- Consuelo (4/5): Will not use this facility in the future. - Breakfast was good. Items were empty but were restocked. The wash basin water pressure was very low. faucet was plugged and needed cleaning. Why is there a phone in the room and does not work? TV guide does not match TV channels.
- jacob (8/5): -
- Cherry (4/5): Not sure I will stay there again - I did not have breakfast Had to change my room. No problems doing it. The man was very nice about it. Toilet would not work and frig was frozen so did not work.
- Sarah (3/5): It was a place to stay in a pinch but I would not return. - 1st room had great AC, 2nd room was warm most of the night. The room needed updates. Bedding had minor stains. Toilet seat was out dated. Bath tub and walls were peeling. It appeared as if they had tried to paint them for updates. There room had an interesting odor to it.
- clemente (1/5): Bad - Nothing Never clean the rooms
- Anthony (10/5): -
- Lonnie (7/5): -
- richard (2/5): very poor maintance of room , furniture, and rooms where not clean & bathroom was small hard to use - Very bad only item was waffle and four slices of white bread some kind of egg items and meat igtem

- Carla (1/5): Horrible - Nothing Dirty room couldn’t get fresh towels every day had to call and when did didn’t receive was ask could I wait til morning.WOW! Paint peeling on shower tile, nasty sink, picture on wall not secure and headboard on bed leaning also the telephone broken
- Chantelle House (4/5): Not worth the money - The staff was friendly. There was hair everywhere (shower, bed). Mold on the blankets. Stains on the chairs, and dead bugs collecting behind the door in the document holder. The complimentary lotion had been used and left for me to use. Everything was unplugged, even the clock and the walls were dirty. It was quite expensive for very shabby room.
- Elsie (10/5): Thank You so much - The people running this place are very nice and makes me feel comfortable being here
- Jill (10/5): - Super friendly & got the kind of room I wanted.
- Maria (8/5): Very good - Meet my needs for me and my family .
- Ada Lee (2/5): - The room smelled of construction workers-----oily. Accessible bathroom was not really accessible. I was to stay 4 night but only stayed 1 night due to the room. Holes in the carpet. Did not feel safe.
- Garcia (1/5): Run down rooms. - Nothing Was out of date. Broken furniture, locks broken on door, comforter had burn holes in them. Water barley came out of faucets, and musty.Tv was really small. There was no hot breakfast or no breakfast for that matter as advertised. Price was too much for the quality inn stay. Would not recommend it at all. Worst rooms I ever stayed at.
- Christina (10/5): - Love the pricing and the pool always my first choice
- Gonzalez (4/5): Disappointing -
- Kenneth (8/5): - Location
- Paul (8/5): - Served my purposes nicely!
- Paula (8/5): It was ok. - We had a good bed and hot shower. The room was damp feeling. Too much moisture in the air.
- Jacob (4/5): Disappointing -
- Smith (8/5): Very good -
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Website pictures are very deceiving. Hotel overall very rundown and room had a moldy smell to it. Bathroom toilet seat was smaller than the toilet and the shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned. This hotel should be rated lower.
- Murphy (1/5): The whole place was a s*** can - Nothing about the place is good
- Rodriguez (3/5): Very UNSATISFIED - The location The room was smelly . The tub was VERY DIRTY. THE TOILET WOULDN'T COMPLETELY GO DOWN.THE REFRIGERATION WONT GET COLD. THE STAFF AT CHECK-IN WAS VERY COLD !!!!!!!! AT CHECK OUT THE WOMEN ACTED LIKE SHE DIDN'T CARE ABOUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE ROOM. VERY VERY UNSATISFIED WITH THIS STAY.
- Pierson (5/5): Disappointed - Room was clean. Bed was comfy. The air conditioner was good. Nice big refrigerator. Good location. The entire hotel was in need of upkeep and maintenance from the outside to the inside. Pool not operational. Unrepaired wall damage. Toilet was worrisomely loose. Was expensive for the current level of upkeep and does not seem to be at a level to be a Quality Inn. Too bad. Good location.
- Jordan (2/5): Worst hotel ever. - The room was musty in arrival, took forever to check in, there was a hole in the bathroom wall, the shower was broken, and in the middle of the night the plumbing made this god awful loud rumbling sound that woke us up out of a dead sleep. Highly do not recommend. It looks nothing like it does online.
- Bubba (10/5): - Good
- Mlinda M (2/5): - Room was supposed to be non-smoking and reeked of cigarette smoke like a smoking room does. Complained to front desk but no accommodation for the problem. The room was old and in dire need of a renovation. The room was extremely dirty and in poor repair. Beds were old and uncomfortable. Would not stay there again.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Don’t pay over $100 to stay. - We were in town for a music festival. What probably would have normally been a room that costs $60 a night was over $300, I’m guessing that was because of the festival. I was hoping this would be a reason for the hotel to really step things up, but it was a basic room that didn’t feel very sanitary. The shower looked as if it had not been cleaned in a while, maybe a rinse. There was a booger on the shower curtain. The water smelled and tasted weird. I think of the shower would have been clean, I would have felt less robbed lol.
- Jasmine (2/5): - Rooms were dirty, previous guests left socks on floor and were not picked up by staff, founds bugs on floor, bugs in light fixtures, faucets spray water everywhere, linens smelled bad, breakfast wasnt good, limited selection, outside/property felt unsafe and dirty, chairs thrown in pool. If issues get addressed property has potential.
- WILLIE (6/5): - Property was ok for a night stay. The bed and room was clean, however, the facility could use updating.
- Steven (5/5): Passable -
- Christina (10/5): - Love it
- Laperle (1/5): Bad -
- Kathy (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable, clean the bed was very comfortable, the room temperature was set for the weather, the p-tact unit was new.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Everything was good, even the breakfast for a Sunday morning. Giving a 4 because I don’t like showers with a shower head hose, just not enough water for my hair but that’s all
- Christina (10/5): - Love it
- LaTonia (2/5): - It was the wrong place for booking I'm trying to get my money back
- Dominic (7/5): Good -
- Jose (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jose (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dominic (7/5): Good -
- Dontrese (6/5): - Bathroom was too small. The shower head was too.
- Frank (10/5): - Had an awesome experience thank you for everything definitely will be coming back.
- Desirae (1/5): Horrible - The room was not clean vacuumed we had one towel it was not very pleasing no Wi-Fi as well we couldn’t hook our game to the tv it was a horrible stay
- Johnny R (10/5): - Good
- Cheryle (10/5): Average stay - Just needed a place to lay our heads down after a very busy day with family and work. It was not the best stay for room design. But, it did what I needed to do...sleep.
- Debra (8/5): Very good - The room was clean, location convenient. It is dated. Extremely small bathroom.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The young man that checked me in was nice enough, but the older gentleman was somewhat rude when he asked me if I was a pilot car driver and if my driver would be staying there as well and I said yes I am, and no he wont (because he has to stay where the company books his room).
- Rhonda (7/5): Good -
- Ceja (1/5): Bad -
- Ivan (10/5): - The front staff was awesome !!
- MABEL M (2/5): - Not good. Very small rooms and it smelled bad.
- Nancy (10/5): - Thank you
- Nancy (10/5): - Peaceful
- Jaime (10/5): - As a mom when I come out and stay with one, then both of my kids but mostly alone… I always feel safe and taken care of. I have had other hotels, motels and even a free stay at a B&B offered, but I will always choose Quality Inn stays. They truly make you feel like family!!
- Martin (1/5): Disgusting - Filthy, beds had bed bugs and the place was just completely disgusting!
- Bryan (1/5): This place is disgusting - Incredibly nasty, dirty disgusting. Brown stuff dripping on walls. Don't want to touch anything, the toilet seat, the tub, the floor..all very nasty Cleanliness is awful. It doesn't take money to be clean.
- Irma (1/5): Not good - Location I paid online for king bed and got two queen beds instead. Room smelled awful like mold and mildew. Won’t stay there again.
- Trinity (2/5): - Manger very rude
- Teri (4/5): - We found someone's expired prescription shampoo from 2021 in between the 2 towels in pur bathroom! Also, the "free breakfast" had expired food and a few days old doughnuts that were rock hard. I know it's a budget room (at $65/night), but it was not worth the itching/rashes that we ended up with!
- Nancy (10/5): - Nice
- Carolyn (2/5): - The entrance was filthy and it smelled terrible. Did not even get to room because of nasty floors etc. we were not about to stay there.
- Patricia (5/5): I would stay again - The staff was caring and kind and eager to make your stay nice for you. Had a great nights sleep. An older property that needs a lot of love BUT they are moving in that direction.
- Fredrick (2/5): - Beware of smoking rooms
- Nancy (10/5): - Clean
- Sylvia (2/5): - The room smelled musty. The sheets smelled as if they hadn't been washed and the sink counter and ice bucket were dirty. The gentleman who checked me in was nice but charged my credit card twice.
- Nancy (10/5): - Thank you for your hospitality
- Dan (9/5): Superb - The property was quiet and peaceful Pool was not open
- Carin (2/5): - …. Dirty bathroom, grounds had trash unpicked up the tow days we were there.
Noisy neighbors who cooked and drank outside till late hours of the night.
Would NOT recommend this place at all.
- Charles (6/5): It's not fancy, but it was clean and comfortable. - Came into town for music festival. Hotel served its purpose. Shower was hot, pressure not strong. Room was clean, but older. I consider it a good value for the money. Full size fridge in room They were in process of cleaning and opening pool, so it wasn't open to swim yet. Room was older, but it was clean. No other issues to report.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Very outdated, room was dirty, and needed repairs
- Tracie (4/5): - This is an old property in dire need of updating! While the bedding was clean, the walls weren’t. Curtains very worn, towels were old and threadbare. I didn’t take a shower due to the lack of feeling like it was clean. The furniture in the room is chipped and scratched badly, and there was a very strong, bothersome musty smell. The people working there were very rude. They offer a free breakfast but I gave that a hard pass after dealing with the condition of my room. This must be an old property, and it needs quite a bit of improving. For one night it worked, but I won’t be back. Was definitely not worth what I paid. Very disappointed.
- Kevin (2/5): Stay away - Did not stay. This place is a terrible mess. Dirty, smelly, very shabby. Front desk was very sketchy using my credit card multiple times - very poor. I left after seeing / smelling the room
- John (2/5): - Unbelievably bad. You should not be associated with facilitating the rental of such properties. When you have to pay nearly $300 for one night you expect it to be at least livable. The shower was inoperable and full of mold and the whole place was filthy. Burn holes in the bedspread. I went to Gonzales to see a friend preach. If I had not made the commitment to attend his sermon I would have turned around and gone back to San Antonio. I will think long and hard about using Expedia again. Sorry to say this but unacceptable is unacceptable. No one reading this would stay in this place.
- Sellie (5/5): Stay was ok since there was a shortage of staff. The office person was trying to do his best. - The beds were comfortable. Room not as clean as expected. Some furniture was broken and no soap in the room. Had to go to office to get soap.
- Perro (9/5): Superb -
- Melissa (6/5): - THE POOL WAS GREEN. HALF EATEN DONUT BEGINS THE DOOR TO ROOM. I DID NOT HAVE DONUTS. TV WENT OFF AT 8PM AND NEVER CAME BACK ON. CHECK OUT ABOUT 10:30AM AND STILL NO TV. TOILET RAN TO THE POINT OF SHUTTING OF THE WATER.
- Lisa (8/5): - Very clean.
- James (2/5): Not What I Expected - Not at all what I expected from the photos. This motel is very old and run down. The parking lot had people paint vehicles in it at night. I took my 12 year old granddaughter there for two nights but we only stayed one night. I do not recommend this motel.
- Gerard Scott (4/5): - It was gross. The front desk clerk was helpful and congenial but the facilities are just bad. The sink didn't drain, there were cigarette burns on the sheets, and we found bed bugs. I was refunded for one room and I appreciated the front desk clerk but I would never stay here again.
- Dick (2/5): - Manager hung up on me while discussing my reservation. He was very rude and not helpful.
- Stephanie (6/5): - Could have been cleaner.
- Richard (8/5): Clean and comfortable with helpful desk staff - Clean and comfortable with a real couch in room instead of chairs. Only problem was the ice machine was broken, but office manager supplied us ice from the office staff ice maker.
- Pamela (4/5): - Hotel is old and dirty. Manager was nice
- Janice (10/5): Helping a stranger - Stay here was exceptional from start to finish the room was asked prescribed the manager post was professional and friendly.
When he saw I was walking with a cane he came to my room and offered to help unload my luggage I was very surprised at this extra attention.. I noticed that about people in Texas friendly and looking out for each other even if they’re strangers
- Jason (4/5): - Absolutely nothing was good. Literally would've just been a place to sleep but with people in next room bumping music and yelling all night couldn't even get a rights rest.
- Cindy (10/5): - It was kept clean. The only thing i missed was the eggs and sausage they didn't have. But the manager was very nice about everything.
- Ricki (8/5): Very good - It was very nice. And staff was super. A/C wasnt very cool.
- Lnida (6/5): Pleasant -
- Anonymous (3/5): Poor -
- Valeria (1/5): Not a good stay at all. - The Manager Peter was the only friendly staff there. I didn't like find blood on a towel that was suppose to be clean / washed. Housekeeping should have thrown the towel away and not put it back into guest room. The sink had a water leak on the knobs and underneath the pipe. The water leaked out to the floor. The room door to entrance didn't seem secure at all. I didn't sleep well at all or feel safe at the Hotel. I won't ever be staying at a Quality Inn.
- Francisco (1/5): Bad - Loction Check in 2 hours late. No TV working at all.towel racks and bed boards poor condition. Coffee pot not working.
