Agnieszka (7/5): Zadowolona, ale akcja z koncertem sobotnim i planie klienta oraz wprowadzeniem w błąd - nieprofesjon - Śniadanie super, duży wybór, panie z obsługi na sali mega pomocne, świeże soki wyciskane, dobra kawa, różnorodne menu i dużo miejsca, tylko nie wolno przyjść za późno ….lokalizacja super, blisko parku i tężni i innych atrakcji, wszedzie blisko. Korzystaliśmy ze Spa i tam obsługa i zabiegi na super poziomie, panie pomocne i nie robią problemów, przyjazne nastawienie do klienta. Jesteśmy tu już któryś raz z rzędu, przyjeżdżamy kd kilku lat, indywidualnie i grupowo, wynajmujemy apartamenty w Aparthotel i pokoje w hotelu. Aparthotel ok wszystko, ale mamy jedna uwage- zdecydowanie jest teraz chaos na recepcji w głównym hotelu- którego kiedyś nie było! Nie polecamy żadnych dodatkowych atrakcji oferowanych przez hotel np sławetnych koncertów, bo recepcja mówi ze zaprasza, ale nie ma rezerwacji miejsc wiec musisz bycc15 min przed czasem i NA PEWNO będziesz miał miejsce. Tak mówi cały dzień. Przychodzisz o czasie a tu nic takiego nie ma, sala wygaszona i okazuje się ze jest impreza zamknięta a na prowizoryczny krótki koncert pani Karina z hotelu zaprasza abyś usiadł na starej kanapie przy recepcji, poza salą i słuchaj człowieku :-) . Słabe i żenujące. Od kilku lat przyjeżdżamy do tego hotelu ale nigdy mnie tak nie potraktowano. Klient grupowy wygrywa nad indywidualnym. Mimo to - pewnie wrócimy, bo pomimo słabej recepcji jest tu dużo ludzi pozytywnie nastawionych na klienta - np w spa.

Pokoje z dużymi balkonami, akurat nam trafił się z pięknym widokiem na deptak. Pokoje z drugiej strony mają widok na parking, ale również na zieleń. Piękne dzieła sztuki na terenie hotelu i w jego otoczeniu na zewnatrz. Jak na hotel 4 gwiazdkowy łóżka mogły by być szersze a pościel tj. kołdry odrobinę większe nie 135 cm szerokości ale chociaż 165 cm.

Mogłam podziwiać Gaje bezpośrednio z balkonu ;) Wygodne łóżko ;) sympatyczna i pomocna obsługa. Bardzo fajna strefa basenowa. Wreszcie znalazłam jacuzzi z konkretnym i silnym hydromasażem. Pyszna pieczona feta w restauracji. Liczyłam na więcej jeśli chodzi o ciepły wybór dań na śniadaniu.

Dodatkowo siedzisz sobie na spa a tu wpada 20 nastoletnich chłopców i chcą wejść wszyscy naraz do jacuzzi w którym siedzi już 4 osoby..., potem idą na basen i stoją w basenie nie umieją pływać. 3 wieczory i 3 razy taki desant. i już nie ma relaksu. Stefa saun bardzo ciemna. Woda w basenie średnio ciepła. Chwilami brakowało stolików przy śniadaniu, bo zamknięta była cześć sali

Anna (9/5): Piękne miejsce, w samym centrum Buska Zdroju. - Hotel bardzo ładny, ze strefą spa. Doskonała lokalizacja. Pyszne i obfite śniadania. Dużą niespodzianką był sobotni, bezpłatny koncert skrzypcowy z muzyką współczesną - Zhanny Zharkovej, na którym świetnie się bawiłyśmy. Szczerze polecam to miejsce. Nie mam uwag.

Candice (7/5): A nice hotel with a great restaurant. It was charming but a bit tired. - The restaurant and café were wonderful. The food was excellent. Nice location for walks in the spa park. The first room we were given was very tired and old. It was not clean either. However, the lovely person at reception was very accommodating and showed us a new room that was much nicer. The saunas were not open mid-week which was not stated on booking.

Margaret (10/5): The ladies at the front desk were friendly and competent - It’s in a lovely location and very clean. The corner suite room was huge with a wonderful balcony and floor. Breakfast was delicious I dislike it when there is a delayed response of the motion detector for the lights leaving me in dark hallways especially late at night when it’s very very dark. One time the light leading to the elevator never turned on at all. The restaurant and bar at dinner is understaffed. I asked for a plastic bag for salt that I had opened. The bag that I was given by a young man at reception said Brudna bielizna Schmutzwasche. Underwear to be washed. It looked crinkled And had writing on it. Yuk
Jerzy (10/5): It is a truly well designed and run resort with superb location, good food and services. Many thanks - The location is absolutely superb (!) especially for the people with some mobility problems and/or seerious health issues like we had. The hotel offers good meals and its staff is truly friendly. We strongly recommend the place!! Sure we did not like the noisy road improvement works next being done next to the hotel, but it was jus a temporary nuisance.

kasiamtravel (10/5): Restaurant review at Bristol - During my stay in Busko, at a different facility, I visited Bristol at three different occasions — for dinner, breakfast and a live performance at the coffee/bar. The dinner was fantastic. Great menu, all of us were happy with our meal choice. Breakfast, in the other hand, was a bit crowded and after 9 am, selection was very limited. The live show was generally fine. Taking into account the limited cultural options in town, the live performance was worth our time. Wait staff served drinks, including hot beverages. The hotel has a lot of interesting art worth seeing. Take a few minutes to check out what’s on the walls and in the garden.
Magda (8/5): Overall good experience, could be better if rooms are renovated - The spa area is great, especially the one on top floor, the saunas up there were also working great. Also the swimming pool was nice, good size. it would help if there were some rules for wearing swimming cap, especially for ladies with long hair. The breakfast was pretty varied, nothing exceptional - as omelette or pancakes on request, but it had options for everybody. The art work around and in the hotel is also something to pause and admire. The hotel is partially renovated - the rooms shown on Booking are not the rooms you are checked in. We got an old room, with visible signs of wear. The carpet is old and stained. The table/console was also showing signs of wear. The bathroom had a clogged sink and the shower support was broken. The bed sheets are not ironed. For the level of 4* hotel, they could invest in better linen and cleaning. The sound isolation is pretty bad: you can hear people on corridors, kids running in the rooms too. We had some very noisy neighbors on the last night ...
Iwona (9/5): Very good place - Very friendly staff, absolutely nice people. Hotel is very clean, breakfast buffet is rich and tasty. Great, big swimming pool. Very good spa, especially interesting are the baths in sage, and baths in the local mineral waters. Hotel is placed at the entrance of the Mineral Park and other main points of the city. A nice walking path takes us to the city center. Hotel restaurant serves really good dishes and prices are reasonable Hotel has an interesting design, very modern art. Comfortable parking. For sure I will come back again. In the room you can hear your neighbours behind the wall. Doors as well did not muffle sounds from corridor. In the 4 star hotel I would expect to have more silent rooms.

What an incredible hotel, everything about it was 5*, I stayed in room 20 in the Aparthotel, excellent accommodation, separate from the main hotel. The restaurant, staff, Spa facilities were outstanding! I’ve never met such hard working and professional staff. (The sauna ceremony is worth a visit in the evening if you can make it). The food was also outstanding in the restaurant, I ate in there most evenings.

56justinw (10/5): Excellent! - I have travelled extensively and stayed in hundreds of hotels, both good and bad. This is truly one of the good ones! Situated within a stones throw of the main park and a 10 minute walk to the town centre the location is perfect. The rooms are well furnished, cleaned daily in the mornings or at your request and the hotel is modern and well presented. The spa is clean and well maintained with an adequate pool and plenty of saunas and other facilities to make your stay a spa experience. The food at breakfast is a wide selection of healthy and traditional dishes and includes a juicer for you to select and make your own combinations. The resturant has a great menu and the food is cooked to perfection, my steak was perfect! However the best of the hotel are the staff! The reception staff are excellent, they are helpful, understanding and always smiling, despite the long hours they work! Agnes in the resturant and bar is simply superb, profesional, polite and super efficient! Christof in the bar has always got a smile for you and is happy to advise you if your not sure what to have. Voitek in the spa ensures there is safety in the pool, assistance where needed and goes beyond his duty in making sure the place is clean and ready for you. There are many others whose names i didnt get but all work hard to make your stay the best experience.

WanJiefu (10/5): Great spa hotel in a beautiful location - I was visiting with a group of 9 cyclists led by Bird Cycling of Krakow who booked the hotel. Comfortable room and good bed, with good food. Service was excellent. Very good spa (steam room, saunas x 3 and jacuzzi plus a swimming pool. Good little shop and bar. The nearby park is beautiful
