Helpful notices warning of the disruption vs our previous hotel who told us nothing. Big plus for Montenapoleone! Bright room with lots of natural light, shutters to air the room and super clean. Great location as well. Price maybe but actually probably reasonable given booked with 12 hours notice on a strike day!

- Julie (10/5): Amazing! Highly recommend 😊 - We loved the very friendly welcome and the assistance from the staff was amazing. We loved the location. Bed was extremely comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean. Train/trains extremely close. Duomo and shopping only a 5 min walk. The convenience store just across the road. Took a day trip to Lake Como and Bellagio using the trains and then the ferry to Bellagio. Amazing !!! There was really nothing we didn’t like about this accommodation. We did have another booking for 1 night at the end of the Month as we are flying out from Milan but plans have changed slightly and we had to cancel I was looking forward to coming back and staying for that one night 😔

They considered many details in the room for our comfort. There was even a hair straightener in the bathroom. Room was clean and they cleaned the room every day. Nice staff. Персонал улыбается, но помощь не всегда оказывает: жена возвращалась с пакетами, даже не помогли. Джакузи работает, но отваливаются крышки форсунок. Просьба починить осталась за 4 дня не реализованной.

- Ofelia (7/5): Perfect location, great staff - Perfect location, everything is walking distance. Amazing customer service and staff in general, all super attentive and kind. The cleaning always on point. The size of the Stefano room. Given that I stayed 9 nights, and that I often stay in this location during my work trips, so I'm quite familiar with other rooms set-ups, I would say that I've got the smallest room set-up, which didn't have even a mirror.

- Phing Phing (10/5): Fantastic and clean room with lots of space and within walking distance to the shopping district and Duomo - Spacious suite that can accomodate four adults! Nothing - loved the place and this is the second time we have booked it. Well maintained even after 10 years from our last visit.

- Jessica (8/5): great value for money. recommend! - room is spacious, spotless clean, location is unbeatable free snacks and beverages is a nice touch, good amenities including a hair straightener staffs are welcoming and very helpful, responsive to problems and solved quickly. our room faces the main road, the first night was so noisy esp after mid-night. my kid kept waking up and we didnt get to sleep much either. Staff was responsive and moved us to a different building next morning.

- Sue (9/5): Fabulous, boutique style hotel in a perfect location - The location was superb, down a small quiet lane but within 5 minutes walk of the Duomo and restaurants. The room was lovely, comfortable and well laid out. Staff were lovely. Small details like the air con unit being located behind a curtain was silly and the layout of the shower was very bad but they are things beyond the hotels control now.

- BADER (10/5): شكراً - انصح فيه وبقوه قريب من الدومو 5 اللي 6 دقايق مشي والسياره وقفها قدام الفندق وانساها يمكن تجيك مخالفه. بس سحب مايسحبونها يومين موقفها و محد درا عني وببلاش والغرفه حلو والمكان هادي جداً لا شي

- Ines (3/5): Non satisfaire - Bon emplacement. Personnel aimable. Bain à remous qui ne fonctionne pas. Se vide par dessous il y avait de l’eau partout. Le bouchon coincé impossible de vider l’eau.
