- Kristel (9/5): Jäime oma peatumisega hotellis väga rahule. - Meid võeti suurepäraselt vastu. Personal oli sõbralik . Asukoht oli imeline ja ruum erilise romantilise hõnguga. Mõnus rõdu vaatega lahesopile. Asub linna südames. Kõik poekesed ja söögikohad lähedal. Kindlasti üks parimaid majutusi , kui otsid erilist ajaloolist hõngu. Kui otsite head söögikohta, leidke ülesse restoran Faros. Kleftiko maitses imeliselt. Kuna tegu oli nö. "honeymoon" toaga oleks ruumile kindlasti õdusust juurde andnud väike lillepotike või värsked lilled:) See on vaid naiselik nõuanne ei muud :) Võiks olla kasutamiseks ka mõni väike vaagnake näiteks puuviljade jaoks . Veinipokaalid ja kohvitassid olid ilusasti olemas.

- Julie (8/5): Ideal location to people watch - Right in the centre of town overlooking the sea. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Nicely decorated rooms. Lots of restaurants within 10 mins walk. Quite a lot of steps to get to top floor rooms from the street but there is a rear entrance which makes things a bit easier.
- Joanne (1/5): - Liked the hotel previously and wanted to book again, mainly due to the location and views , so of course I booked a lake view room Being called as travelling to the hotel at 12 noon to be told no lake view, but can put you in a room with no view at all. Having booked previously the first time , booked lake view , great. Second time reallocated to a no view noisy room next to night club with no water pressure and no sleep. 3rd booking "upgraded" to a old grubby room with no water to shower, 4th time , last time as again an issue and couldn't give the room booked( I even emailed months before to ensure I would get the room i booked and paid for. This trip was for a special Birthday and thankfully we found an alternative on the way, which gave what was booked and paid for, included breakfast and dinner and was as advertised.

- Vladimir (5/5): - The location is perfect. Agios Nikolaos is a magical place and the hotel is right in the middle of it. The hotel is in the old building but fancy, clean and well maintained. We had the rightmost "Honeymoon Suite." The beams visible in the photos are actually not beams but a cover for the sewage pipes running along the entire length of the room. Unfortunately, these sewage pipes are not soundproofed, so you can hear the drainage whenever someone showers or flushes the toilet upstairs. This, in addition to the generally poor sound insulation was definitely a deal-breaker.

Kostenloses Upgrade zu einer Familiensuite 101 in Altholzoptik mit Seeblick und 4 Betten. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem freundlichen hilfsbereiten Personal, welches uns bei der Organisation unseres trotz Novembereinschränkungen gelungenen Spinalonga-Ausfluges half. Nochmals ein herzliches DANKE dafür! Kostenloser öffentlicher Parkplatz und gute Restaurant-Empfehlung in der Nähe. Gepäckgebuckel auf der schönen breiten Treppe.

Good place to stay! Very small balcony window which made the room a little dark although there are rooms with large windows and balconies!
- IOANNIS (10/5): Fantastic location, excellent service from member of staff and great value for money!! - Excellent location opposite Ayios Nikolaos lake and in the heart of all restaurants and facilities. The room was really spacious for a family of 2. Member of staff were fantastic and exceeded our expectations, they even offer laundry services if you need to. While at Ayios Nikolaos, we visited Almiros Beach which it was amazing and we also took the day trip to Spinalonga island. Some nights were a bit uncomfortable as there was no air-conditioning unit in our master bedroom with the nearest air conditioning unit located in the dining area. Our room spreads on two floors with the master bedroom located at lower level.

- Lisa (9/5): - Ds Hotel ist mitten am Hafen und trotzdem ein bisschen abseits vom Rummel. das alte Haus ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und der Ausblick vom Balkon der Honeymoon-Suite ist wunderbar! Angel ist supernett und gab uns hilfreiche Tipps für die Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

- Chiara (8/5): - Angelo, ci ha accolto al chek in ed è stato molto gentile a darci molto consigli sul villaggio e ristoranti. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene, ma alcune cose sono un po' da rivedere, ad esempio: il bollitore era molto impolverato e sinceramente non ci siamo sentiti di utilizzarlo, peccato perché sul balcone si può godere e fare una bella colazione, dato che in dotazione l'hotel lascia caffè e zucchero. La tavoletta del water era svitata, sembrava semplicemente appoggiata e rischiava di cadere ogni volta. Il parcheggio è comodo, la vista magnifica, finestre ben isolate e insonorizzate. Tutto bene, a parte il bollire sporco e la tavoletta del water

Hand soaps/body soaps/conditioner replenished regularly. Tea and coffee replenished. Safe/ironing board and iron/haurdryer. Free parking. Really comfy king sized bed. Good value for money. Would definitely book again Walls a bit thin so could hear others but not a problem to us. The church bells ring at 6am in a morning when we are not early risers

Quant aux personnes qui disent avoir dormi dans un palais vénitien, je leur dirais d aller à Venise pour voir la différence

Lokalizacja - perfekt! Jeśli uda się wam zarezerwować pokój z balkonem wychodzącym na morze, to wygraliście los na loterii!!! W starym, klimatycznym miejscu są pewne utrudnienia, których nie ma w nowoczesnych obiektach, ale za żadne skarby bym się na te nowoczesne obiekty nie zamienił. Dzięki!!!
