Lo staff è molto professionale ed accogliente,in particolare Miguel è stato molto paziente e comprensivo nei nostri confronti. Da migliorare l'insonorizzazione,si sentono gli ospiti delle camere attigue e l'avvicendersi di questi nel corridoio,la notte è particolarmente fastidioso.

Maddalena (7/5): - La struttura si trova in un posto molto collegato al lungomare dove ci sono negozietti e vari locali. Io sono capitata al 7 piano e per tutta la durata del soggiorno ho utilizzato l’ascensore solo per un paio di giorni poi si é rotta.. La pulizia un pó scadente, molte volte non pulivano benissimo e soprattutto non mi cambiavano mai gli asciugamani, dovevo scendere in reception ma puntualmente mi dicevano che non li avevano disponibili.

L’hôtel est extrêmement bruyant (jeunes qui continuaient de faire la fête, qui hurlaient dans les couloirs..). Ne réservez pas cet hôtel si vous souhaitez pouvoir vous reposer. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel

Samanta (5/5): - Nettes Personal. 15-20 Minuten zum Ballermann entfernt. Es war sehr laut dort, alleine das Laufen über die Flure konnte man in den Zimmern hören. Es gab keine Balkonmöbel. Die Balkone in den Innenraum waren nur zum Handtuch Trocknen dar. Die Minibar sollte täglich für 5€ gezahlt werden, für die Nutzung der eigenen Getränke. Der Safe musste ebenfalls für täglich 2€ gezahlt werden. Die Fernbedienung hatte nur 2 Batterien, die dritte musste ebenfalls bezahlt werden. Frühstück gab es dort keins. Es gab keine Klobürste. Reste von Kondomen und Haaren waren in der Dusche zu finden. In den Straßen roch es stark nach Müll.

Tra Mi (8/5): - This hotel was nothing fancy, you're literally paying for convenience. It's mixed in with residential and hotels so it's not an up to date area. But walking distance to the beach/boardwalk, shops and restaurants. Our balcony door did not lock properly but it wasn't a big deal for us. Towels were limited. If you're going to be out all day then this hotel is a good deal.

There was a lot of noise that night with young people partying on the hotel balcony. We left a note for housekeeping, but when we returned, the note was upside down, and the room wasn't cleaned. We notified the front desk, who said there was nothing they could do. We insisted a bit, and he flagged down the cleaning staff.
Esposito (7/5): - Struttura vicino al mare, camera spaziosa con balcone, staff accogliente La posizione è centrale ma per trovare un parcheggio è impossibile!!! L hotel disponeva di un parcheggio ma era dalle 10 alle 22.00 e a noi serviva soprattutto la sera quando tornavamo tardi. Anche a livello di persone non mi sono sentita sicura nella zona della struttura. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, venivano a pulire ogni mattina però non cambiavano le lenzuola e alcune volte le abbiamo trovate anche sporche! Le asciugamani non le rimettevano nel bagno, una sera siamo rimasti senza asciugamani abbiamo chiesto alla reception e ci hanno detto che li avremmo avuto il mattino seguente, ci siamo asciugati con le asciugamani del mare. La mattina seguente non hanno rimesso gli asciugamani e ho fatto l ennesimo richiamo dove finalmente abbiamo avuto le asciugamani. I giorni seguenti le asciugamani non le hanno cambiate e avevamo solo quelle grandi senza quelle piccole. Ij generale L hotel è ok ma pecca un po’ sulla pulizia.
