- Iryna (4/5): Disappointing - One bed was broken. One bedsheet was with the hole. The rest is OK. The breakfast was very poor. Not fresh food it was a plate with boiled eggs, cheese and some parsley - absolutely not fresh. The guy brought me a small cap of coffee, not espresso. I ask him for one more cap of coffee - he didn't provided it and it was no answer at all. I was very upset with the breakfast. And no coffee machine. That's why it was no people at the breakfast lounge. 3 years ago was much much better.

- Nataliia (3/5): Poor - That was terrible, like going in the Time Machine 20 years back to the ussr. Sorry, but there’s nothing you may like. Even having made the booking doesn’t guarantee you’ll be welcomed. They even don’t check with the booking.com if they have any bookings. Bad smell like they’re smoking all the time inside. Sleepy and not happy stuff. Very scary building itself. We arrived almost at midnight and with the kids, that’s the only reason we stayed there.
