• Guido (9/5): Cefalu ist die Perle Siziliens. - Liegt nur 10min Fußweg vom Zentrum entfernt. Gutes Frühstück im netten Ambiente. Schön wäre mal eine Hausnummer an der Tür des Wohnblocks. Parkplätze gegenüber gibt es nur auf Glück oder mit viel Geduld.

• Chriso (4/5): - It is not easily accessible there was no one there when I arrived and this was not explained when booking. I had to send a number of messages eventually the host arrived he was not very welcoming the lock on the room was difficult to use and inside the room the shower smelt when I first switched it on, the shower attachment fell off, the towel hook fell off, the remote control didn’t work. I didn’t feel comfortable to say anything because the host was not very approachable. There was a balcony but you could not use it as there was an extractor of hot air. In the evening after having dinner in town it did not feel safe to walk into the building alone it was very dark entrance and you have to use a lift to the floor - the building is surrounded by scaffolding and looks like it is under construction. It is not like it is depicted by the online website.

• Olivia (10/5): - I had a great stay at this B&B! It’s very close to the main town which is great because we were able to walk the whole city of Cefalù. I also enjoyed their breakfast that they served every morning with coffee included. The room itself was super comfortable and the balcony was definitely a great view to wake up to every morning. The host is super helpful and answers very quickly when we needed help. All in all, great experience!

• Ben (7/5): Good property, convenient for your stay in cefalu. - The property is only a short walk from the old town. Parking was easy on site. The property was on the 4th floor but it was easy to access with the elevator. The room could have done with new towels, better pillows and more variety of fruit at breakfast.
• Marc (10/5): Very clean and perfect location - This is a very nice B&B we stayed for 5 days. We got a room with balcony with view over the city and ocean. Very clean and nice. You have the sun in the afternoon on your balcony. Nice to see the sunset. Located perfectly 10 min walk to a really nice beach and 7 min to old town. Mirko the owner is very friendly and speak and write good English. We came by car and it is possible to park the car. You should hurry to book your room. You would not regret it.
• Luigi (6/5): - We spent 2 nights in this location. the apartment is nice, the room big enough for two, clean and very quite during the night.The bed very comfortable, the view really nice from the balcony of our room. They should improve with the breakfast. After all it was ok just for 2 nights.

As others commented, there is definitely room for improvement in customer service and communication. The towels were worn and rather stained, and although they appeared clean, this isn’t something I believe is acceptable. They should be replaced. Room 1 had scaffolding completely covering the balcony, and, therefore, the sea view. We asked if it was possible to have another room and we were told this wasn’t possible Unfortunately, construction work began at 8:30 each morning.

However, the towels seemed worn out and possibly not washed at a high temperature, as they didn’t feel very fresh. Also, the shower head was broken, which made showering a bit uncomfortable. With a few small improvements, the stay could be perfect.

The walk to the duomo took about 10 minutes, downhill. Parking is free but is first come, first served. We waited a few minutes for a spot to open. The room has a balcony.

• Dario (4/5): - Unfortunately it was not a positive experience for us. We found the property services were not as advertised (or, we find the advertised information misleading). We chose this property because in its listing mentions "luggage storage" among its services, but when we requested that upon checkout, we were told that it was only possible to store the luggage until 12pm (i.e. just for 1.5 hours after the check out). Therefore, we had to invest time and money to look for and get this service elsewhere. It's a little thing but it can negatively affect some travelers plans. I think it would be fairer not to advertise this service, if it's not possible to commit to it. On the positives, the room was clean and the staff was kind. I would recommend it, if you just need a place to sleep.

The shower lacked a bit of pressure and we found the bed a little uncomfortable, although the sheets were nice and soft. We understand this is a minor problem.

• Mark-Anthony (4/5): - The property does not have any parking reserved for hotel clients. It is basically a public parking and anyone can park there. So if you there isn’t anything, too bad! Also, indications to get to the check-in desk aren’t clear and it seems that it is located in a typical apartment building. Other than that, rooms were pretty decent.
• Iris (6/5): - The room is small but clean. Hosts were very friendly and breakfast spread was amazing. The bathroom is small and shower needs updating. Location is weird but a quick walk to town. No safe in room.
• Barker (5/5): Passable - The bedroom was clean, comfy bed and great air conditioning. Breakfast was good, fresh with lots of choice. The shower was not clean and did not function correctly. Poor water pressure, limescale and mould in all the corners, blocked drain. It is hard to find, the only sign was tiny next to the door bell. The B&B is on the fourth floor of a residential tower block, it looks horrendous from the outside. The car park is public, so not guaranteed a space.

• Jean-lin (9/5): Superb - Well located in Cefalù, close to everything without being in the tourist centre. Free and apparently safe parking available at the foot of the building. Beautiful, comfortable room, nicely decorated, with a balcony overlooking the old town and the sea, with an uninterrupted view of the sunset :) The stay was also made perfect by the welcome and kindness of our hosts.
• Michel (4/5): - We were surprised to find on site that it was not a hotel but a b&b with few rooms. In addition, our balcony did not overlook the sea as it had been written in our reservation. To add insult to injury, the entire exterior facade was covered with scaffolding and canvas making the balcony impractical.

In addition the building is under construction and the balcony view was obstructed. We should have been informed ahead of time. The worst thing wea thw single bed. Staff was nice Room clean. Shower drainage was poor and water flowed out making a mess.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - The room had a beautiful view of the sea. It was walking distance to dinner. Very clear instructions on how to enter. The free parking outside of the building is small but we were lucky to get a spot.
• Lee (7/5): Okay for 1-2 nights - Easy and convenient parking right next to the place. Helpful staff and the room had everything we needed. Had parasol that you can borrow for the beach. Very thin walls, when the breakfast starts you can hear basically everything. So if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs.

The property is far form the beach and the centro storico ( several blocks) Regarding the parking, the property does not have parking. Spacious renovated room with nice terrace and water views. Sweet common breakfast area with best breakfast you'll enjoy in Italy thanks to Nadia and her espresso and homebaked cakes! Great stay that we extended from one night to three nights we loved it so much. Enjoy the high country while you're there as well. They gave us a great tour routine we will not soon forget. Thanks again guys.

• Leigh (8/5): Worked well for us for a quick 2 night stay - The location was good (about 10/15mins walk to the old town and beach) and Nadia was fabulous. Very helpful, friendly and chatty. My husband especially liked the breakfast! When you arrive the outside of the building looks a little shabby ( also there is construction going on) and we were slightly concerned. However once inside it was absolutely fine. Quiet and clean.
