• antonio (9/5): El lugar muy tranquilo, cómodo y muy bueno el servicio de limpieza. - La habitación era cómoda, amplia, lo mismo que el baño y realizan la limpieza de la habitación y el cambio de toallas todos los días. La relación precio calidad es muy buena, el lugar muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar y estar lejos del ruido de la noche. La ubicación en la publicación dice sobre la playa, pero en realidad está frente a la playa, hay que cruzar la avenida para llegar al mar, y está un poco alejada de los supermercados y de los lugares de comidas, hay que tener en cuenta que el centro comercial de Palm Beach está a 20 cuadras. La playa que está frente al lugar es muy chica y para entrar al mar hay que entrar con ojotas porque tiene piedras los primeros metros. Para ingresar a una playa con un poco de espacio de arena para sentarse hay que hacer 300 metros aproximadamente.

• Lisandro (6/5): Thank to the staff, they make it happen, but the owner of this property could take a course on how to talk too people. - The vieuw Not clean, no smoke detector, electricity box open and unsafe, could not stand and cook in-front of the oven, bad tub clogged, broken stopper, broken son shade, fungus in bad-room tile and handle, leakage in bad-room cabinets, leakage in kitchen water handle, the owner has a bad manner of talking to customer, bad broken palapa near pool, pool not clean, tiles and walls in the pool are stained and really dirty. Don’t rent from Marjan - the pictures are not an accurate description of the Aruba Beach Villas - BEWARE! - The location was ideal, which is why we initially picked this place for our Easter holiday. However, we didn’t end up staying here because it smelled like mold, and it was dirty & the appliances were rusty & old. I didn’t like that I had requested an early check-in on 3/24 for 4/5, but Marjan insisted that we check-in at 3:00. Upon arrival at 3:00 PM, the office was closed & they left our room unlocked with the keys on the kitchen counter. We were immediately disgusted by the place as soon as we opened the door & smelled the moldy stench, but there was No Customer Service - the Main officer closed at 1:00 PM. However, if I were granted an early check-in, my family & I would have arrived with plenty of time to speak to Marjan about our displeasure with the place. I believe Aruba Beach Villa is running a SCAM on Booking.com. They don’t want to give people what they are paying for. They are counting on people being so disgusting with the place that they leave without ever having stayed there, and not being available to solve their concerns with the state of the place. They owe me $1470.88 US dollars, as this is what I paid to reserve this awful place! I have sent two emails requesting a refund & it’s been over a week with no response or refund! I only wish the pictures I’m posting could capture the moldy stench of the dirty shower tiles, rotten shower curtain, and stinky Air conditioner air blowing in our unit.
• Olivier (7/5): - Pas de repas. Très bon emplacement à 2 km de Palm Beach si vous recherchez de la tranquillité d'un petit hébergement style motel. Rez de chaussée, pas d'escaliers à prendre, vue sur l'océan avec coucher du soleil, si vous prenez l'option. Motel sympathique qui doit dater des années 1970 mais confortable tout de même. La gérante est serviable et a répondu à toutes nos demandes, ainsi que le gardien sur place. Jolie petite piscine privée à l'arrière avec transats et parking à 5 mètres de l'appartement. Plus sympa et bien plus agréable et tranquille que les resorts de 400 chambres. Un bar ou un frigo avec quelques bières au bord de la piscine serait sympa. Un peu vieillot quand même, car il y a du potentiel, mériterait quelques rénovations, comme par exemple des fenêtres en PVC, qui sont en bois.

• Sackey (6/5): Bernice stay at the Aruba beach villas - The bus route was okay and I was told the location is right in front of the beach that you can walk out of your villa and walk onto the beach.Which was not The picture of the plays don't look like the playlists in person. Dusty areas, window and door blinds was not appealing.
• Ramiro (1/5): - La verdad que llegue a aruba con la idea de unas vacaciones de relax en la isla feliz, pero este hospedaje deja bastante que desear. Desde que llegamos tuvimos problemas con el desagüe de la ducha, el inodoro y la cocina. Cada vez que se usa alguna de las 3 el agua brota desde la rejilla de la ducha y llena el espacio de agua podrida y un olor nauseabundo que es asqueroso. Imposible estar ahí. Pedimos que solucionen el problema y vino personal de mantenimiento muy predispuesto, al parecer estuvo trabajando para destapar y solucionarlo pero a la noche siguiente el problema volvió peor que antes. Faltando una semana pra terminar la estadía decidimos irnos, igual nos ofrecieron cambiarnos de habitación tras 4 días inconvenientes pero finalmente nos fuimos. El tema de la recepción y conserjería es una nota aparte, no queda nadie por las noches y frente a algún inconveniente con la estancia en el lugar uno no sabe a quien recurrir, el teléfono que figura aquí da a un contestador automático y el que aparece en booking directamente es un numero que no existe, un desastre todo! Lo unico bueno del lugar es la ubicación estratégica, pero la playa frente al lugar tiene muchas piedras y no es placentero bañarse

• Araya (4/5): Irresponsabilidad!!! - Lo rescatable fueron los empleados que hicieron todo lo posible por solucionar toooodoos los problemas que tenía nuestra habitación. A pesar de los reclamos que hicimos por los sanitarios los responsables nunca aparecieron. Pésimo los gerentes o administrativos. La habitación no tenía ni una ventana para ventilar. Cdo llegamos y vimos la habitación la reclamamos que no era lo contratado y no nos dieron ni bolilla, total ya habían cobrado. Reitero, gracias a su empleado nuestra estancia estuvo un poco mejor. Que nadie te daba una verdadera solución al problema. Tendrían desde Booking controlar. Gracias

It brought down the feeling in that room. This is an easy fix.

Away from all the high rise resorts! and Minutes from one of the best snorkel sites for turtle viewing. The flowers on the property were amazing, and the live tree shade porch also great! The road in front can make quite a bit of noise. No hot water plumed to the kitchen sink, so you have to boil water to wash dishes. The beach is NOT a swim beach, very rocky but still beautiful.

The bedding was badly worn and stained, the pillows were lumpy, and the mattress was in unacceptable condition. There was no bathroom door, and the entire place had a foul smell. Sick cats wandered around the terrace, even climbing on the chairs and tables. Overall, a deeply unpleasant and unsanitary stay.

Nice ocean view from hotel front (note: main 2-lane road passes between hotel and shore). Excellent paved and lighted jogging/walking/biking path on the shoreline. Note: no sand beach along hotel frontage, but beaches start in Palm Beach area, fronting large hotels. Hotel getting a bit worn down, but is clean and serviceable. Many cats live on or near the property - guests are warned not to feed them. Sandy parking area is prone to puddling when it rains.

Er zijn volgens mij de laatste 20 jaar alleen noodreparaties gedaan.. maar daardoor is de prijs ook beter. Dus als je niet voor luxe gaat. Dan is dit een goede prijs. En een enorm goede locatie

Personnelle très gentil et accueillant et répondent rapidement au besoin. La qualité des accessoires pour cuisiner, très difficile à cuisiner (casserole et poêle très collante) et peu d’accessoires pour cuisiner.

• SURESH (8/5): - Location is great but remind you; the sea front is not beach front. It's not accessible for swim. we used to drive 5 minutes to go to eagle beach and swim there. Eagle beach is the best in Aruba The apartment (villa) is a box with two bed rooms, absolutely no windows behind. The only window is at the front. No cross ventilation. If you cook (the villas has kitchen) especially fish, you have to live with the smell rest of your stay.

Tenían agua caliente en todas las llaves, acceso a la piscina y está súper cerca de las mejores playas de Aruba y también de la zona de vida nocturna, las personas que trabajan en el hotel son muy amables Tenía el seguro del baño sin funcionar, no tenía extractor de humo en la cocina y al cocinar, el olor y el humo se queda dentro de la habitación, además, el día domingo no se limpió la habitación, no fue algo que nos haya molestado tanto pero creo que son cosas que se pueden mejorar

• Eduardo (8/5): Muy buena relación precio - calidad - tranquilidad - habitación. - Un cómodo apartamento, con piscina en el otro costado de las instalaciones que ofrece todo lo que promete. Un detalle agradable es que hacen el aseo todos los días, lo que compensa lo un poco extraño que es tener la cocina frente a la cama. Queda cerca de las playas y es bastante funcional, nadie perturba el descanso. Quizás me hubiese gustado un poco más de información sobre la habitación, su ubicación en cuanto a la piscina y demases. No estaría de más un poco más de información sobre el total de las instalaciones para tomar las decisiones sobre la habitación con anticipación, aunque de todas formas tiene muy buena relación precio calidad.

• Keith (9/5): Old school gem - This place is an old school gem, old and worn motel style, but close to everything, yet quiet and chill. This place used to be the place for sailboarding, but time has moved on to more popular kite boarding across the street. We had a full kitchen, breakfast on the deck every morning, Pina coladas in the blender each evening. Not new, not a resort, but great value. I would stay again. The unit could use an exhaust fan in the bathroom.

• Newman (8/5): Very good - Perfect location for a kitesurfing vacation. Two minute walk to kitesurfing huts. Also a great location to walk to Palm beach area for nightlife.

• Kelli (8/5): Was a great place and would stay here again! - Good value, not crowded nice view. Would have loved to have ice machine available. When I booked it said it was on eagle beach it’s really just north of palm beach a 1/4 mile walk or so. Having a car would have been a plus. The beach across the street isn’t good for swimming although there is a nice tree to sit under and watch the sunset. Also a shipwreck not for up that was fun to explore and snorkel, definitely need water shoes

• Illinoisrealtor (5/5): I feel like I overpaid for the stay,taking into account accommodations & condition of the property. - Location was nice, the sunsets were amazing! Safe area. Plenty of parking. Weather was great. Outdoor furniture was provided. Plenty of towels. Long walks to supermarket. Beach is sharp and rocky across from the unit. Old everything in the unit. Standing water in the sink. Dirty mattress.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Do not stay here! - The linens, pillows, sheets, blankets, pillow coverings were stained and unsanitary. Room was poorly cleaned. We had lizards living in the kitchen. The spring bed mattress was, by the looks of it, pulled out of a dumpster 30 years ago. Staff was very rude. There was nobody in the office when we checked in at 5pm, there was a map on the door to our room with our key in the rooms table. We slept on beach towels and checked out in the morning. No refund for the week! Didn't matter there was no way we were spending another minute here. I've stayed at some cheap places, this one I think they are counting on you leaving. I believe i got ring worm from our short stay here. By the next evening after staying here is when i noticed it.
• Ana_maria (1/5): Disappointing - The proximity of the location to the beachfront and the beautiful sunset from the deck are very nice. The shower inside the villa was dripping and although we told them about this issue, the owner did not even bother to repair it during the 10 days of our stay. Because of the shower dripping there was mold on the wardrobe wall, the bed was full of insects which sting us during nights. On the small deck in the front of the room there was no protection against the rain only for our villa, while all the other villas had some kind of terrace. The shower head outside the villa was full of mold and probably was not cleaned for a very long time.
• Stacy (7/5): Good - Location was great - very close to some good snorkeling areas to the north and restaurants to the south. There was a boardwalk directly across the street to walk up to other beach areas or walk down to the high-rise area. Beautiful views of the ocean and terrific sunsets. The bed was very uncomfortable - mattress and pillows could use an upgrade.
