Guest Reviews
- TE-ATAWHAI (10/5): RELAXED - OWN PRIVATE POOL
COMFORTABLE BED
ROOM SERVICE FANTASTIC
ALL STAFF VERY WELCOMING
ALL STAFF FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, FRIENDLY N/A
- Raj (8/5): - Overall service
- Jason (5/5): Mixed feelings - First villa was amazing We had to be moved out of our villa due to dangerous power shortages and nothing was offered for compensation paid good money to stay in the luxury villa
Kerran pyysimme erikseen altaan siivouksen.

- Sebastian (8/5): - The staff was exceptionally friendly! They were super nice to our young boy and we enjoyed the informal chats. And the private pools are a highlight <3 The location is mostly reachable by car and exploring the neighborhood by foot at night is not recommended (dogs).
- Winnie (8/5): Very good -
- Rishabh (1/5): Bad - We didn’t like anything (Everything) the toilet is very dirty the swimming pool is very dirty the utensils are not proper I recommend that you should not come over here
- Hassan (8/5): somehow satisfied its my second year i visit this resort - the villa is quite nice and the bed is big and comfortable the staff are very nice and the shared swimming pools are nice with a wonderful view and stay prices are good . i wish they work on the kitchen menue and quality of food especially the breakfast
the couch in the villa is not comfortable.
and the tv needs to be updated.
- Stacey (10/5): It was what we expected. Thank you 🙏 - Location was great. Private and away from the main road. Lovely smiling welcoming staff from the get go. Very attentive. Aircons kept us nice and cool. Absolutely beautiful paths to the rooms, well lit. Under the pool bridges could do with a clean otherwise the rest of the room was spotless. VERY COMFORTABLE BEDS AND HOT SHOWERS thank you! We came for our 4 year anniversary and felt very special with a congratulatory note and a cake just for us! Thank you 🙏 Easy and super quick car rides with Grab to wherever you need to go. It’s like their Uber. A few restaurant options nearby. We highly recommend Luxotic! Nothing to not like
- Abdulrahman (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sheena (8/5): - Beautiful property, amazing views. Located high up on a backroad so not at all walkable to anything. We booked a villa with a private pool. Room was clean, large and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was small, but food was delicous. Would stay again but not for more than a couple days due to location.
- Tolgam82 (10/5): Exceptional -
- Krishna (1/5): Lacking basic essential items - Buffet breakfast was good and kids swimming pool was ok size These villa are lacking some of the basic essential items like toaster, microwave, cooking pan etc. Rooms were very small almost like a prison. No breathing space. Lounge was very small. It is also located at the middle of nowhere, away from shops and restaurants. Laundry facility was way too expensive so we had to find another laundry outside. I would not recommend holiday makers to stay here
- Pardeep (10/5): Exceptional -
- Australia (8/5): Very good -
- Rico (8/5): Very good -
- Deelan (8/5): Very good - Very clean and well maintained, beautiful view and lovely staffs Restaurant menu and breakfast can be improved
- Shabbir (9/5): Superb -
- Alpha (1/5): Bad - Bed was ok Pictures of the room didn t
Worst to stay in nusa dua
Pool are dirty and unsuable
Room was dirty. Windows under the bed and bathroom
80€ per night for one of worst hotel in bali really disappointed.
No cocktail at the bar just lemonade that they call mocktail...
So definitely didn t worth your stay and your money
- Deniz (10/5): - Pool war nicht sauber.
Viel staub im Zimmer.
Frühstück sehr wenig Auswahl
Personal sehr nett!!
- Noonan (5/5): Passable - The pool was good, even though it was shallow. The staff at the front desk were not experienced and sometimes not very helpful.
- Sandra (8/5): - Was really disappointed with the dirty tide mark around the top of our private pool..
- Arkadiusz (1/5): Bad -
- Rahimi (9/5): Superb -
- Yougesh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stephen (8/5): It was ideal for our aim to relax and rest. The private pool is a must have from now on. - Private pool was great. Bed was comfy. Air con was very good. Very clean, Staff very helpful but some struggled with English. Restaurant was very clean and good. The whole place was very quiet. Taxis where very quick to pick us up. Not far from airport and Nusa Dua and Bali Collection The restaurant menu could have been more varied. The location was on top of a hill, Great for catching any breeze but a steep climb back from the main street at the bottom. Area is a mixture of flash housing and semi-rural No other amenities close by.
- Hassan (9/5): It was a nice stay and if i go back to bali i will visit this place for sure. - The room was very nice and clean
It has a nice pool
I stayed for 3 nights
Compared to other places its worth the price
The staff are so nice and so helpful anytime u ask for something they will help.
The place is so relaxing and the shared pool is big enough with a big pool for kids also.
The sun hits the pool all time and the sunset is beautiful there. Breakfast was so limited but good quality to be fair.
- Jean (4/5): - Cosmetically the property was very nice but that’s where it ended the pool area had no shade or table and chairs ( we had to request them ) and they brought two loungers with no covering and an umbrella and a table also on the weekend there was two very large weddings and they were celebrated at the pool are so two days we had no access to use the pool area.
The food in the only restaurant was very bad vey same limited menu every day I only went a few times and all I could see that I could eat was spring rolls and French fries.
Also the stairs leading down to the pool were very deep and wide with no hand rail at either side very nerve racking and dangerous.
No where to have a glass of wine or coffee anywhere.
The room had a cooking facility with no utensils no glasses to drink from once again we had to ask.
No table and chairs either inside or outside no shade again we had to ask.
Their was no access to get out of the resort without hiring a taxi as we tried walking one day and it was a very very steep hill and dangerous and by the time we got back to our room we almost collapsed.
Basically most of our holiday money went on taxis as we couldn’t stay at the Resort as there was nothing to entertain us it was a disaster.
I could not recommend this Resort I feel we’re charged a lot of money for what was basically bed and breakfast.
To be fair the staff were friendly polite and did their best but they were limited in what they could do.
- David (8/5): - Nice enough place to stay. A little bit dated in some areas but nice overall.
Not very close to shops or bars and nothing is within walking distance.
- Mohamed (7/5): Good -
- Tayla (2/5): The room and aircon was lovely but other than that nothing was too exciting. - Not much it has a pool table which is very fun and the room is good but not good other than the pool. I didn’t like the service or the food they had. There wasn’t much variety when it came to food choices.
- Seah (9/5): Overall a pleasant stay. Breakfast was awesome. - Location , service and breakfast.
- Boris (7/5): Good -
- Mohamed (10/5): Exceptional -
- Boris (7/5): Good -
- Muslicha (8/5): Very good -
- Sid (1/5): i do not recommend - Nothing This is the worst hotel I took in Nusa dua, be careful AC is not working it’s only a fan, for the pool it’s dirty all the time because they cheat on the filter, also it is never the same as the photo you book, it is not same.
For the wifi it is really bad, they will say the WiFi will be good at the reception but I will watch my movies and series at the reception ? Sleep at the reception ?
The service is terrible the food is disgusting and all frozen food, even the breakfast is taste frozen food.
Insects all around the pool will be a nightmare if you try to have fun in the dirty pool and of course only foot because the pool is not deep.
At the end of the stay they will find a way to overcharge you without a shame for things you did not do, around 200.000 or 400.000 to over charge for free.
I do not recommend this hotel you have GIRI BAGHAWAN just the other side of the street you will be happy to sleep there, but Luxotic is a fraud.
- Jacinda (5/5): 5/10 stars but costs the same price as a hotel we stayed at which we would rate 10 stars. - This place was very scenic and makes for good photos of the pool as it is on a hill overseeing the area. The breakfast was reasonable and affordable. The coffee was disappointing (jug of coffee) and cold and there were no cereal options for kids. it had a mix of some fruit, eggs, balinese dishes like rice and toast. Basic but edible. It was very nice and clean in the restaurant and modern. The room service food was good and well priced. It was a small range but OK to get for poolside snacks. The curtains blocked out light really well so if you wanted to sleep you wouldn't even know it was daylight out. The staff were friendly and the landscaping and outdoor spaces were beautiful and very well kept. We didn't use the kitchen as our stay was short but it would be very handy if you were staying for a few more days to be able to make and store your own food and not have to eat out or call room service for every meal. The pool was a good temperature and it was nice to have some quiet time hanging around it for a bit. I would say this place is great to feel totally disconnected and quiet. The walk down the hill leads to a main road with some shops and market type stalls but we didn't have a chance to get to those and they seem a lot more active at night. It has a little chapel which looks like a nice place to have a small wedding. There was one set of physical keys to get in the villa and different keys for different doors which all needed jiggling for a bit to get them to lock and unlock. The place was very quiet which would be great if you are after that but it was quiet eerie and as it is at the top of a tiny winding street up a hill there is nothing really close to give light or to wander too confidently at night if you have kids. When we asked for a taxi pickup on our final day the lady at the desk forgot to call them until we followed it up 30 minutes later. We had been staying at an amazing hotel the week prior at the same cost per night so coming here seemed a bit quiet and isolating after that. I had hoped to get a massage on my last day so didn't get it at our prior hotel as Id seen the top review for this place was that they had been able to organise a masseuse to come to the villa but this wasn't available at all nor was childcare. The bathrooms are open air so we didn't get great sleep as the mosquitos would slip in whenever we went between the bathroom and bedrooms and hid behind the many curtains to come and bite us at night. The hot water system only allowed one of us to have a short shower or shallow bath and then noone else till it warmed up about an hour or two later. We had 2 adults and three kids so this wasn't super convenient when everyone jumps out of the pool. The pillows were not comfortable. None of the batteries for the safes or AC remote controls worked properly. The floor mustn't have been very clean as the soles of our feet were black within 10 minutes of entering. One day the pool had this strange coating/film on the service that looks iridescent- We think it must have been a spray for mosquitos treatment but we told the front desk and when we returned from an outing they had it cleaned nicely.
- Anthony (10/5): Effortless - Clean and very private Very nice
- Edelmann (2/5): Very poor -
- Nima (7/5): Average - It was a specious place and the staff were very nice It didn't have easy access to anywhere. It is located in a remote area in Nusa Dua
- Barry (10/5): Very good - Excelent breakfast great area Position
- Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent Customer Service and best Facilities. - We really loved our stay here, the staff were really nice, friendly, helpful and welcoming and the facilities are the best,
The hotel setup is luxurious plus calm location, away from the city:
If you’re looking for somewhere calm to chill, then I would highly recommend this hotel
- Al (8/5): Very good -
- Al (8/5): Very good -
- Novi (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Robert (10/5): - Only Asian guests during our stay of 10 days, which is totally fine of course! Luxotic is definitely off the tourist trail, being in Mumbul - a few km's inland from Nusa Dua (to the East), and Kuta / Seminyak (to the North).
The Luxury Villa we stayed in was about AUD$345 per night, so not cheap, but the Villas are big and setup for privacy & space.
Internet was mostly slow, but still worked, giving you ample time while surfing online, to stay refreshed with your favourite Cocktail or Bintang - in the large private pool of course! There's also a big shared pool over 3 different levels, which is awesome in the afternoon, heading towards sunset.
Staff are amazing, so friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble, and a couple of minor glitches were fixed very quickly. On-site food was pretty good, enough choice so you never went hungry. Breakfast was Buffet style in the restaurant on-site, and they had a limited room service menu as well. Our booking included on-site breakfast everyday, which was great and set you up for the day's activities. We had a few go's at the room service, and again it's pretty good. And if you want something different to eat, grab a Gojek or Taxi and follow your nose.
If you want to see and experience the authentic life of everyday Balinese going about their daily lives (outside the tourist areas), give Mumbul a shot.
We'll be back.
- Rames (2/5): Very poor -
- Ronic (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yin (8/5): Very private and peaceful stay, would recommend for those seeking a quiet location. - The staff were amazing and very friendly and helpful. The room on arrival was tidy and well cleaned each day it was remade. The staff were very accommodating with check in/out times and the security at the entrance was very welcoming. Hospitality and warmth was exceptional. The menu has a great variety and food is fresh too! The bathroom uses natural ventilation and the air in the bathroom can get quite still/stuffy.
- Jazayeri (5/5): Everything outside the villa you stay in is great. Once you enter your villa, that’s when it goes downhill - The lobby and hallway to get to your villa is very nice. The public pool area has a great view as well and the staff are very nice The property isn’t the cleanest. You could see some light dirt resting at the top of the pool so we didn’t use it once. There was limescale on all the water facilities. We had a lot of ants in the bathroom that came through the vent. One of our biggest issue was that the water pressure kept dropping badly. We stayed there for 3 days, 2 nights and all 3 days we had to call the engineer to fix the water pressure. They would always say the issue won’t come back but Ofc it did. This gets extremely annoying when you’re trying to shower after a long day in the sun. Also the entrance to the place is quite hidden away where drivers sometimes get confused too
- Roanna (10/5): Would highly recommend this place, definitely coming back 🥰 - Everything - simply stunning nothing
- Zaynab (10/5): Our stay was absolutely amazing! Staff were so super helpful and always there when help was needed. - Honestly enjoyed every single moment in the vila and was extremely sad to leave. Absolutely nothing!!
- Okeke (10/5): Epic Stay - Luxotic Private Villa exceeded my expectations. I loved it. This exclusive paradise with clean flowing private pool was epic. The manager Mrs. Zhang was very helpful and the staff members were very hospitable and professional. I enjoyed the serenity and calmness. I took a stroll to the main road and visited stores as well. I enjoyed the Spa treatment booked by Mrs. Zhang (the best) and I had to book another appointment with that Spa. This villa was worth every dime. Enjoyed the steak dinners. Would definitely visit again in future when in Nusa Dua Nothing. I loved it
- Verified traveler (6/5): -
- Lee (8/5): Secluded Villa - This Villa is secluded in Nusa Dua for a very relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle of Bali. It is high in the hills of Nusa Dua and the views especially at night is breathtaking.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice little gem - The hotel is hard to find initially but it was really nice and secluded for a romantic getaway. The service is outstanding and they do their best to make your stay comfortable. Thumbs up to the staff!
- malik (8/5): Hotel qui correspond au critère proposer - Très bon hôtel très très bon personnel pas de mauvaises surprises
- Carey (10/5): good! - 1.it is a little diffcult to find the villa, but not a big problem. the path to the Villa is near the horizon hotel.
2. all the staffs are friendly and helpful and their English is OK. although something in the Villa looks old, the environment(rooms) is cleaned and just 100% the same as the profile picture.
3.food is good with low price.
4.in my room, the showerheads is work butnot very good.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Peaceful & Quiet 😍 - Beautiful place, the staff were fantastic, could not do enough for you. Best Nasi Goreng EVER!
Room cleaned everyday, food was fantastic, cocktails were AWESOME!
- KAM FAI GEORGE (8/5): Seven angels villa - Good. Provide free transportation to places near the hotel and airport
- xuemei (10/5): Good hotel - The service is really good. Rooms are clean. The hotel is a little bit far from the beach.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Loved it, although my girl had to go back to work the day before we left. Definitely a "must" if you want privacy, beautiful surroundings, and a romantic feeling for you both
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice hotel with friendly staff...location is quite secluded..
- erin (10/5): Amazing Villas - Stayed 7 nights here and it was the best stay we have had in Bali to date. Everything was perfect and no hassle to accomodate cooking a special meal for my birthday, along with the staff suprising me with a cake. The staff, food, villas, cleanliness were amazing!!! Will be back to get married here!
- Shivasharan (10/5): Awesome! - We had been on our honeymoon to Bali and our stay at the Seven Angels Villa was awesome.
The staff at the hotel were very helpful for everything and really courteous. The room was very neat and well kept and the amenities in the room was really good.
The restaurant was very accommodating by preparing us tasty vegetarian food when requested. They were our saviours. :-)
Would like to make a special mention of Mr. Bagus from the hotel. Thanks a lot for all the help during our stay.
You guys made our honeymoon a memorable one. Will miss you guys. :-)
The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far away from the main road and for people wanting to roam around the hotel will be tough without renting a bike or car.
