• Palma Pia (9/5): Soggiorno confortevole - Bel monolocale ampio e ben arredato. Posizionato in un quartiere molto elegante. Letto comodo. Fornitura essenziale. Bagno e arredamento nuovi. Purtroppo mancavano saponetta e quant'altro per lavarsi o per lavare i piatti. Doversi precipitare fuori per acquistare un sapone non è stato molto comodo.

• Verified traveler (8/5): sympa pour un séjour courte durée - la ville de saluzzo est sympa a visiter, le propriétaire de l'hotel parle le français, il est très sympathique; la chambre est un peu vioeillissante et surtout un gros soucis de sonorisation entre les chambres, on entendait la TV de la chambre d'a coté!!
• Sarah (2/5): Bed bugs in the room - I stayed in this hotel for 1 nights and unfortunately I had a VERY bad experience. First of all, when I arrived in my room, there was no toilet paper. But that can happen. The problem was the bed: Not very clean (they always use the same blanket, they just change the sheets) and the next day I woke up with about 100 bites of BED BUGS !! I travel for work all the time, but I've never had this. Horrible experience and I will Never ever go back to that hotel. I'm sorry for the hotel to write this, but this is not acceptable.

• Cocciolino2015 (8/5): A comfortable hotel for touring - We stayed here 3 nights while visiting the surrounding countryside during the day. It was important to have readily available parking for our car when we came in after a hot day of sightseeing. The room was large and clean, the shower had plenty of hot water, the bed was comfortable with firm mattress and soft pillows, sufficient hanging space for our clothes, it was all we needed.

• marinaq (8/5): Great & friendly service in the middle of the village - I stayed in hotel Griselda for 4 nights, for business.i only needed a place to sleep, a place to park and wifi, and the Griselda team gave me that, super helpful, with a smile and a lovely chat every time. The room was immaculate and (important to me) in the middle of the busy center they have parking space, outside and a spacy parking garage! I am all positive!
• d_nicoll (10/5): Hotel Griselda - Modern hotel. Room a good size and everything very clean. The guy on reception could not be more helpful and welcoming. His English is excellent and he lent me a power adaptor and sorted out a restaurant close by. Underground secure parking for my motorcycle.
• kfaj (6/5): Room Smells of Smoke, But Service is Great - The hotel rooms smell of smoke and for that reason I would never return. The location is nice. The service was great. My family and I simply could not get over the smell of smoke and felt like we smelled when we left the hotel. The hotel is need of major renovations. I would not recommend.
• Delles (8/5): Great service - We have stayed here twice. We are bicycle tourists and the staff was very helpful about putting the bikes in a safe place. The hotel is very clean. The building is not the most charming from the outside but very nice inside. Also the breakfast was excellent.
• TRAVELINGCWS (6/5): Saluzzo is Awesome, Griselda - no surprises - one of the better hotels in the town - We have stayed at the Griselda a few times and it's an average hotel with a friendly owner. It's clean, modern, and very acceptable. It's one of the better hotels in Saluzzo, however our favorite is Poggio Radicati which only has 9 rooms. It is amazing. The Griselda has a new owner, Danielo and he is very accommodating and seems to be a good business man. The rooms are a decent size, same with bathroom, shower a little small. The air conditioning on hot days is an issue. Fortunately we were only in our rooms in the evening when it was cool. We cooled our room by opening the windows. We slept wonderfully each evening. I like the Poggio Radicati better, and you pay for the difference. However, I would stay at the Griselda again for sure.
• bethanddavetravels (8/5): Standard room, no surprises - This is a nice little town to use as a base to explore the region. This hotel is standard, not memorable and no surprises. Room was a good size and bed was comfortable. Price was reasonable - nothing to recommend it especially but nice to have a hotel with no surprises!
• julo5 (8/5): Griselda-A diamond in the rough! - We stayed at the Griselda last year and found it to be surprisingly pleasant! In fact we will be staying there again next week. At first I was disappointed just by the looks, as it is very basic. But the manager Paulo is the most accomodating person we met in Italy, and the rooms were squeaky clean. The breakfast was ample and delicious. Our stay was very simple but comfortable , clean and most accomodating. Paulo and family are real "gems", for wary travelers.
