• Luca (3/5): Non è tutto oro quello che luccica - Contesto Personale non accogliente che si lamenta degli altri clienti e che ti sta dietro dietro per vedere se fai qualcosa di sbagliato tipo ti chiede se ti sei fatto la doccia prima di entrare in piscina o se sbagli a colazione a prendere un piatto che magari hai già sul tavolo, soggiorno di due notti, al ritorno dalla prima stanza non riassettata e nessun cambio asciugamani. Colazione scarsa e con il personale che pare che ti controlli pure quanto prendi da mangiare

• Tereza (7/5): - Bazén, hezký pokoj a dobrá snídaně. Chaotický check in, není zde recepce. Paní nás neuvitala ani se nepředstavila, čekali jsme přes 10 min než se nám začala věnovat. Až po ubytování nám začala v koupelně montovat chybějící sprchovou hlavici. Během pobytu se přístup nezměnil. To hodně ovlivnilo náš dojem z ubytování.

Credo che il gestore sia davvero appassionato del suo lavoro e dimostri un impegno notevole nel mantenere la struttura impeccabile. Complimenti a tutto lo staff per l'eccellente gestione della manutenzione. La accoglienza dei clienti da parte del gestore Nicola invece e tutt’un altro discorso, nonostante sia sempre stato rispettoso e professionale. Nelle conversazioni intrattenute con il gestore ho sentito tante lamentele riguardo agli altri clienti, (pure di quelli che non si erano ancora presentati per la colazione, nonostante mancassero ancora 30 minuti alla fine del servizio). Questo mi fa capire su quanto possano esserci lamentele simili nei miei confronti, soprattutto per la mia richiesta di pagare il supplemento per il cane di 20 euro con il bancomat, anziché in contante. Suggerisco di posizionare cartelli nelle aree vietate ai cani. Quando sono arrivata con il mio cane (di soli 3 kg), sono stata subito rimproverata perché era sull'erba mentre aspettavo per pochi minuti all'ombra per il check-in. Subito dopo, il gestore mi ha avvertita riguardo a un “cane maremmano sciolto” nella struttura, consigliandomi di non lasciare mai il mio cane libero, perché “se lo trova lo sbrana”. Scoprendo il giorno dopo che non era vero, sono rimasta perplessa. La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata: niente frutta né pane fresco. Sono rimasta sorpresa nel trovare brioche surgelate in una struttura in campagna. Tuttavia, il mio tavolo era fortunatamente accanto alla finestra, dato che non è possibile scegliere il posto né per la colazione, né nel giardino o in piscina, anche quando la piscina è vuota. Un altro aspetto negativo riguarda la catena all’ingresso: nei giorni di pioggia, costringe a camminare su un piccolo tratto di erba, anche con i tacchi alti o con le valigie. Riconosco e rispetto le scelte fate dalla gestione, ma sono sincera, non ci ritornerei perché non mi sono sentita a mio agio, e purtroppo questo per me conta molto di più di una struttura perfettamente curata e in ordine. Ringrazio nuovamente tutto lo staff per il lavoro svolto, una cortesia che purtroppo non mi è mai stata ricambiata nei miei confronti prima della partenza.
• Miruna (7/5): Good - It’s a good value for money even if it’s a bit far from the main attractions in Tuscany. The place is really quiet and relaxing. The mattress is just perfect. There are a few important things that are missing, for exemple a mirror or a dryer. The staff doesn’t speak English at all. They tend to spy everything and the owner is really rude, hopefully you won’t meet her.

Bla er der et lille the køkken, med absolut ingenting og på stedet kan man intet få ud over morgenmad Der er 8 små lejligheder på stedet, og forpagterne går så meget op i bitte små ting, pånær når det er til egne gæster Pool bliver renset oftest i løbet af dagen, hvor man egentlig er på vej i poolen, men det må vi så ikke de næste 2 timer, så rens den om morgenen aftenen el noget ikke kl 15 el andet

• Dino (2/5): - DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! This place is running a SCAM!!!! I stayed here 2 nights with my family and it has been an absolute nightmare! First of all, upon “check in” we realized that there is no reception. We met the property managers in the parking lot and they brought us to our apartment. Then after checking in, bringing in our bags and dogs, the man insisted to come in our apartment to “controllare” our stuff and see our dogs. He opened up the bedroom door and completely violated our privacy. He requested an additional 24 euros CASH for cleaning (this is not written online) to which he never provided us with a receipt. He overstayed his welcome and gave us the rules of the property for almost 30 minutes. There is NO bar and restaurant on the property as described online. This is FALSE!!!! The next morning, we missed breakfast by only 30 mins. I asked the woman if there was anywhere I could simply get a coffee and she replied that we had to leave the hotel and go to town to find one. Lastly, although they “allow” dogs they are not allowed anywhere on the property. You can’t even sit outside on the patio with them. They made me bring my dogs to some field in the back of the property. I nearly stepped on a poison toad that evening and almost poisoned my dog. There is no actual shower. The shower nozzle is on the wall and when you shower, you literally flood the bathroom. The tiles were full of MOLD! After checking out, they sent me an email extorting me for additional €200.

Nice and clean pool with beautiful view, a spacious parking lot, the garden is very well maintained, the rooms are clean and the stuff is kind. A very large lack of options for breakfast almost all prepackaged. It can be improved with local/typical products. The wifi can be more stable. There are no glasses in the rooms or a mosquito net.

• Jason & Kerry (10/5): Our Perfect Stay in an ideal Area of Tuscany. - We arrived in the late evening by car around 8:30pm and was greeted at the gates by a member of staff. We asked if any restaurants were open around the area and was happily invited to dinner in the restaurant at the hotel. 3 of best course dinner we have had in Italy for the past 2 weeks. We sat outside for dinner next to the lit barrel fire an enjoyed a bottle of wine or was it 2. :) A lovely setting for dinner with an Amazing view over Tuscany. The hotel was meant for us to be a 1 night stop off and continue our wedding venue search around Italy. We decided to stay an extra 3 nights. The truth is. We loved the food so much and had the best sleep so we didn't really want to leave. I rarely write any reviews online about hotels or restaurants but this time i had to. The swimming pool and hot tub was a nice addition. Breakfast in the morning was tasty with lots to offer. Overall the couple that is running the hotel is from the Netherlands and our very friendly, speak 100% English, Italian and other languages.If you do stay at the hotel, have the 3 course meal.That's a must! If you need extra pillows, look inside the closet. Some hotels we stayed at just give you 1 hard pillow so it was nice to have some options at this hotel.We also had a whole suitcase of dirty clothes from our long drive around Italy and asked politely if we could use the washing machine. She took our clothes off us, washed and hung them up outside our room. The Wifi worked 100%. We used it for many hours!

• Verified traveler (10/5): Very pleasant stay in beautiful environment - Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Peter & Sietske. While taking care of the paperwork they offered us a cool welcome drink. They showed us around, explained everything and helped us with our luggage. We very much enjoyed the salted, very big, pool with plenty of sunbeds. The rooms are spacious, clean, well equipped with automated Air-conditioning but most of all with good beds. You can wonder around the property with lots of olive trees and nice plants like lavender and rosemary. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast with cappuccino, different breads, cheeses, savoury, fruits, eggs, juices e.g. In the evening, we enjoyed dinner (international cuisine with a touch of Italian regional products) seated on the terrace with beautiful sunset view over a nearby hilltop village. I think it’s called Lucigano. Sietske recommended a wine during dinner from a nearby winery which we have visited the day after (amazing!). The management, although new to Casale Cardini, could provide us with many different proposals for daytrips. We went to Cortona, Largo di Trassimeno, Castiglion Fiorentina, Siena, Arezzo and the very near outlet village Valdichiana for some shopping. Foiano della Chiana is really in the middle of it all. We will definitely return to this beautiful place!
