- LOUIS (1/5): It’s a section 8 motel in a parking lot in a ghetto - Nothing Everything

- Guest (1/5): Left did not stay. Caused allergic reaction - Strong mildew order. Very base motel. Smell
- CYANFOX (10/5): For the value you get an amazing deal - At first glance it doesn't really look like anything special. In fact, you might think it looks disheveled and sketchy which was my first impression as well. But when you got into the room, all of the important parts like the bed and the bathroom were clean in the areas that you expect it to be clean. The sheets and pillows smell like fresh laundry and bleach and the toilet and shower where you're sitting and standing are acceptable and clean. For what you pay in cost you get an amazing value The air conditioning really didn't keep the room cold and the walls, light switches, lamps, television, refrigerator, door and thermostat on the wall were really gross and grody especially under ultraviolet light. But since I'm not licking the light switches or walls or any of the lamps, it's not a make or break issue. Yeah, it was kind of annoying that the television was kind of wonky smashed and broken and when you opened up the refrigerator door it kind of kept falling off the hinges. But that's not why you go and stay at a motel. You go to stay at a motel for sleep in a bed and the bad toilet and shower were absolutely acceptable

- Zelalem (2/5): The filthy room - Room smells filthy! I have to sleep on my own mate and sleeping bag.
- Sybille (3/5): See above for summary - Convenient location The room was so small you could hardly turn around in it! TV didn’t work (maybe the control needed a new battery) the air conditioner didn’t work very well! Entry door used an old fashion key! I just think this property has seen better days and they charged way too much because of an event at Tanglewood people were desperate for a room.
- Verified traveler (4/5): High price for simple stay - Two stars for the friendly staff and R7 Lenox/Pittsfield location. Somewhat accessible, free parking, easy check-in, and no frills room. We didn't turn the A/C on despite the heat wave as we could see the lines of dust on & in it. If the crew is able, a deep clean and basic upkeep are very much needed. Disappointed for the peak price that we paid.
- Christopher (8/5): - And I mean the David Lynch as a compliment.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Hello. I had requested to pay in person at the property. When I checked in, I was told it was already paid. My travel companion expected to pay this bill, and although we tried to pay both at check in and check out, we were not allowed to. Now I have received a message from the Wagon Wheel showing that my credit card has been charged for this stay. And my friend was supposed to pay. This is not a good situation and I am not at all pleased.

- Guest (5/5): Not impressive would not stay there again - Location Needs updating .. paint chipping rug dirty
- Guest (3/5): Yucky - Nothing TV didn’t work, couldn’t control AC, the bed was lumpy. Overall the place is dated.

- Margaret (10/5): - This motel worked perfectly for our weekend at Tanglewood. We had two rooms for our group, and they were perfectly clean, and it was quiet at night. The facilities are outdated and could use a renovation. But for location - just a short drive to Tanglewood - and cleanliness, it fit the bill. Also, the service was excellent.
- Anonymous (4/5): Disappointing -
- Brittney (3/5): Poor - It was okay Need to be remodeled
- Moore (10/5): Keep up the good house keeping - There attitude Everything was good
- Home (10/5): Would stay again. Definitely - The rooms were clean and parking out front is great.
The staff is really nice and knocked before entering the room for towels. No breakfast options.
- Peter (3/5): The type of place you try to avoid unless you're spending the minimum amount of time in it. - Location was convenient, that's about it. Found a roach in the room, and lingering cigarette smell. Tried switching rooms but that had the same smell. Seemed like every guest around us was outside smoking all hours of the day. Room is very outdated and while it's as clean as it could be, the phrase "you get what you pay for" definitely applies. We got a jacuzzi room and didn't even use it as my wife felt very uncomfortable. Should have known better.
- William (10/5): - It's a cheap motel of course but I liked my room and I slept really well there, and that's what counts
- Jennifer (6/5): - Last minute place to stay to enjoy Tanglewood. Strong AC
- Viktória (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elena (8/5): Clean and comfortable room at a great value - Room was clean and had everything I might need, including fridge and microwave. Check-in was quick and easy. Was given quiet room as requested.
- Gary (3/5): Poor -
- Diana (4/5): - They let use their grill hot tub was nicebed was nice
- Daley (7/5): Great communication after reservation made online. Excellent location. - Great spot on Rte 7. Very clean! People on site were courteous and reliable.
- David (2/5): - Seems like a lot of homeless people live there in my eyes it look like it needs to be tore down and the people‘s outside smoking and drinking a beer at night kept me awake. We’ll never stay there again.
- David (3/5): You get what you pay for - Location. Price Run down
- Robert (6/5): - room was quiet and bed was comfortable, the price was not reasonable-seems it was a price gouging episode-prices increase with Tanglewood events
- Shera (7/5): Good -
- Anonymous (2/5): do not stay here - location is the only good thing about this place old, tired, smelly, paint chipping off the walls, shower/tub chipped, people smoking and drinking outside of the room
- Neeraj (8/5): - Convenient location for my trip
- Robert (7/5): It’s close to Tanglewood, clean, reasonably priced and permits one night stays - Value. Very reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. Very dated.
- Curtiss (6/5): - In the first room we were shown, the bed was unmade and the trashcan was full. We were shown a different room, and here the a/c was on full blast. We managed to turn it down some, but it was noisy all night long.
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cindy (7/5): Good - The property is old looking but seemed to be clean & the beds were comfortable. We couldn't figure out how to turn TV off so we unplugged it at bedtime. It is a great location. Could use some updating, the hair dryer almost took plaster off the wall. Glad I had my own
- ROBERT (4/5): - Fix sink faucet in room #2. Otherwise worked great for just a place to sleep. Shower made up for having to shave in cold water.
- Ginger (6/5): - A/c filter needed cleaning. Hot water in bathroom sink did not work. No access to the ice machine. The bed was comfortable.
- Benjamin (6/5): Pleasant -
- Ryan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Angela (10/5): Great stress reliever with the spa tub awesome stay cation close to home getaway! - The hot tub! Hot tub could of been a little cleaner, I had to wash it out before using..because when it was filled the water looked dirty...also would of been nice to have breakfast before leaving after our night stay.
- Mattj89167864 (6/5): Value for those nights when no frills are needed and you only need the basics - Good value in an overpriced field Its an aging road motel with dated facilities on a noisy road.
- Rachel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Telly (10/5): Exceptional - hottub I liked all of it
- Maryann (6/5): Comvient and comfortable - Not difficult to find and near eating restaurants. TV was on and couldn't turn it off. Had to mute it to fall asleep
- Ryan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mcgirt (1/5): Bad - Hot water Radiator smells really bad
- Moody (6/5): Pleasant -
- Shari (10/5): Wagon Wheel is a great place to go for long stretches - Friendly staff, including the guy who did room service. We had most interacts with him, and he was a efficient, and helpful employee and down to earth, polite person. Good parking, close to stores, and to the bus , I'd get accused of not paying. I stayed there over a month, and paid day by day not even taking any weekly or monthly deals to lessen the expense yet I'd be bothered at random times with people knocking saying I didn't pay when I did and their was just an error online. Or I'd just sleep late. But after staying so long, I feel they should have known I always pay, whether the payment came in a little late or there was an online error, it was always rectified. We were living there temporarily, and they knew that I wasn't just a fly by stay.
I.
- Shari (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joseph (7/5): Good -
- Christopher (4/5): Gross - Room smelled like a wet dog. Cigarette burns all over bed comforters. Hair on “clean” sheets.
- Yachira (6/5): Pleasant -
- Salamone (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ryan (5/5): Very cold - Ok Low heat in the room
- Sherman (10/5): Wonderful and great. - Staff was friendly, helpful, if their was anything I ever needed he was right on top of it no complaints.I recommend The Wagon Wheel for anybody looking for a decent stay a fair place I'd recommend it to anyone!! N/A
- Sherman (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ryan (7/5): Good -
- Jessa321me (9/5): Superb - the gentleman that was on the whole time we were there was very helpful and polite make sure we had what we needed for room when we first came in I do think sheets need to be thrown away if there is blood all over them we had to get new ones cuz I refuse to lay in someone else's blood very unsanitary did not understand no smoking since the room smelled of smoke when we first arrived and throughout the whole stay you could smell people in next room smoking
- Kimberly (7/5): All over it was a good stay. Well located. Not great to control your own room temperature. - It was in a good location and easy to find. Not being able to control the temperature in the room. 82 degrees was way too hot.
- Guy (7/5): I spent a comfortable night, awoke refreshed and ready to take on the very full day ahead. - If this location provides breakfast I was unaware of it. I appreciated the carpeted floor, the lid on the toilet seat, and the quiet room heating and refrigerator. The window curtain facing the parking area could use a small repair to allow it to fully close.
- Marguerite (6/5): Pleasant -
- Kevin (8/5): Very good -
- Mullen (4/5): Not horrible - Easy to find.It is right on the main drag. You get what you pay for. The ring cameras are kind of creepy. It's not a typical check-in by any means. The shower was smaller than my refrigerator at home. The beds were not all that comfortable, but after a long day, it didn't really matter. The guy that I spoke with was very accommodating. I didn't see an ice machine. It would have been nice. Room was clean.
- Amanda (2/5): Incredibly disappointed - The wallpaper was peeling.
The tiles in the bathroom were loose & pinched our bare feet.
The sheets & pillowcases had yellow stains on them.
Mattress was hard & pillows were lumpy.
No extra blankets or pillows in the room.
The in-room hot tub(which was the reason we rented this room) seemed nice but when filled with water had so much stuff floating in it that we didn't even go in it.
What was supposed to be a fun romantic stay ended up being gross & we couldn't wait to leave.
- christina (4/5): - room smelled horrible.
- Carol (7/5): Good - Location convenient
Facilities outdated but clean
- Jonathan (5/5): Passable -
- Verified traveler (2/5): Motel stay - On main road very noisy, small room old motel needs updating
- Alana (3/5): Poor - Bedding smelled like cigarettes, which transferred to the clothes. It was a non smoking room!
- Cynthia (3/5): Never again! - Hot water Bed covering was dirty
Thermostat needed batteries, then with new batteries still didn’t work. Had to take it to office to be fixed before it worked.
- Benjamin (8/5): - Great location. Pleasant staff.
- Timothy (8/5): Older highway motel, well maintained and comfortable - Small, older, independent motor court located conveniently on the main thoroughfare through the Berkshires, within walking distance of a Burger King and just across the highway from a shopping center and grocery store. Rooms are generally comfortable, decor is quite pleasant. Being next to a major US highway means lots of traffic noise at all hours of the day & night -- not a problem if you have earplugs. Bathrooms are old-school and a bit cramped, but decently appointed. Hotel's location is convenient but not scenic.
- Andre (7/5): Good -
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Table and bathroom was dirty. Close to Tanglewood
- Depaul (8/5): Good basic clean motel - Location is busy street but still felt safe. Value was excellent and manager was great. Clean basic hotel.wi come back definitely. Busy street was only negative but didn't bother us as we left windows closed.
- Rich (10/5): Exceptional - The easiest check in, staff was very nice and communicative! Felt safe as always seen him around paying attention and keeping an eye on what was going on. You do not see that at hotels around here anymore. There all filled with drug users and prostitutes. Not this one!
- Allen (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (8/5): - Suited my needs, bed, bathroom, AC, outlets.
Clean.
Next to a busy road, close to supermarkets and various stores.
- Curtis (8/5): - Motel is next to a busy four-lane highway
- Thomas (8/5): Very good - location GREAT.. price GREAT staff GREAT... NO PROBLEMS
- Rachel (8/5): Very good -
- Lauri (2/5): Bad! - The first room toilet had no water. We were moved to another room. Overhead room light in this room did not work. It was a non smoking room. Smokers outside in the There were people sitting on the walkway in the rooms next door smoking. Our room smelled like smoke. Toilet was not secured to the floor. Not worth $188/night. Do not recommend!
- Ryan (4/5): Disappointing -
- Lennox (6/5): Pleasant -
- Peter (1/5): I would never go there without being vaccinated for hepatitis and everything else - I didn’t like anything about the property. It was disgusting. I wish I could’ve gotten my money back as I ended up not staying. The bathtub didn’t work. The room smelled like mildew. The rug was dirty. The blanket was dirty. The walls were dirty. The cable didn’t work.
- Joseph (8/5): Nice stay - Nice room, comfortable bed
- Todd (7/5): Good -
- Kim (4/5): - The room was not very clean I had a have them remove the bed spreads because they were filthy. And we couldn’t get any hot water even after we let the water run.
- Therese (4/5): Depressing. Would not recommend to a friend. - N?A Though represented as a smoke-free room, it had obviously used for smoking. Poor condition of building.
