De ningun lado no he visto gente tan orrible trabajando en una recepción en un hotel. El niño se ha puesto enfermo y les dava igual... Se fijan sólo en las ganancias y no tratan bien los clientes...

• andrei_petrescu (10/5): Good hotel, clean rooms, good location, happy with our stay in Andorra - Hotel has a good location, walking distance from center and main attractions but also in a quiet area. Personal was polite and respectful, offered a lot of information regarding our stay and were ready to address any complain we had. The room was very clean, same as the bathroom, also the view of the room was very nice, seeing the mountains in the distance. The bed was comfortable, had no issue to have a good sleep. Parking was free over the weekend. Overall a very good stay in Andorra, very good price quality ratio.

Special thanks to administrator MANEL who was so kind with providing us all the necessary information and giving very useful advice on tourism. • LovelySpam (8/5): Good quality price ratio - If you absolutely have to visit Andorra, this hotel is pretty good: the rooms are large, as are the bathrooms (all bathrooms equipped for disabled). It is well situated for Caldea/Inuu and for the shopping streets. Breakfast has a reasonable variety of things on offer. The staff are welcoming, polite and friendly.

• menendezroche (4/5): I would not stay there again - Room with great view, a car park. Air conditioner was stopped at about 2:00 AM. No apologies or explanation for it. However the breakfast lounge had air conditioning when we went in at about 8:00 AM. Bath drain blocked. Position of hotel difficult to find and almost impossible to find parking. Clean room. Staff not approachable.
• chloejg (8/5): Average - The hotel is spacious and the bathroom was nice. The hotel has a nice view. I found the wifi quite slow however. Also, parking in the garage was quite a nightmare. Not to mention that the walk to/from the center is long and tiring (uphill & downhill). If you're arriving by car, park in front of the hotel, check in, unload luggage, move into room, and then park car inside the garage.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Estancia pésima - Os voy a explicar mi estancia: llegamos, con lo que nos costó encontrarlo y nos dice el recepcionista que el hotel es diferente a todos porque ninguno tiene las vistas traseras que tienen ellos. Total que nos da la llave de la habitación, y aún no estando lleno el hotel, nos da la primera planta y la habitación de al lado de la escalera que encima da delante! No teniamos ningunas vistas!! Y lo peor era que con el ruido que habia era imposible dormir. Para mas inri, delante tienen una zona azul para aparcar pero que no es de ellos, total que preguntamos si no tienen parking y nos lleva a él. Lo primero que hay que pagar 8€ por 24 horas cuando a varios hoteles que he ido en Andorra tienen parking gratuito. Lo segundo que para aparcar en ese parking era imposible!! Era un parking micromachin que ahí te rallas el coche fijo. Y lo mejor fue cuando nos dijo una vez aparcado que si quitabamos el coche y cuando volvieramos nos habian quitado sitio y no habia que nos quedabamos sin parking, algo así como quien se fue a sevilla perdio au silla!!! No me lo podia creer!! Teniamos el coche y por no sacarlo porque NO habia ni un sitio ni cerca ni lejos tuvimos que irnos en taxi al circo du soleil! Y encima, ellos son unos bordes. Total que bo recomiendo en absoluto este hotel, hay muchisimos hoteles en Andorra por ese precio y mejor con parking y mejor servicio.

• Verified traveler (8/5): un agréable séjour d'une nuit- chambre n° 413 - L'hôtel est bien situé, au calme, proche de caldea et des commerces. Les locaux communs propres et agréable, tout comme notre chambre avec une bonne literie et une insonorisation correcte (dommage que le ménage ait commencé à 9h dans la chambre voisine et que la clim se soit arrêté dans la nuit). Le buffet du petit déjeuner copieux. Le parking intérieur n'est pas facile d'accès et non accessible aux gros véhicules mais peu cher: environ 8h/jour. Suite à un soucis de réservation, le personnel de l'hôtel très sympathique a fait tout son possible pour nous loger alors que l'hôtel était complet. La chambre 413 est plus petite(surtout la salle de bain)mais tout aussi confortable.
• amnona855 (10/5): Surprise on the roof! - We had to spent one night at Andorra la Valle and we didn't want to waste our money. We were looking for an ice small hotel in reasonable price. Especially hotel was the exact solution to this. Located very close (five min. Walking) to all the shopping area with big and nice family room - it gives us the perfect solution to was we were looking for. At first we were surprised to finds that. Our room is located on the top roof of the hotel. But after that we found it very good. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet! Breakfast was yammi and we liked it!

• frequent traveller (6/5): the good, the bad, and the beautiful - First the good. The hotel was in great shape and very clean. By paying for the breakfast package, we got a room with a view of the mountains....beautiful. There was a five story apartment in the way, but we got a room in the fifth floor, so we could see above it. The breakfast was good but nothing to get excited about. Now the bad. The parking garage was more than just a challenge, it was a nightmare. Also, when we arrived around 9:00 pm, I noticed my room was very warm and had stale air. I could not turn the fan on to circulate the air. When I asked at the desk, I was told the thermostats were all turned off because it was October and they were not needed. When I inquired further about just turning on the fan, I was told (again) but in a rude tone hat they were turned off and told to open a window. I opened the window, and the room got cooler, but the street noise was unbearable....we could not sleep. I closed the window, we eventually fell asleep, but woke up all hot and sweaty. I opened the window, there were two men outside yelling at each other at 2:00 in the morning..........well you get the idea. We had two poor sleeps because it was warm for our two day stay in October after they had turned off the thermostats. I will not stay there again in October....or any other month.
• Sergey12_12 (4/5): Half of rooms got "wall view" - There are two types of rooms in that hotel: rooms with "mountain view" and "wall view", both will sell for the same price. half of the rooms in the hotel looks like in the photo. As explained at the reception if you do not take breakfast at them, you get a room with a "wall view".
• franvinaigre (8/5): frangraham - Travelzoo deal was 2 nights/2people with breakfast, and spa voucher for 2, including a massage; at 105euros this seemed very good value. Very clean, efficient lift, on-site parking (extra, 8euros/day) Comfortable beds, good views, pleasant decor, good quality fittings. Power shower and tub, hair-dryer. Helpful staff, centrally located. Restaurant meals very good, perhaps a little pricey for the not over-large portions; and out of season, restaurant was very quiet (dull?) Would stay there again. Other than with voucher, I would say spa prices were exorbitant, but that is no reflection on hotel.
• Bitxofo (6/5): Not as good as told... - The hotel is OK. The location is good. But the room was small and the WiFi was not working!
• Parcol (8/5): Good Value, Good Position, Good Staff - Check internet booking offers as we got two entrances to the local spectacular spa which would have cost 33 euros each. They also have very reasonable parking. The hotel itself is immacultely clean and well appointed. It is very well located so you can park and then walk to everywhere you need to go. We would recommend it to anyone as a more than good, all-round middle of the road hotel.
• nosocksguy (8/5): Comfortable, clean, and inexpensive - This hotel is clean, comfortable, inexpensive, and well-located. We had a great view from our window, the staff was helpful, and the shower was the best I've ever used (great water pressure, great temperature). Worth a visit.
