Verified traveler (6/5): 3 of a 4 night stay with no issues - Down there when the flood happened and the entire city closed down. There was nothing that the motel could do. Went back 5 days later to retrieve luggage. Motel manager came within 15 minutes to open our room once we found someone who knew his phone number. No issues with stay, we just happened to be there during a disaster.
Dawn (8/5): - It was an older motel but rooms remodeled. It had a second floor but no elevator. That made it very hard for us going to the room and going down. I have bad knees but we did ok. The overall stay was ok.
Sarah (10/5): - We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of this hotel. We booked very last minute because of a storm and flat tire and our only option was a smoking room. It was actually fresher than some nonsmoking hotels. Staff was friendly, easy check-in and convenient parking.

Verified traveler (6/5): Fair visit - Room was clean. No frills. Hard pillows so I didn’t rest well. Carries Dish TV that needed management to come up twice to get it online. Couldn’t switch channels successfully so had to watch what came on. It is a good place to make a one night stay. Staff friendly and helpful.

So that did not work, so we asked for a bottom floor and had to pay 10.00 more to get a room.The room we got did not have space for a wheelchair to get between bed and the box on the wall. I also would not have booked this place if I knew it took pets. Our room smelled of urine in the bathroom.

Terri (10/5): Great cost for a good nights stay - Room was rather small but was very quiet. Bed was very comfortable. We have stayed here for many years and has always been clean. It’s close to many places we like to go.
Levi (4/5): - Shower/tub was dirty. Little to no hot water the first night. Second night/ next morning no hot water at all. Remodel on the room was ok at best. Paint splotches on the walls of where they tried to touch things up but paint did not match. Housekeeping staff was rude. Gentleman at front desk upon check in was ok.

Denny Swehla Trucking (8/5): Motel while at the Fair !! - Nice Place, easy to find. We’re NOT Fussy people, but the room we stayed in does need UPDATING, hasn’t been done in quite some time. No Breakfast, but had snacks to get by with in the morning!!

Darrell (10/5): - Property has been renovated since my last stay. Check in was seamless with an attentive and very capable desk clerk. The amenities of a refrigerator and microwave made it very homey. The vintage patio chairs are great for morning coffee or evening chats with guests.

Susan (10/5): Nostalgic - What an incredible value. This motel made me feel like a kid again! It is a no frills (except satellite tv and wifi) with incredibly friendly office staff and clean rooms. Bed was comfy, had plenty of hot water and the chance to speak with other guests. What s great break from the rat race.

Mindy (2/5): Management is disappointing - I would not stay here. There is lack of communication. I showed up from out of town and they had cancelled my reservation and didn’t even call me. I had to find another room elsewhere. During peak season where there were NO rooms, anywhere. I almost resorted to driving the 3 hour drive home. They will not have my business again. I even talked to management myself to make sure they didn’t charge me for the first night I didn’t show. I had asked for my room to be changed to sat/sun from fri/sat. I was told over the phone that would work. Asked if I needed to do something else and they said, nope you are set! I found better service else where after wasting an hour calling every other place in the Boji area. Stay at Spencer Inn, instead.

It’s a pet friendly hotel too with good walking areas for our dogs which is very convenient. I have stayed here many times over the past few years because the room prices are very good and the staff has always been friendly and accommodating.

Wiped floor when water got on floor, white wash cloth was black. Baseboards and A/C dirty. Room smelled like pet urine so bad it made our throat hurt. Could not stay more than one night. Staff was understanding and refunded our money for remainder or reservation.

John (8/5): Ok stay with a strange occurrence. - The hotel is easy to get to and staff was friendly. We could not get into our room right away because a housecleaning lady had locked herself in the room. She came out after the manager and staff banged on the door for several minutes. When she came out I noticed she didn’t have any cleaning supplies. This was very strange and made us somewhat uncomfortable. Other than that it was a great stay. A good value. The tile floors could use a good mopping.
