The staff were very friendly, and the manager was helpful, and several occasions invited me for an on the house drink in the Rooftop bar which has great views!!! It's clean, has a good breakfast and anything you need the staff can organise l. The porters l, and cleaners were also very nice! Good hotel. Slightly away from the city, but a tuk tuk ride is only 15-20 mins

- SINGHARAJAGE (1/5): - Disappointing Stay – Lacked Basic Essentials We recently stayed at this hotel and were quite disappointed with the lack of basic amenities. There were no face towels or bath towels provided, and even the toilet rolls appeared to have been used or partially empty. There were no bathrobes available, and concerningly, the door was missing a security chain lock, which made us feel unsafe. For the price we paid, we expected at least the minimum standard of comfort and hygiene. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

The restaraunt mama Acer was happy to oblige by having an omelette (Sri Lankan style) made. No bar fridge in room-told it was an option only if requested! I Informed them it was standard practice in all BW properties a few countries The door lock could not be locked resulting in an hour delay to us with a cab waiting. Additionally the tea & coffee making were peculiar ! Only TWO tea bags, NO coffee , once again NEVER in 50 years or more of travelling including back packing have I encountered this. Finally no sanitary pad disposable bags. Hygiene ? Getting bags up the steps is very difficult and a small ramp for the two or three steps will enable wheeling suitcases up.

Its location near the hospital is incredibly convenient, especially for anyone visiting patients or attending appointments. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere despite being close to a busy area.

When I entered the breakfast room, the table wasn't set, and the products like fruit, fruit juice, butter, confectionery, and milk were practically all empty. The presentation wasn't nice, it was dirty, and overall, it wasn't really clean. The manager was just on his phone, and I had to go to him and "ask" about breakfast products. What annoys me even more is that everyone always asks about money and payment first. Instead of the guest first experiencing the service and the "product," and then paying. Finally, I'm still receiving emails in a language I can't even read. In summary, I wouldn't recommend the hotel.

- ilkee (4/5): Başka otel seçin - Otelin duşu ve sıcak suyu harikaydı. Su asla kesilmiyordu. Banyonun genişliği ve su hızı iyiydi. Havluları temizdi. Eşyaları koyacak alan vardı. Personelin karşılama tavrı çok kötüydü. Rezervasyonda özellikle odanın büyük olmasını seçmemiz ve söylememize rağmen bize küçük oda verildi. Manzarası yoktu. Rezervasyon şartlarını sağlamıyordu. Fazla para vermemize rağmen oda verilmedi. Bu hususu resepsiyoniste iletmemize rağmen değişiklik yapmadı. Odanın doğru olduğu konusunda inatlaştı. Boş odalarının olmadığını belirtti. Havlu, şampuan, su vb. şeyler eksikti. Belirtmemize rağmen geç getirildi. 1 saat sonra da oda telefonundan uykumuzdan uyandıracak şekilde aradılar. Ve dilersek oda değiştirebileceğimizi belirttiler. Ama artık uyuyorduk. Kahvaltısı da sri lankadaki çoğu yere göre kötüydü. Çalışan eliyle yemekleri tekrar diziyordu. Kısacası 4 yıldızı hak eden bir otel değildi. Kalmayın. Bu fiyata daha iyi konaklama seçenekleri mevcut.

- Nuwan Fonseka (7/5): Overall, I can say that the experience was good and value for money. - The Hotel is conveniently located in a not very busy part of the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had two separate bookings, and they accommodated us in the same room. Overall, the service was great. The room floor wasn't very clean, and there was hair left all over, I believe from the last guest. Also, they didn't have enough toiletries. Shampoo and body wash weren't enough for two people. Also, when we arrived, there wasn't any toilet paper, and it needed to be requested.

The room was clean and comfortable, staff went above and beyond to help, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety. Location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. Highly recommended!

The staff were ever so helpful and always going out of their way to please us. We didn't really like the Sri Lankan breakfast but the staff offered to prepare english breakfast just for us.
- Mithilesh Dnyanesh (7/5): 3 star hotel just to stay overnight... - the terrace restaurant which is like a sky lounge, the view from the top is good city view. Bar with live music (weekends only) is the only thing which we liked about this hotel. the restaurant is good. staff is good and cooperative. the hotel seems a shady place inside the floors. everywhere they have written & highlighted that anything missing or stolen HOTEL is not responsible for the same. firstly the room given to us was having lock issues which they tried repairing but didn't solved so then our room was changed in this our more than 1hr was wasted.

- Muhammad Afroz (5/5): Services can be better, but need someone to take care of it properly. All staff need to be changed - Location The property doesn't have any such facilities and charging extra. Rooms are not cleaned for long. There were lizards in the washroom and even after complaining no action was taken. Every staff is very demotivated, No one is bothered to give any proper service. House keeping services are only for limited hours, after 9pm till 6am no services are provided neither anyone responds. Our stay was long at least they should have courtesy of giving a good service, furniture is very old. The property is not value for money.

- Saleem Pothiwala (10/5): Best value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. - Breakfast was really good. lot of options plus the chef was happy to make something for you if you wanted. They made a huge plate of kotthu for us on our last day. Everything was perfect. No complaints.

- sherons86 (10/5): Beautiful stay - I stayed for 1 night at Best Western Elyon in Colombo. Our flight was late at night and we checked in at 1am and the staff had our dinner prepared and delivered to our room even at that time. The rooms nice and clean and staff are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

We even had dinner in our rooms given we had arrived quite late from the airport and it was delicious! Do check it out it's good value for money.

Nu am avut mini frigider în cameră... acest lucru este inadmisibil la un lanț hotelier de renume de 4 stele! Mic dejun slab iar ca locație departe de orice!
