Clarke (6/5): - The breakfast was good. No complaints. Some directions about the use of the TV and a guide to the channels woukd be nice. The bathtub needed an antislip coating or mat. The bath fan sounded like it was breaking, so loud we tried not to use it. Also, because we booked through a third party vendor we did not get credit on our best western account. We wish that was noted somewhere more clearly. That was a big disappointment.

Kellie (10/5): Great place to stay for a night or a week. Will book here again! - The location is perfect. Right next to the freeway, gas stations, Starbucks, and a strip mall. The room was ready and clean and the breakfast options were great. The hotel was booked so there were a lot of kids running up and down the halls. I know there is little that can be done about that but it was annoying to be kept awake for hours after 10pm.

It's not something that can likely be changed, but the room doors close very loudly. It's tough to get a full night sleep if your neighboring rooms are coming in late and leaving early.

Beautiful surroundings, maintained well and very convenient. no fault of the hotel, someone's car alarm went off at 2:30 in the morning and they were able to sleep through it.

The beds were very comfortable and had the good pillows, the vanity area was well lighted and separate from the toilet and shower area, which is always nice, The free breakfast was above average. Everything was very fresh and the bacon was exceptional, five stars to the breakfast crew. We were watching TV before we left for dinner, when we came back, the screen was telling us that the signal had been interrupted and that we needed to reset our connection or call Comcast, neither of which we could do. Called down to the front desk several times, but the line was always busy so just made do with our phones.

Other chargers are about a half mile away at the Arco (only 150w) across from the Hilton. The website for this BW is misleading and staff is not well informed. This hotel should NOT say it has EV charging available.

TDtravels60 (6/5): 22 minutes early? It’ll cost you an additional $30.00 - Do not arrive before 3pm or they will assess a $30 “strictly enforced hotel policy” fee. We arrived 22 minutes early and would have been subject to the fee, so opted to wait in our vehicle until it was convenient for them. (The hotel was not busy and Housekeeping had completed their daily routines.). The hotel was clean, nicely decorated and the room was large and well-appointed. But the check-in rule made for a lousy first impression.

The bed was quite comfy and we had a nice sitting area and were able to hang out in the room very comfortably. The shower pressure was awesome, which was a big plus. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had planned on eating breakfast here, but they didn't have eggs available. If you have a special diet that doesn't include grains, you may plan to eat elsewhere. Fortunately, Denny's is right next door and is very good.

gregorydJ8848AQ (10/5): Excellent Overnight in Eugene! - This hotel was perfect-sited for us to travel on the scenic highways from the east and returned home straight all the way via Interstate Highway 5. Its atmosphere was nice, grand, and friendly. The room was so clean and its bathroom was quite clean. Its value was reasonable for this autumn peak. It was quiet in the area away from the busy distant interstate highway. The service was excellent as the receptionist was helpful to fix the captions on TV in our suite. We enjoyed every moment to stay overnight with sweet dreams!

Travelling with children, we called down to the front desk to ask if the breakfast area had any high-chairs for kids. Was told no. But when we went down, there was a high-chair with buckle. The best part was the water pressure in the shower. After a long day of driving, having water pour down on you with force feels great. We didn't have time to use the amenities. Would stay again if similar properties were more expensive.

TV channels good once we figured out which remote (there were two, no labels); Toilet was low to the ground and hard to stand up without a grab-bar... and there was a very barky little dog down the hall who was till barking until almost 11 pm. :-( We'd do it again, but ask for a room with a toilet seat a little higher off the floor.

Mary (10/5): - We liked the professional, friendly, helpful staff who checked us in at the at the front desk. The bathroom fixtures (sink, tub, toilet) were clean, but there were streaks on the walls, dust on baseboards, hair and tiny ants on the bathroom floor.
depoebob (10/5): Springfield BW - Nicely located hotel. Very friendly staff to welcome you and check out, Extremely friendly and efficient Breakfast attendant. Well appointed breakfast. Comfortable and clean room. Free Capuchino machine in the lobby. Easy to stream you tube on tv.

Amanda (8/5): Nice stay - Stay was very nice room was nice and updated. The bed was comfortable, the shower though seemed small and there was no pressure for the shower the water took awhile to heat up and get warm. The front was nice there is an awesome coffee machine and the over all look and small balcony was a nice touch.
