- ION (9/5): - L’ambiente accogliente e pulito, la disponibilità del personale sempre gentile e pronto ad aiutare, e la SPA, davvero fantastica e rilassante. Tuttavia, ci sono alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati. In particolare, il phon in dotazione non era molto funzionale e andrebbe sostituito con uno più efficiente. Inoltre, il letto non era particolarmente comodo, essendo composto da due materassi singoli con lenzuola e coperte separate.

- Giovanni (7/5): Soggiorno piacevole, con margini di miglioramento - Struttura piccola ma completa: buona la posizione, con servizio navetta per raggiungere la cabinovia Daolasa lasciando l’auto al parcheggio dell’albergo. Comodo anche il noleggio dell’attrezzatura sciistica. Personale cortese, Spa bella ma un po’ troppo affollata. Bagno vecchio con doccia piccola in plastica e phon a parete poco potente. Al buffet mancava la descrizione delle varie pietanze, qualità del cibo media. SPA troppo affollata, per i clienti del’albergo é spiacevole trovare troppi clienti esterni alla struttura.

Excellent spa area and premium outside pool with extra hot water. Free parking and good WiFi. Bathroom needs renovation. Provided hairdryer is absolute and needs urgent replacement. Swimming pool policy which allows children only till 18:30 is not good for skiing season and should be updated to at least 20h so families could spend some time at swimming pool whit their children after skiing.

Siamo arrivati alle 19:45 e tutti i piatti del buffet erano tiepidi o freddi. Inoltre il nostro tavolo era in mezzo a tavolate da 10-15 persone che rendevano la stanza molto rumorosa e poco intima. Se dovessi dare un suggerimento, dividerei le stanze del ristorante in base al numero delle persone per tavolo, in modo da rendere la cena più carina.

- Salvatore (8/5): Relax con tranquillità garantita. - Posizione, pulizia, cortesia e disponibilità dello staff, colazione e cena buonissima e abbondante, con una vasta scelta di prodotti tipici del posto. Ampio parcheggio gratuito, di fronte l'Hotel, comodissimo. Se il soggiorno era per più notti, la camera era piuttosto piccola e con la trave del tetto il legno bassa rispetto alla posizione del letto, però noi abbiamo pernottato solo una notte e in questi casi può andare bene. Il bagno invece era confortevole negli spazi e comodo.

- Valeria (10/5): Stupendo. Peccato la ragazza del miniclub a cui nn piacciono i bambini. - Il personale di sala di una professionalità e gentilezza unica. C’era un ragazzo giovanissimo che non peccava mai nulla, di un’educazione e una professionalità esemplare. La dolcezza delle signore cameriere nei confronti di mio figlio. La cucina, si mangia divinamente, davvero mai mangiato così bene. Abbiamo chiamato prima di prenotare per sapere se vi fossero attività per ragazzi e vi avevano assicurato un mini club fino si 12 anni. Siamo entrati al mini club la ragazza quasi infastidita nn ha chiesto neanche il nome a mio figlio, non voleva neanche parlarci. Ci ha detto che nn sarebbero arrivati altri bambini ma solo un paio piccoli. Ce ne siamo andati perché sembrava che la stessimo infastidendo. Nella settimana sono arrivati un sacco di bambini di diverse età, mio figlio ha fatto amicizia con 6 bambini con cui ha giocato tutta la vacanza. Nessuno andava al mini club, la ragazza mai vista. Neanche i piccoli intratteneva il nulla. Nn era un’animatrice ma neanche una persona capace a stare nel pubblico. Mini club vuoto con albergo pieno di bambini mai visti nella storia, peccato perché tutti gentilissimi e professionali. Lei davvero inadeguata, e poi pensavamo di avere un servizio inesistente quindi vi rimette la struttura. Oltretutto un giorno sale le scale mentre aspettiamo l’ascensore e le sentiamo dire “nn mi piacciono i bambini”. Ottimo!

Poca attenzione alla comunicazione... avevamo chiesto un letto matrimoniale e ci siamo trovati con due letti singoli...a cena avevamo prenotato un secondo edopo aver mangiato il primo ci dicono che il nostro secondo era terminato... Insomma poco bene.

- Sebastian (10/5): Gem! - The outside heated pool and jacuzzi were amazing, in addition to the inside pool & saunas. The old fashioned hairdryers could be replaced with the modern ones. Bedside sockets could have USB ports for charging. A filtered water cooler in the canteen area would be an amazing addition, too.
