• Nicole (10/5): Excellent - The location was excellent just in front of SM Iloilo, the staff were all friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. We also loved that the room had a microwave, which made our stay even more convenient. Guest parking was available as well. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

• Bey (10/5): Awesome experience - First, i love the location, accessible to everything. Well-known to tour guides for easy pick-up and drop off. Second, great facilites and amenities. We get what we paid for. Third, staff are accommodating, warmth, helpful and cheerful. My 2nd time in this hotel and I have again another booking on November of this year with my sisters and their families. Nothing because I keep coming back...

Close the SM City and staff are friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are getting so old and the shower heads need replacing. The lifts are so slow, and you don't know where they at all.

• Maylin (7/5): Great location, but water interruptions were inconvenient. - The location is perfect—it’s right in the heart of the city, making everything easily accessible. Whether you want to explore nearby attractions, dine at great restaurants, or simply enjoy the vibrant surroundings, this hotel places you exactly where you need to be. One downside during our stay was the water interruption, which was quite inconvenient for guests. It happened twice over our two-day stay, affecting our overall comfort and experience.

However, we were a bit disappointed that the dinner options were limited, as we were served the same meal (eggs and sausages) for two consecutive days. We hope that in the future, there could be more variety offered, both for dinner substitutions and in the breakfast buffet selections. meals during dinner and limited options in the breakfast buffet.

The staff were incredibly accommodating—even when we called at a late hour, they responded with the same energy and willingness to assist. Since our tours started early and we couldn’t make it to the scheduled breakfast, we asked if it was possible to have our meals packed in advance. They gladly granted our request, which not many hotels offer, so we truly appreciated it. Special thanks to Ms. Jesha at the reception for making sure everything was arranged smoothly. The hotel’s location is also a big plus. It’s conveniently close to street food options, with a 7-Eleven nearby, and SM just across the street. 👍👍👍👍 There’s also a nearby tricycle lane for quick errands, and public transportation is very accessible, making it easy to get around. None. Since all of our requests have been accommodated so we have nothing against the property

• Oliver (1/5): Staff lied about room availability. Internet failed 70% of the time. Basic maintenance neglected. - The second room was less tatty. The hot water worked in the second room. The internet worked in the second room about 30% of the time. Upon check-in I was allocated a noisy, poorly maintained room with mould growing on the window, non-functional internet, and no hot water. When I requested a room change, three staff members told me no other rooms were available. This was false — the hotel had six available rooms at the time. After challenging this directly they moved me to a better room, confirming the initial response was dishonest rather than a genuine capacity issue. Due to the internet failure and the deliberate misinformation from staff I requested a date change through Booking.com. This was refused. The internet issue was not resolved during my stay. The initial room was not acceptable by any reasonable standard. The staff response to a legitimate complaint was to lie about availability. Would not recommend and would not return.
