEXT TIME I RESERVE A ROOM ON LINE I WANT TO SEE THE INSIDE OF ROOM. PAID LESS STAYING @ COMFORT INN IN SC. VERY VERY POOR!!!
- Verified traveler (2/5): Not happy - We did not stay at this hotel. It was 8:30 when we arrived and the area and activity at the hotel were not something we chosse to be a part of. We were very uncomfortable of staying in this hotel so we drove home that night. I will never stay at and America's Best Value. We lost our money and drove home in the dark after a very long day.
- Mrs. Jordan (10/5): Friendly staff - We arrived 2 hours before check in and they allowed us to go ahead and check in and get ready for our lunch and concert. Which they didn't have to do which i thought was very nice. The hotel rooms were ok for the price half the plugs didn't work. The comforter didn't look clean but the sheets were so we just pulled the comforter off and didn't use it i didn't want to bother the staff at midnight with it. The staff was very friendly and helpful i would stay there again when and if i go back to Atlanta on a trip
- lonnie (2/5): Bad experience - Stunk mold on ceiling bad breakfast they looked at u like u were gonna steal something expedia messed up my reservations wont stay here or use expedia again
