• Barbara (9/5): Excelente ubicacion, hermoso hotel. - La ubicacion de el hotel es excelente, muy cerca de el centro y un hermoso mercado. El cuarto para 4 personas un poco apretado pero excelente para la estancia de 1 noche, el baño de la habitacion, hermoso.

• Rocío Morales (9/5): Buena ubicación, parking con costo adicional - Ubicado en el centro, el personal es muy amable y el hotel esta limpio y cuenta con todo lo necesario para hospedarse El hotel NO cuenta con estacionamiento, tienen un convenio con un estacionamiento público y te ofrecen un costo preferencial por noche. Este dato debería ser claro desde que se revisa el perfil del hotel

Justo en la recepción donde está la fuente y las mesas en el patio principal es perfecto para comprarte una nieve en la plaza y regresar ahí a tomartela Siento que las habitaciones no tenían una buena. Iluminación natural y habían detalles como que teléfono no funcionaba y nunca lo fueron a reparar.

• Ismael (2/5): Muy mal servicio de Hoteles.com y Expedia - Fui tontamente robado por hoteles.com y por Expedia no hubo reembolso y me robaron todavía más la misma cantidad que pagué por no hospedarme en el Hotel Las Hadas, doy cuenta muy tarde que todo esto está coludido con el crimen organizado y que no va haber tregua mas no realizar trámites de hospedaje por estas vías y no creer en nadie ya que están coludidos no podemos realizar trámites por teléfono y con nadie que no conozcas saludos una experiencia no grata que me deja ver que estamos en un mundo controlado por el crimen organizado/gibierno.
• Luisa (9/5): - Muy limpio, comodo, la ropa de cama excelente, la habitación muy bonita, pedí habitación en planta baja ya que viajaba con adulta mayor, fue temporada baja y pudieron asignarmela pero en caso de que nos hubiera tocado en planta alta el acceso muy difícil (sugerencia, instalar elevador) el restaurant del hotel muy rico, muy buena atención y precios accesibles. Mi estancia excelente. Mejorar el sanitario, la taza de baño estaba fallando, se les aviso y solucionaron el detalle. En la madrugada o ya tarde andaban limpiando el patio principal y se alcanzaba a escuchar hasta adentro de la habitación.

• Francisco (7/5): Cómodo, pero un poco caro - El aspecto del hotel en general es muy agradable. Ubicado frente al nuevo mercado de Pátzcuaro y cercano a cafés y restaurantes. El cuarto estaba muy limpio. La ducha es un poco estrecha y el baño tenía una fuga muy pequeña, por donde salía el agua del inodoro. Es cuestión de darle mantenimiento. El cuarto es bonito pero básico para el precio que se paga por él. También, por el precio que se paga, creo que debería de incluir el desayuno.

• Kaari (6/5): - This hotel is in a great location right in the center of Patzcuaro a block from the Plaza Grande and next to the new Mercado. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The parking is about a block away and we were able to stop and unload right at the lobby when we arrived. BUT- on the second night there was a party in their event room that was very loud until late at night. My mother-in-law was woken up and did not sleep well. There was no one at the desk to help. I had a room overlooking the courtyard which was lovely, but there was not way to get ventilation without opening the window right into the public walkway. There were no fans and it was a humid day.

Pros: +Beautiful interior courtyard +Helpful staff +Great location +Clean Rooms +Mattress was very comfortable Cons: -Web site says on site free parking - Not it's a lot 2 blocks away for 80 pesos a night - no hot water in our bathroom shower, we were given access to another room to use the shower there - toilet didn't flush completely -mattress had a plastic protector on it under the sheets, this became hot and sweaty during the night We still liked it, the bathroom issues are no doubt fixed now. The fixed the parking issue when we asked about it, and the mattress cover is what it is. For the $ there are probably other hotels available, but as I mentioned this has a great location to downtown, beautiful interior courtyard and we liked it, we would probably stay there again.

Lo que no me gusto es que seguramente de EXPEDIA se filtraron mis datos personales y recibí una llamada de extorsión, lo denuncie al hotel y quedo en revisión pero fue una muy mala experiencia al usar esta plataforma

All the staff were great. Good customer service 👍 The only thing is that they don't have fans in the room. Also the windows don't have screens.

• Mark (8/5): They may do a lot of events so I would enquire prior to booking in the future - It’s a beautiful building and it’s kept up well. I did not pay full price so it was a good value. The location is great. I believe the listing stated a mini fridge, but it did not have one, that was disappointing. Also, there was an event that went on for hours that was very loud. It ended early so it worked out OK never cooking a buffet in the courtyard grilling lots of meat and the amount of smoke and grease drifting into all of the rooms and spaces was laughable. I can’t imagine why they let that happen.
