- RAFAEL (4/5): Muy mala calidad - Nada El edificio es sucio, lleno de hostales, pero mal cuidado. El baño de la habitación, pequeño, incomodo, el lavamanos tapado y no lo pudieron solucionar en tres días.

Nous avons été très déçus par la chambre qui nous a été attribuée, car elle était nettement inférieure aux autres chambres de l’établissement : aménagement très minimaliste et vue sur une cour intérieure particulièrement peu agréable. Les serviettes de douche étaient de qualité médiocre... Lorsque nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, cela ne semblait pas possible. Au final, le rapport qualité-prix n’était clairement pas à la hauteur de nos attentes.

- Javier (7/5): - La ubicación fue lo destacado Hicimos el check in mitad on line y mitad presencial con alguien que no sé si pertenecía al hostal, alguien que nos avisaron mediante mensaje en Booking que estaría en planta baja del edificio, cuando le pregunté algunas cuestiones me dijo que consultara con recepción, nunca hubo persona alguna

- Sihame (5/5): assez bon - L'emplacement est l'atout de cet hôtel. La propreté de la chambre est le 2eme atout. le lit est inconfortable et grinçait toute la nuit!! Les pieds du lit étaient cassés!!! La vue sur un mur avec des tuyaux et du linge il y a mieux. Non ? C'est clair que c'est que pour dormir car très étroit pour 2 personnes. Heureusement que l'accueil, la proximité et la propreté étaient là. Si vous cherchez quelque chose comme ça, je vous le recommande fortement! Ce n'est pas possible de changer la chambre. Mais il aurait mieux valu nous informer de la vue horrible et du lit cassé!!!

The bathroom is so tiny we brushed our teeth in the area outside the door. The shower had good pressure and was more roomy but the toilet/sink area was very small.

- Doris (7/5): - Wir waren schon 4 mal in diesem Haus. Aber es sind 4 Etagen und jeweils auf jeder Etage 2 Hostel. Wir waren das 2 mal im Madrid Sol. Die Lage ist super. Die Matratzen sollten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Wir hatten schon nach der 1. Nacht schlimme Rückenschmerzen. Aber sonst außer Matratzen war alles in Ordnung. Nur so wie es ist, würde ich ein anderes Hostel nehmen.

Estás a pasos de la plaza del Sol, de la plaza Mayor, a unos metros de la Gran Vía, restaurantes, cafeterías, supermercados, todo muy accesible. El edificio cuenta con ascensor, buena limpieza y el personal es amable. La habitación es pequeña, limitados accesorios de baño (papel higiénico y Jabon de Ducha), Shampoo no proveen. Las Toallas están muy desgastadas y colocan 2 vasos plásticos desechables para todo uso, bien sea tomar té caliente, lavarte los dientes o tomar agua.

- Silvania (8/5): Cumplió con nuestra necesidad de alojamiento - La ubicación es muy estratégica en Madrid. A un paso del centro y la gran vía; y cerca del parque El retiro. La habitación es cómoda para dormir; está ordenada y limpia. Sólo sugiero dejar a mano más abrigo para la noche (tuvimos frío y no queríamos encender la calefacción) y una jarra eléctrica para calentar agua (dado que vimos una cafetera disponible, pero no supimos si servía para calentar agua y tomar un té o mate). Nos costó ubicar al resonsable de tomar nuestro chekc in. Debimos insistir y buscarlo. En general, estuvo bien!
