Sehr bequem ist , dass die Gaststätte im Hotel ist und auch ihr Service ist sehr gut!!😀😄😃 Fahrradraum könnte größer sein, weil dafür der Bedarf groß ist! Aber schön, dass es überhaupt einen gibt.

- Holger (8/5): Schöne Unterkunft, auch für Radreisende - Gut gelegen, nettes Personal, zweckmäßiges Zimmer Fahrradraum war zu klein, die Räder mussten wir im Freien stehen lassen. Das Bad war etwas kühl, weil wir die Wärmelampe zu spät gesehen haben.

- Carsten (5/5): Kaltes Bad und Zimmer mit kurzen Nächte - Die zentrale Lage Die Hellhörigkeit im Hotel. Die Zimmertür war so dünn und mit großem Spalt unten und hatte keinerlei Schallschutz zum Flur. Unsere Nacht war jeden Morgen um 7.00 Uhr vorbei und das ist nicht unsere Vorstellung von einer Auszeit. Das Bad hat keine Heizung und war sehr kalt. Da hat auch die kleine Wärmelampe nicht geholfen. Auch das Zimmer war nur mäßig warm. Wenn wir uns die Heizung auf 3 gestellt haben damit das Zimmer warm ist wenn wir zurückkommen wurde diese vom Reinigungspersonal auf 2 zurückgestellt. Außerdem hat es im Zimmer und Bad immer leicht muffig gerochen. Wir kommen nicht wieder!

Kostenloser Parkplatz im Hof. Füßgängerzone/Zentrum fußläufig erreichbar. Alles sauber. Kann man wirklich weiterempfehlen!

- Nicole (7/5): - Haben eine Nacht für 2 Personen gebucht. Das Personal ist nett und die Zimmer sind ruhig gelegen (Zimmer zum Parkplatz, dieser ist kostenlos). Zudem hat das Hotel eine kleine Bar in dem man auch eine Kleinigkeit essen kann. Zimmer nicht besonders groß aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ausreichend. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und war ausreichend. Die Betten waren leider sehr hart und das Mobiliar ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider wurde mein bestellter Burger erst nach 1 1/2 Std. gebracht.

- Frank (8/5): Gute Übernachtung auf Radtour - Wir waren auf Radtour nach Berlin. Gutes Hotel am Rand der Innenstadt mit Fahrradkeller, sehr nettem Personal und gutem Essen/Frühstück. Luckenwalde reißt einen nicht vom Hocker. Für 1 Nacht geht es so.

Tolles großes Zimmer mit Kühlschrank, Fernseher, gut funktionierendem WLAN. Ausreichende Steckdosen für die Ladegeräte. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut sortiert, es wird ständig nachgelegt, sehr aufmerksame Bedienungen.

Breakfast was good, with a range of cold buffet options and some hot food. Bed was comfortable. Free bottle of water. My room was very old fashioned, and an old fridge was being stored in the corner (removed from a cupboard in the room, which instead contained an open tub of coffee grounds - to try and mask a bad smell??). No air conditioning, not even a fan (as stated in the hotel description). A crew of workmen in the car park from 6,30 am.

- Wanda (9/5): Best service, super friendly, very clean and comfy, we had a wonderful stay. - We arrived late at night, they were waiting for us, big smile on their face. Luckenwalde is a small town and there were no open shops around. There were 2 big bottles of sparkling water in the room waiting for us, free of charge. This was a true life saver. We went there for a wedding, that was happening 10 km away from the hotel early in the morning, and when the transport we had arranged canceled on us, the lovely person at the reception helped us out and got us a taxi (which is really hard to get there). When we got back from the wedding at 02:00 am, and they had left us 2 more bottles of water, we couldn't be more thankful!

No complimentary water even on 30 degrees weather. No fridge. No aircon, it was super hot in the room. I did not enjoy my stay. Shower has hole on the top, very suspicious. This is not worth the 3 stars for a hotel.

- Claudia (8/5): Decent basic hotel with lovely staff and great breakfast - Friendly and helpful staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Small bar on-site with food. Great breakfast! We were a bit surprised that the Hotel was actually in the upper floors of a building with doctor's surgeries and pharmacy, so not a classical lobby entrance etc. But apart from that, we were positively surprised with the comfort and service. If you are noise-sensitive, some rooms are facing the street, so passing cars on cobblestone may be an issue. For the rear facing rooms, these were fairly hot as sun-facing, furthermore, there was an early rubbish collection in the back yard that disturbed morning sleep. Not a problem though if you keep windows shut.

- Jurgen (7/5): What I expected from their website. - It's as advertised, basic wholesomeness. It's a decent, clean, safe space in which you can spend the night. It'll never be the Ritz, but it's not a dump either. What I liked - all instructions (Wi-Fi connection for example) in English and German, the dinner and breakfast selection, the cleanliness and functionality of the room. A bar fridge for those hot German summer days, ever more present courtesy of climate change... Maybe a mini kettle to complement the fridge?

- 503hanka (10/5): Top breakfast - We visited Luckenwalde city for in-line skating and decided to stay for 1 night after. We found this hotel which is very good located. All the staff was very friendly and helpfull, especially in the morning when we were a little bit late for breakfast. It would be huge mistake to miss so great meal. They let us enjoy the meal and they still stay to be very kind. That was one of the best breakfast ever. Not much choice of food, but everything perfect and top. We were also late for check out and staff was still nice. We will come back next time for sure, thank you.
