The property feels like a peaceful, private retreat—beautifully designed, modern, and spotlessly clean. The suites are spacious and stylish, with comfortable beds, great air-conditioning, and stunning island views. We especially loved relaxing on the terrace and enjoying the quiet atmosphere. The staff truly made our experience special. Friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and local activities. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch that made us feel right at home. The location is perfect: close enough to reach great beaches and restaurants quickly, but far enough from the crowds to feel relaxing and exclusive. The private pools and outdoor spaces were a huge bonus—ideal for unwinding after a day exploring Zakynthos. We highly recommend Emerald Suites to anyone looking for a luxurious yet peaceful stay on the island. We would absolutely return! You can’t find anything wrong with this property. Stacy (10/5): - My wife and I visited Emerald Villas & Suites in late September. We felt like we were on a postcard in the Ionian Islands. Perched on the cliffs, these stone-built luxury villas and suites are nothing short of serenity, indulgence, and soul-stirring beauty! Our first Impression is like the warmth that wraps around you like a sunset, which you will immensely enjoy! It has beautiful panoramic sea views with exquisite traditional Greek stone architecture with cozy/contemporary elegance. The Villas are blissfully secluded, yet steps from adventure! The area feels authentically Greek with sleepy tavernas serving fresh grilled octopus and meze, winding paths with amazing views, and virtually zero crowds. At check-in, we were greeted by Irene, our host. She walked us through the villa, sharing insider tips on hidden coves and sunset spots, and places to eat that offer delivery to our front door. It was the kind of welcome that wasn't service, but heartfelt hospitality. She made us feel like family...she was phenomenal! Emerald Villas & Suites didn't just host us, we left there with sun-kissed skin, hearts full, and a piece of Zakynthos etched into our souls. As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words. Anna (10/5): Highly recommend, just incredible - Incredible! Can't recommend enough, the views and suit were gorgeous, definitely one of the best places I've ever stayed in! The outdoor TV was an added surprise and bonus, we had a movie night under the stars. The sunrise was also out of this world 🤗 We ordered food in as we didn't want to leave, and the staff provided us with menus from local restaurants and WhatsApp numbers to order in. The pool and views though, incredible! 100% recommend 🥰

Movileanu (10/5): - Este fenomenala aceasta locație, absolut senzațională, vreau sa zic ca este într-o zona a insulei unde aveți toate minunățiile Zakyntosului, nu exista nimic, dar nimic de reproșat, deci, de cum intri, ajungi la vila, într-o în casa și privești împrejurimile, ramîi waw, nu e ca și cum eu personal nu am văzut locuri bune, dar credeți-mă, am vizitat aceasta insula cu 12 ani în urma și chiar eram rezervata la capitolul cazare, la Emerald aveți de la superb în sus, stafful, recepția, curățenie absoluta, grădină exotica excepțională și nimeni nu vorbește despre ea, cu siguranță dacă ma voi întoarce, mi-a plăcut tot, va cuprind și va mulțumesc ca mi-ați făcut vacanta și mai frumoasă, dacă aveți dubii zic sa nu le aveți, aveți nevoie desigur de mașină, pentru comoditate, în rest au ei grijă de tot. VA CULRIND!

Francesco (10/5): La vostra vacanza a Zante - Che dire…di strutture ne ho visitate molte, Emerald è tra le migliori in senso assoluto. Parcheggio privato davanti la porta della propria suite. Suite molto grande, spazio esterno gigantesco (quasi 100 mq), piscina e vista superlative. All’interno della suite abbiamo trovato più di quanto ci aspettassimo: ogni genere di posata, pentola, utensile da cucina, lavatrice, forno a microonde, tostapane, bollitore, macchina Nespresso. Tutto nuovo, perfettamente funzionante. Silenzio assoluto durante la notte: le suites non confinano tra loro; sono separate oltre che insonorizzate. Privacy nella piscina personale. E poi l’accoglienza…Dimitra e Irene ci hanno assistito Durante l’intero soggiorno, allegre, sorridenti, genuinamente accoglienti. La struttura è molto vicina al porto di Agios Nikolas (dove si può facilmente far rifornimento di carburante e fare la spesa) e alle spiagge di Xigia e Markis gialos. In conclusione: tutto perfetto; il meglio per una vacanza di alto livello a Zante!

Barbara (8/5): - Spectacular views, beautiful property, a perfect place to unwind and relax. The on site team are super on comms and so helpful with any restaurant bookings or requests. To make this location even better, it would be nice to have an on site bar / cafe rather than having to drive somewhere each time. Also it is a high end property (self catering), therefore you would expect a few more provisions offered ie top ups of coffee pods for the machine, provision of condiments ie salt/pepper, olive oil, proper milk (not sachets), daily bottle of water. For the price point of the accommodation, this should be provided. Then it would be perfect!
Albane (10/5): Beautiful calm location, amazing view/room, and amazing staff. - We loved absolutely everything. A dream holiday. From the view of the hotel, to the cosy bedroom, to the amazing pool and lovely sound of the crickets, we could have stayed there forever. The location of the hotel is amazing if you want a calm holiday. Just a few minutes by car from very nice restaurants and shops nearby. (Recommend to rent a car). You can have delivery service for breakfast or lunch/dinner from nearby restaurants which is a very nice option to have and service is quick via WhatsApp. A special thanks to Dimitra and Irene for taking such good care of us and for their professionalism. We loved their hospitality and good recommendations around the island. We hope to come back soon!! Really nothing to say, everything was amazing.

It’s also only just 10mins drive to some pretty beaches with so little people as well as to the port where we sailed to visit blue caves and shipwreck beaches. The shower head could have been clearly more frequently as the sea water can get it stuck sometimes. Driving up or down from there at night can be very thrilling as the sea is directly next to the road with not fences…

Samantha (9/5): The most amazing view in Zakynthos - Obsessed with the view of this place, I was waking up early just to enjoy the sunrise from our stunning terrace. The room was perfect, the location is beautiful in a very quiet place up in the hill but still 5 minutes from the beach. Irene welcomed us when we arrived and was always available to help us with anything, she has been amazing. Nothing I didn’t like! Maybe just the pool water was freezing, but we jumped in it anyways!

Our suite inside and outside was like from a dream.. the room, the terrace, the view, the privacy and such quiet and peaceful environment all day and all night! We woke up with an amazing sunrise, the view was just perfect from the bed:) We have been there in the middle of October, we have been really lucky with such a good weather, but the water in the pool was so cold:( we wish to stay a bit in the pool and enjoy the view, but was too cold. You can ask for your room to be cleaned during the day. We mainly decided to have it cleaned while we popped over to Alikanas for lunch. The pool was salt water, which was a nice suprise as I hate chlorine! I can't find any faults with the room. The bed was comfortable, pool was clean and the view was stunning! Vishakha (10/5): Absolute relaxation and phenomenal Host - Dmitri waited for me to arrive until around 9pm and made sure I got the location correct by sending a colleague to pick me up when I ended up at their suites (which was a bit far) from their villas. I had an injured knee from a fall and she showed me the first aid kit and helped me order my dinner and showed me the villa and the facilities within. She gave me her personal number to reach out on WhatsApp if I had any questions or need. She checked on me throughout my stay. I absolutely had a fantastic relaxing time here and would come back to zakynthos in the future.

The suites are well designed and the patios are amazing. You are on the side of the mountain overlooking the whole island out onto the ocean. Highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed. A lasting tip. Take the shuttle to the property from airport. Like $79 euros. Then have the office arrange you a rental car. Only $35 euros a day. Having your own car saves you money and allows you to explore the island at your own pace.

The hotel provides you with water, coffee, tea. He gives you a box of cookies and a bottle of white wine. Ana (10/5): Wonderful views, great room! - We stayed 6 days at Emerald Suites during our honeymoon and it was incredible. The suite is very well equipped, the kitchen had all the necessary appliances and they had a grill which we used every night to barbecue. Irene, from the main desk, is very friendly and made sure that we had a wonderful time at the suite. The view is breathtaking, the sunrise is beautiful (and you can watch it without even leaving the bed) and the pool has direct sun light most of the day. I highly recommend this place to anyone going to Zakynthos. We’ve just left and we already want to go back. Nothing :)

The property is super beautiful 🤩 and I love everything about it . The Rooms , Kitchen, Living and dinning areas are very spacious and well kept, but my favorite 😍 have to be the pool area outside. The pool area was definitely a 10/10 . I have to also talked about the customer service 😍which was also a 10/10 for sure . They are always available to help whenever you have a issue at the villa , daily villa cleaning service and the workers are so lovely and nice . I also want to take the time out to thank DIMITRA for everything she have done to make our stay at the villa the best . She was always available to help us with whatever issues we have . She was always willing to help us whenever we mesage her about anything . Thank you so much DIMITRA you are just the best .
