- Indah (6/5): - Seperti hotel tua. Kamar tidur cukup nyaman tapi biasa. Kamar mandinya kotor, saluran air di kamar mandi tersumbat. Makanannya juga biasa. Yang paling oke dari hotel ini adalah lokasi dan pelayanan staff yang sangat ramah dan membantu selama saya menginap.
- MAH (8/5): Prime Park for tourist - V good stay in hotel. It's value for money. V much enjoyed the buffet breakfast which is the highlight of each day.
- Suee (10/5): - Staff are polite and always eager to help. Hotel is not close to the main city area but it is very easy to get Grab transport to travel out! The view outside the window is gorgeous. Would love to stay here again if I ever go to Bandung again.

- Ömer An (8/5): 4 stars - Breakfasf can be improved. Hand towels should be provided in the rooms. Everything else was great. I especially enjoyed the room view. Clean, comfortable and easy stay.
- nanang (8/5): Hotel sesuai dengan bintang 5 - Saya beserta keluarga sangat menikmati liburan kami,dimulai dari resepsionis yg ramah saat menjamu tamu,sampai bellboy yg mengantarkan barang2 kami ke kamar very helpfull. Kamar luas dan bersih namun pada saat buka kamar masih berasa bau asap rokok,makanan sangat bervarisasi dan berasa sesuai hotel bintang 4..yg saya suka nasi goreng nya enak beda Dengan nasi goreng lainnya.menu italiannya exp fetucini dan sosis blackpaper enak. Anak2 suka dengan rasa pancake nya saran kalau bisa ditambah menu ice cream akan menjadi sempurna.kolam renang ada di lt 12 dengan pemandangan kota dan gunung sangat indah,kolam renang juga airnya bersih dan waktu saya menginap suasana sepi enak buat main dikolam sepuasnya.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Hotel Berbintang Krisis Handuk? - Menginap dua malam, di hari kedua setelah kamar dibersihkan, handuk tidak tersedia. Menelepon sampai 4 kali dari jam 5 hingga jam 9, handuk baru diantar. Alasannya ada keterlambatan dari laundry. Berarti pada hari itu di semua kamar nggak ada handuk? Agak nggak masuk akal bagi saya. Dan, harus menelepon sampai 4 kali itu menyebalkan! Hanya untuk urusan handuk!

It seems to took them "forever" to come, so i called front office and ask them why are the housekeeping personal taking so long, yet I seems to replied my problem to front office 3 times until they finally come to my room in 30 mins or so. It seems that they did not recorded down my complain in their system or either miscommunication could happen as their English was not up to standard. Secondly the standard of a 4 star hotel service at Terrance Cafe was not professional as staff was totally not polite, no smile, no greeting and just giving a straight face to guests. They seems to be so arrogance.

- Cheman (10/5): Fantastic stay - A very good experience stay. I have been staying here a lots of times. Its always been a pleasant stay. But this time the room is not that clean. But overall stay is fantastic.
- Theng (8/5): Kenyamanan park hotel bandung - Kamar hotel sangat nyaman namun kadang terdengar suara dari luar dan wifi kurang bekerja. Hotelnya pun juga nyaman dan menarik namun terkadang AC lobby tidak nyala walaupun katanya sedang ada penghematan listrik untuk daerah bandung. Daerah sekitarnya tidak ada tempat cukup menarik bagi wisatawan yang dapat ditempuh dengan jalan kaki. Tapi jika hanya tinggal didalam hotel akan merasakan keindahan dan kenyamanan hotel terutama karena ada rooftop swimming pool dan pemandangan hotel yang indah baik dari rooftop tersebut maupun dari jendela kamar.

- Tony (8/5): Near excellent, if only ... - I found this hotel to be excellent, if only there were no noisy kids running around the alley on the 6th floor at 11 pm when me and my wife want to get some good rest after our tiring journey around Bandung. I have reported this to the hotel staff and I think they should have done better to overcome this problem for the sake of other guests who want to take rest as well. Not to mention how some people talks loudly at that time on the same place as the kids. This condition was really annoying. This hotel provides delicious breakfast with complete variations on their serving. However, the rooftop swimming pool is good, but the necessities was less satisfying, such as the damaged board to be used by kids and the lack of tools to be used to keep swimming in the small pool as a fun activities for adult.

- Albert (8/5): Nice Hotel - Saya menginap 1 malam bersama istri dan 1 anak berusia 5 tahun. Hotel cukup bersih karena tergolonng masih baru dengan pelayanan yang cukup baik. Kondisi lantai di kamar kami agak terasa lengket sehingga kami harus membersihkannya. Disamping itu area parkir kendaraan yang cukup terbatas, namun petugas tetap memberi pelayanan yang cukup baik dengan mencarikan parkir. Kondisi breakfast yang cukup ramai, mungkin dikarenakan high season pada saat kami menginap, sehingga ada beberapa tamu yang harus menunggu giliran untuk menikmati breakfast tersebut. Secara keseluruhan hotel ini terbilang cukup nyaman dan bersih, dengan model swimming pool nya yang cukup menarik dan anak cukup menikmatinya.
- Chandra (8/5): Hotel yang bagus untuk keluarga - Kami menginap 2 malam di hotel ini, pertama masuk ke hotel ini langsung terasa segarnya lobby, tetapi sayang AC di lobby sepertinya tidak berfungsi optimal. kondisi kamar cukup memuaskan. makanan pagi bervariasi dan berbeda-beda tiap hari. kolam renang di roof top hari pertama tidak dapat digunakan karena airnya hijau, sehingga harus menunggu di hari ke2 untuk menggunakannya.

Tapi pada saat check in, staf hotel mengatakan tidak ada reservasi atas nama saya karena mereka tidak ada kerjasama langsung dengan hotels.com, lalu saya disuruh tunggu dan akhirnya setelah dicari, baru mereka info kalau reservasi saya ada. Seharusnya dari pihak hotels.com langsung mengirimkan konfirmasi ke Park Hotel jika reservasi sudah dibayar (pada waktu booking via internet,saya langsung bayar menggunakan kartu kredit dan status pembayarannya berhasil). Jadi pada waktu tamu datang, reservasi sudah diterima oleh pihak hotel sehingga tamu tidak menunggu lama.

- Edlynn (4/5): Park Hotel Bandung - The hotel room was quite disappointing. It was uncarpeted and the housekeeping does not mop the floor daily after cleaning. The glass panel wasnt cleaned daily and tissue wasnt replenished daily. The buffet breakfast has poor selection/variety - bread served was stale on the 1st and 2nd day but was fresh on the 3rd day. There was no aircon everywhere in the hotel making the outdoors cooler than indoors.

From the day before of arrival, Mr Rio from the reservation department had been a great help in arranging the airport transfer for us, even responding to my queries after office hour. Ensuring we are safe with driver on the day of arrival at the airport was very much appreciated for his extra effort. We are greeted with warm smiles and comfort by Mr Rival and the reception manager (a handsome guy which I dint get the name. sorry) All was good except the massage at the hotel is a bit disappointing, with a slightly higher price than outside.
